I just discovered today that adding, as an example, Dorr.* as highlight, will always highlight you if a word starts by Dorr. I'm sure there are more functions nobody knows and having them somewhere would be great if possible.

That's part of a broader support for regular expressions in highlights - there aren't more really interesting functions, they all fall under that feature.
We should probably note that it supports regular expressions, though. I'll do that later.
