Most Powerful/Broken Uber Team

Hey, what's up, people of Smogon? As you surely know, the reason that I am here is for you, the Pokemon experts, to rate how my team does in the Uber metagame. And trust me, my team aint' normal, it is very unusual. Sacrifices for my team are common, and I abuse the power of legendary Pokemon in very different ways.

Let us start, shall we?

Note : My Pokemon team are used to counter the likes of almost every Arceus' type, even the unused ones, and a bunch of legendary or any other that I deem a threat.

BrokeTwo

Mewtwo @ Life Orb
~Recover
~Aura Sphere
~Psystrike
~Guard Swap

4 HP/ 252 Sp.Atk/ 252 Speed

*Mewtwo is knownly used for Calm-Mind sets, but I use the BrokeTwo set, which I originally formed myself. This combo includes Deoxys (Defense) in double battles and in single battles Guard Swap will be replaced with Calm Mind.

*Blitz Method : This is a method I formulate by some research. Apparently, with Guard Swap, Mewtwo is able to swap Defenses with Deoxys and have seemingly broken sweeping potential. The malovelent cat has the authority to defend from Dark-Arceus' Judgement, and fight back with Aura Sphere. My Mewtwo is Modest, having the best attribute in Special Attack, and is able to stand against Steel/Dark Pokemon that give a threat. Psystrike is to handle the likes of Blissey, due to it's defense targeting.

*There are many Mewtwo can crush, especially with the mentioned combo. Dark/Steel/Fighting/Normal Arceus' will epicly fail to Mewtwo, and has potential to destroy the threats of Tyranitar, Dialga, and the ever-plaguing Darkrai with higher speed. Bulky water-types will think twice before switching in to Mewtwo, as most are endued in Special Defense, not good enough in normal Defense, which Psystrike hits.

Sacrificial & Stall

Deoxys (Defense Forme) @ Focus Band
~Spikes
~Mirror Coat
~Recover
~Night Shade

4 HP/ 252 Defense/ 252 Sp.Def

*This set is widely used, in order for it to deal some fatal damage. But now, I revolutionize the use of Deoxys as a scapegoat, and damn, it rocks. Spikes will assist Mewtwo in sweeping, and Recover will let it stay fresh. Night Shade is used for physical attackers, and Mirror Coat to powerful sweepers, and the ever-popular Scizor.

*This set is detested by most special sweepers, unless they have the power to survive triple of their powerful attacks! Think it! A special sweeper along with a defensive tank is truly a good combination. As Mewtwo places a dent, Deoxys is able to assist, especially the ShadeStrike combo, again it is my creation, that could beat a Kyogre in a blast. Sandstorm teams should stray away now, as most are OKHOed by Aura Sphere + Night Shade.

*Arceus' does hate Deoxys, as Judgment is not allowed in the playing field, unless they wish to die early. Even if Arceus' did survive a fatal blast from the malovelent cat and counter with Judgment, the next turn Mewtwo will steal Deoxys' defenses and Arceus will be outmatched. For example, in a match where your oppoenents are Giratina-O or either Darkrai, Mewtwo will have no choice but to swap Defenses in the first turn, and being someone really fast, it will start first and transplant. Next turn, your opponents will be eradicated.

ScoutHitZor

Scizor @ Life Orb
~Bullet Punch
~U-Turn
~Substitute
~Swords Dance

4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Special Defense

*Scizor. The most-used Pokemon, and also it is clearly abusive. Bullet Punch with Technician. Almost everyone uses that trick. Well, this tactic that I am using is quite used as well. By hiding in Substitute, I am able to Swords Dance till my heart's content, and Bullet Punch to victory. U-Turn shows Scizor as a pre-scout, effectively manuvering through Pokemon such as Darkrai or Arceus, who has possession of Fire-moves.

*A (x6) Bullet Punch will beat the hell out of Arceus in a flash, boasting from an attack of 130. As a U-Turner, you also can deal some damage, with Swords Dance of course, and switch back, avoiding death.

