Duplicate Mortal Spin, Stealth Rocks, Court Change Visual Bug?

What is the bug?
There was a visual bug with Mortal Spin wherein Toxic Spikes were removed but Stealth Rocks were not removed

Not sure what caused it but it might have something to do with Cinderace's Court Change.

IDK. Might be a one off visual bug but just wanted to report it.
