First of all you need at least three lines of description and a picture for each mon.

Now onto the team, since you didn't give a description I'm going to assume that it's just standard EVs spread. There are many glaring faults in your team as a whole, ice should not be used in a mono type teams for three main reasons, 1. It has a weakness to SR, 2. It sucks as a defensive type and 3. Ice is either insanely frail or insanely slow, the only useable one in OU being mamoswine.

Let's look at the types that you are weak against next:
Fighting: Your entire team is destroyed by one Assault Vest Conk which is on every mono fighting team, Weavile, Mach Punch, Mega-Obama Drain Punch, Froslass Knock off, Kyurem-B Drain Punch, the list goes on, what's worse none of your team members can reliable deal damage back before it heals itself with Drain Punch. Your only real saving grave is Froslass, but after that you get obliterated by its teamates.
Kub is also your soft check for it but frankly all of your other mons do nil to help them.
Steel: I can see that you tried really hard for steel by adding fighting and ground type moves everywhere, alas your team is still destroyed by it, CB bullet punch from scizor 2HKOs your entire team. You can just go on http://pokemonshowdown.com/damagecalc/ and see it for yourself, Froslass and Kub can't do anything to it like conk.
Fire: You're okay against it but rotom-h, a common sight on fire teams, plows through have your team, only checked by scarfswine.
Rock: Same as fire.

Now a in depth analysis of your pokemon:
Weavile: first off you need ice shard, all scarf pokes OHKO you before you can lift a finger, also run night slash over icicle crash. I don't really see the point of pickpocket but pressure is equally pointless here.
Stitches (Weavile) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pickpocket
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out/Swords Dance
- Ice Shard
- Night Slash
- Brick Break

This set allows you to revenge almost any weakened mon, fake out them ice shard, I strong recommend you to swap fake out with swords dance to give you a win condition and since you need to be switching out a lot with fake out you'll quickly die of Stealth Rocks
Abomasnow: You did a good job.

Froslass: the EVs in HP and Def are pointless turn them into Speed and Special attack, forgo the hail on it, your teammates don't benefit from it at all and you're too frail to actually make use of it.
Siren (Froslass) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Shadow Ball
- Destiny Bond
- Spikes

This at least least lets you land a hit on scizor and if they are dumb take them out, you can also hope that bullet punch can get disabled, taunt is for stall and for stopping others from setting up SR, rest is self explanatory.

The only other advice I have for your team is to remove one if not all your choice items, choice items require pivots which you barely have.

Another important thing is that you have no win condition without hazard they can just aimlessly switch and just tear you down.

What you can do is to either turn this into a hail team and add rotom frost (actually just add it) consider a shell smash cloyster.

Next time please actually test your team before posting it!

First, I have 'tested' this team quite a bit, I've actually been using it for a while and it works better than you would think, but anyways sorry about the no description team, this is my first post and i don't know these unwritten rules.

The EVs in froslasses defence and hp were to take exactly 1 bullet punch from mega scizor and destiny bond, but since i won't be running hail focus say will work much better.

Why night slash over knock off or beat up? Beat up ohkos defence form aegislash and isn't effected by kings shields attack lowering effect.

Any recommendations if I'm ridding of band and scarf? They're working pretty phenomanally as of now.

And if I'm running cloyster who do i rid of?

Thanks for the tips but a little more would be really helpful.

Ok so I've made some adjustments

Stitches (Weavile) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pickpocket
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Ice Shard
- Beat Up
- Low Kick

Weavile is my come in, get out pokemon. Sometimes. A lot of the time I switch it in to do major damage or get a KO and die. BUT there have been circumstances where I set up a swords dance and knock out 2+ pokemon before my opponent knows what to do, and the priority ice shard and extremely high speed make it perfect for finishing off weakened scizo-I mean enemies. Weavile is my best source of speedy damage, and cuts out a KO more often then not.
mega_abomasnow_by_theangryaron-d6s8mob.png