*Scizor is able to beat many threats that plague the metagame. Opposing Mewtwo or even Mew are countered with Swords Dance + U-Turn. Tyranitar, no problem, no harm. Salamence or Garchomp cannot survive the likes of (x5) Bullet Punch / U-Turn with STAB damage and also Technician in play. Have a Blissey pissing you off? No wories, as the new (x4) Bullet Punch will ensure it's death. Well, my Scizor is pretty common in tactic, but it is a little weird, I guess.

Hell_King

Slaking @ Focus Band
~Giga Impact
~Sleep Talk
~Yawn
~Encore

4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Speed

*Slaking is thought off as inferior due to it's ability, Truant. Well, my team will give Slaking the respect it deserves. You see, it has lots of potential. Giga Impact coming off a base Attack of 160 will be very fatal to almost all Pokemon. If opponents have Darkrai, Sleep Talk is good enough.

*Encore for the boosters. They will fall immediately. Truant will be not so much of a plague then. Yawn to induce sleep to his most fearful enemies, namely Arceus (Fighting).

*Slaking are dangerous, and with Yawn + Giga Impact able to bring down many bulky Pokemon, safe for Deoxys (Defense). With 100 base Speed, Slaking are able to outspeed the average Uber speed, base 90, and also outspeed the bulky yet lethal Groudon. Encore will bring Calm-Mind Arceus to his downfall, and also Sword-Dancing Scizor shall slowly be defeated.

Land Shark

Garchomp @ Life Orb
~Earthquake
~Sunny Day
~Outrage
~Fire Fang

4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Speed

*In the metagame, Skarmory, Forretress, Scizor and Steel ! Arceus are extremely popular, and also Dialga. Steel-types are taking over this wretched metagame. Now, rain-teams are also conquering the metagame. All that could be stopped by my lead, Garchomp. Rated as #1 in manliest Pokemon. It is truly an epitome of true power. Sunny Day will turn the tide of the accursed Water-teams. Fire Fang will break through, especially in the sun, the idiotic legions of the popular Steel Pokemon.

*Dialga will be finished in soon with Earthquake, especially if with a Choice Band, but Life Orb is preferable in order to halt Water-teams with Sunny Day. Skarmory, give it a Sun-boosted Fire Fang, and by two strikes the annoying bird is down. Sheath Rock is useless on Garchomp. Scizor, since so many wielded, will be easy as Garchomp bares his fangs.

*Ice types are countered by my own Scizor, so blah. The reign of Garchomp will start, and soon Scizor will be scarce. But not learning Flame Charge ruins my fantasies for this thing, as it could boost his speed. Sandstorm teams will loathe Garchomp, as he takes advantage of sandstorm, and give out STAB Outrage which will hurt a lot. Excadrill is OHKOed in an Earthquake, so is Rhyperior and others, due to their ironical weakness to their own STAB typing. Bulky water-types are forced to face their doom, an Outrage, after a Sunny Day that renders them completely weak. Toxic Spikes? No problemo.

Healing Nurse

Blissey @ Leftovers
~Softboiled
~Refresh
~Sing
~Heal Pulse

252 HP/ 252 Sp.Def

*Okay, for those who really read this far, it is time to reveal my last Pokemon. Blissey. Now, most of you will dub me as a hypocrite, as I actually devised specific Blissey-killers just now. But, I really need Blissey. To work alongside Garchomp or Mewtwo. Softboiled will heal itself, as Refresh will heal Blissey of her status problems.

*Sing is useful, especially if cooped up with a special sweeper. To ensure the survival of it, Blissey must detain her foes and use Heal Pulse to continually support your sweeper.

*Blissey is widely used, as like Scizor, and I must differ mine from others. So, each Blissey have a different gimmick, but I play it original. Sing to stop opponents' movements, and Heal Pulse in order to heal the main sweeper, even if the sweeper has Deoxys' induced defenses. Sweeper with Deoxys' defenses, ring a bell? Well, that's it for my team. So please tell me whether it's great or I need more planning. I truly hope this team will be rated in the Top Ten. Oh well, gotta go. Thanks for those who suggest improvements for my team or those who rate it.

