Bullet Punch nails Fairy- and Ice-types like Iron Valiant, Flutter Mane, and Kyurem and lets Scizor pick off setup sweepers like Unburden Sneasler. At +2, Close Combat crushes Steel- and Dark-types like Archaludon, Corviknight, and Ting-Lu after minimal chip damage. Trailblaze threatens Water-types like Primarina and Swampert and lets Scizor outspeed threats like non-Choice Scarf Urshifu-R after one use. Knock Off targets Gholdengo and Pecharunt and punishes defensive switch-ins like Toxapex by removing their Heavy-Duty Boots. 216 Speed EVs allow Scizor to outspeed physically defensive Archaludon. Teammates like Skarmory, Heatran, and Archaludon provide entry hazard support, making it easier for Scizor to clean up. Heatran also boasts a Fire immunity that lets it take on threats like Volcarona and Ninetales. Hisuian Goodra and Archaludon capitalize on their excellent bulk and typing; Hisuian Goodra walls Choice Specs Greninja and Dragapult, while Archaludon handles Ceruledge. Gholdengo removes Toxapex and Skarmory while appreciating Scizor removing Ting-Lu.

Bullet Punch trifft Fee- und Eis-Pokemon wie Iron Valiant, Flutter Mane und Kyurem sehr effektiv und erlaubt es ihm, Setup Sweeper wie Unburden Sneasler zu zerpflücken. Auf +2 zerlegt Close Combat Stahl- und Unlicht-Pokemon wie Archaludon, Corviknight und Ting-Lu bereits nach minimalem Chip Damage. Trailblaze bedroht Wasser-Pokemon wie Primarina und Swampert und ermöglicht es Scizor, nach nur einem Einsatz schneller als Gefahren wie non-Choice Scarf Urshifu-R zu sein. Knock Off trifft Gholdengo und Pecharunt hart und bestraft defensive Switch-ins wie Toxapex, indem deren Heavy-Duty Boots entfernt werden. Mit 216 Initiative EVs outspeedet Scizor physisch defensive Archaludon. Teampartner wie Skarmory, Heatran und Archaludon bringen Entry Hazard Support ein, was es Scizor erleichtert, als Cleaner zu agieren. Heatran bietet außerdem eine wertvolle Feuer-Immunität und kann Bedrohungen wie Volcarona und Ninetales handhaben. Hisuian Goodra und Archaludon nutzen ihre exzellente Bulkigkeit (???) und Typenkombination. Hisuian Goodra walled Choice Specs Greninja und Dragapult zuverlässig, während Archaludon Ceruledge sicher abfängt. Gholdengo besetigt Toxapex und Skarmory und profitiert gleichzeitig davon, dass Scizor Ting-Lu aus dem Spiel nehmen kann.
