This thread is to help Monotype keep track of the various punishments handed out from current and past instances.
Permanently Tour Banned:
Feitan the Steam - General toxic presence across multiple tournaments + deleting his teams discord in MWP IV
Ongoing Monotype Tour Bans:
Chaitanya - Has been indefinitely banned from managing for poor behavior across multiple tours, decision was made MWP V
Dieu Amphibien - Has been indefinitely banned from managing for engaging in and allowing bigotry in his teams discord from MWP V
Lax - Upset with the team he was drafted onto and threatened to cancer in MPL X (expires after MPL XII)
Just as a note, the op will be edited when current tour bans expire or are added to the list. For future tour bans they will receive a new post with a quick explanation and hyperlink to the decision of the tour ban.

Vodoom - Unsportmanslike conduct in his team discord in MPL X (expires after MPL XI)
Sylvi - Abandoning his team in MPL X (expires after MPL XI)
Roman - Threw a series in Round 1 of 2019 Circuit Playoffs
