Supposedly, this is possible through Pokemon XD, correct? A reliable (or at least close to it) recovery move is something Tangrowth really needs, and this seems like an awesome option. Hell, you can even be really off-beat and run a Sunny Day set. With Sunny Day, Solar Beam is a one-turn attack option. On top of that, Morning Sun recovers 2/3 Max HP when it is in effect, and it serves as weather control against its main nemesis in sandstorms where Morning Sun only recovers 1/4 Max HP.
Is the only reason it is so uncommon the fact that its from Pokemon XD? Or, am I completely wrong here, and Tangela (eventually Tangrowth) does not get Morning Sun in that game? I got this information from PsyPokes.
