Hydreigon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Earth Power / Focus Blast
- Flamethrower

Soaring through the Monotype metagame, Hydreigon rains a meteor shower down upon its foes! Draco Meteor is an incredibly powerful STAB move, nailing threats like Urshifu-R, Great Tusk, and Archaludon. Earth Power threatens Steel-types like Bisharp and non-Air Balloon Heatran. Alternatively, Focus Blast deals with Air Balloon Heatran as well as 2HKOes Hisuian Goodra and Ting-Lu after minor chip. Flamethrower takes care of Corviknight, Scizor, and Air Balloon Iron Treads, devastating Steel teams in conjunction with Earth Power and Focus Blast. Choice Scarf Meowscarada outpaces and removes faster targets such as Flutter Mane and Dragapult, consistently threatens Fighting teams via Play Rough, and provides Knock Off and U-turn support for Hydreigon. Mandibuzz handles Fighting-type threats like Gallade, Sneasler, and Choice Scarf Great Tusk, punishes Belly Drum Azumarill with Foul Play, and pivots Hydreigon in with U-turn as well. Hisuian Samurott threatens the aforementioned specially defensive walls such as Hisuian Goodra, Heatran, and Ting-Lu, as well as helping Hydreigon's wallbreaking by setting up Spikes using Ceaseless Edge.

Soaring through the Monotype metagame, Hydreigon rains a meteor shower down upon its foes! Draco Meteor is an incredibly powerful STAB move, nailing threats like Urshifu-R, Great Tusk, and Archaludon. Dark Pulse removes foes resistant to Draco Meteor such as Gholdengo and Iron Crown. (kinda unneeded meow, but you can mention how scary spammable this move is into steel/water) Earth Power threatens Steel-types like Hisuian Goodra, Bisharp, and non-Air Balloon Heatran. Alternatively, Focus Blast deals with Air Balloon Heatran, as well as 2HKOs Ting-Lu and Assault Vest Mamoswine (this is an OHKO after sr. It cleanly 2hkos Hisui goo tho) after minor chip. Flamethrower takes care of Corviknight, Scizor, and Air Balloon Iron Treads, devestating Steel teams in conjunction with Earth Power and Focus Blast. Choice Scarf Meowscarada outpaces and removes faster targets such as Flutter Mane and Dragapult, consistently threatens Fighting teams via Play Rough, and provides Knock Off and U-turn support for Hydreigon. Sableye offers a Fighting-type immunity, switching into threats like Gallade, Sneasler, and Choice Scarf Great Tusk, hindering them with Will-O-Wisp. (mandi preferred for pivoting + add Hisui Sam for spiks support)
