Sometimes people forget about when a Pokemon is slower or faster due to less speed EV's or Choice Scarf. This could easily be fixed with the team preview under the avatars. If a Pokemon is slower then your Pokemon, but would outspeed if it was max speed, then instead of [Minimum base speed] to [Maximum base speed] then it would say [Minimum base speed] to [Base speed of your Pokemon that was faster due to the other Pokemon not being max speed]. For Choice Scarf if a Pokemon outsped another Pokemon that it could never outspeed, even with max speed and the speed boosts it has, then it would reveal that Pokemon's item to be Choice Scarf.

I like this part, that's something I would like to see
This part I'm not so sure about, maybe it just says "probably choice scarf"? It just seems like it would create logistical problems down the line with things like Unburden, sure you could account for that but there are a lot of situations that could mess this system up. Now that I think about it, that could create problems with the first part too. A better fix imo would just be to display "max speed with Choice Scarf:[x] underneath the speed range.