George (Abomasnow-Mega) (M) @ Abomasite
Ability: Snow Warning
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Ice Shard
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Mega Abomasnow is my best all around hitter. With a lot of bulk, it can take at least one hit usually and hit back just as hard or harder. Blizzard is incredible in the hail for bringing down my opponent to the range where I can snag the kill with ice shard. I previously had earthquake, but decided that HP Fire was more useful for killing scizor and ferro, seeing as I already had 2 earthquakes on the team. Too top it all off giga drain to heal off those hits he's tanking.
froslass_by_cookiehana-d5tg5mk.png

Siren (Froslass) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Shadow Ball
- Destiny Bond
- Spikes

Froslass is my lead every time I see potential of stealth rocks. Taunt so they can't get them up, spikes to use up my turn, and then destiny bond if I'm faster to get the KO. A lot of the time it doesn't work but when it does I'm at a major advantage with a KO on something important in exchange for something that does little to nothing, but don't be fooled when the battle begins, Froslass pulls the team through.
646_black_kyurem_b_by_aschefield101-d561sxp.png

O… U sure? (Kyurem-Black) @ Choice Band
Ability: Teravolt
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Fusion Bolt
- Zen Headbutt
- Iron Head

Kyurem is here for 3 reasons, he can tank an unboosted hit and often KO, damage, and more damage. Kyurem is here to clean up the opposing team with almost guaranteed unresisted OHKO's. No fairy? OUTRAGEOUTRAGEOUTRAGE (kills pretty much everything). All fairy? I don't think i've ever seen a fairy take an iron head from this monster. Zen headbutt for those pesky fighting types, and fusion bolt for coverage.

Truffles (Mamoswine) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Thick Fat
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash
- Stone Edge
- Superpower

Scarfswine takes many people off guard, and even a neutral earthquake is nothing to laugh at. She's usually on janitor duty, cleaning up the remainder of my opponents pokemon. Steel, ground, rock, grass, fire, dragon, electric and flying types are gone before they can even say "What set?", and thats just stab. Stone edge mainly for zard, and super power incase we have any loose dark types. So many have fallen to this mighty beast.
avalugg_by_theangryaron-d77q4ty.png

Titanic (Avalugg) (M) @ Red Card
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Avalanche
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

The harbinger of set up blocks himself, Avalugg is sure to sink your ship. This guy takes a +5 bullet punch from a scizor and still has a 75% chance to live! And thats without sturdy! Red card to send your set up back to square one, avalanche to get whatever you're cast out to seriously punished for it, recover if its gonna come down to sturdy, rapid spin if the rockers got past froslass, and earthquake to hit fire, steel, and rock super effectively. My entire team falls to avalugg, without him this team would be as bad as you expect a Ice mono too be.

There, you got descriptions and pretty pictures. Now fire some opinions at me if you please, I'de like to know what you think.
(Pictures aren't mine obviously, don't sue me)

Nice but you can edit your team and post your new changes on first pits just click the edit option at bottom.

I don't want to keep talking about this but on mono steel teams which is the most common right now, it's scizor and it's teammates, this means that there could be a Air Balloon Heatran waiting to nab a flash fire boost when you attempt to HP fire.

Your team is very weak on the special side avalugg 46 mamo 60 Kub 90 and although mega Obamas is decent it's horrible typing hates on it.

Your options are: Rotom-I, Regice, articuno, beartic, cryogonal, Lapras, vandiuluxe, cloyster, glaceon
Aritcunos x4 weakness to SR sucks but can learn Defog in case you're facing a mono ghost team.
Regice is recommended since it has an insane 200 Spd and 100 def and hp, so it can become a great special wall.
Rotom-I is decent but it has blizzard so you need hail support.
Glaceon is also good since it adds a special attacker Froslass doesn't count since it's too frail.
Cloyster is a good physical wall but 45 sdef sucks

Additionally you have the option of playing stall or offensive, pick one and I'll be able to help you more