Do you want Deoxys to die quickly? I so, why do you run recover? If not, why don't you give Mewtwo psych up instead of guard swap so it Deoxys can actually benefit from its own stat boosts?

Guard Swap only switches boosts (ex. cosmic power -> +1 defense and sp def mewtwo guard swaps, steals +1 stats) to defense around which deoxys-d cant boost doesnt have... uh if your going to abuse guard swap or psych up wouldn't it be better to just put cosmic power on deoxys-d? I have no idea how your going to prevent taunt in this situation at all which looks fatal and if your not taunted you might get set up on D:.
Trick room double teams screw this team over which is incredibly common in uber doubles due to the fact that mewtwo even with +1 in both stats will die to a double attack on him. Sunny day is kinda useless on garchomp since it scarcely benefits from it and youll only screw your self over if your opponent happens to have fire type attacks... Slaking seems kinda useless if your not going to get rid of truant it will annoy your team more then help it and turn the match onto a 2 vs 1, even with encore, (its not permanent and you have to not be sleeping in front of them when they use swords dance) yawn ( 2 turn attack your giving them a free switch which is incredibly valuable in doubles), youll still be helping your opponent... in order to utilize your main strategy(the broke 2 thing) a bit more effectively why not add taunt to deoxys-d that way it can actually stop stuff from setting up on it. I'd say get rid of slaking and replace it with dual screen Bronzong who can set up screens and help you cosmic power set up while being by garchomp and being a poke that doesn't have to suffer garchomp's earthquake.

I have no idea how your going to prevent taunt .
That's true, I didn't really see Deoxys' moveset so I didn't see that it lacked cosmic power. Also, scizor is not going to counter any mewtwo that a fire type move any time soon. If you actually manage to sub before getting flamethrower'd, you don't get to SD, because flamethrower will break the sub. If you do SD, you can only bullet punch before getting KO'd. To be honest you're rarely going to get the opportunity to U turn after an SD because pretty much everything can break your sub in Ubers.
Mirror coat does nothing to Scizor since Scizor is physical. Night shade will hardly deal enough damage before it KOs you with its own bug bites. Focus band is hardly a reliable item.
Also, you can't get an x6 bullet punch; at +6 you're actually at x4, and how do you plan to get so many boosts to 1HKO arceus when arceus is obviously going to be attacking?
Also, yawn with slaking=switch, and there's not much slaking can do about that because it's just going to be slacking off.
SD is greater than fire fang on chomp and he doesn't need to stop sandstorm considering he actually benefits from it.
I think T Wave is superior to sing unless you want to run Gravity, and 252 HP/252 SpDef means Blissey will be OHKO by loads of physical attacks. Even with a little less SpDef investment Blissey can still take special attacks really well.

I really don't see this team having a fun time with Groudon. Groudon can fire punch scizor, takes psystrike well, takes at least 3 night shades, can overcome garchomp with EQ (especially if 'chomp hits the other pokemon with outrage instead), OHKOs blissey, and I'm pretty sure he can actually take a giga impact with 100/140 Defense

Very well. I will remodel my team. In order to counter other threats, Groudon, Reshiram and others. I will improve it, somehow. Slaking will be out of my team then. I will alter the entire team, I guess. But I will keep Garchomp (Sunny Day), Mewtwo, and Blissey, with the change of Aromatherapy.

reshiram.png

Slaking is a fault, I admit. I will replace him with one of my new favorites, Reshiram. Reshiram is able to outspeed majority of the metagame after a Flame Charge, and in the sun is virtually invincible, so it will be part of my improved team.

Peacock Dance
Reshiram @ Life Orb
~Flame Charge
~Draco Meteor
~Blue Flare
~Stone Edge

*I admit, Reshiram is very dangerous, being a hazardous Heatran counter, and doing a better job than Mewtwo, especially in a Trick Room team, because of his 90 Speed. Reshiram will switch-in as a special wall, and start to sweep in an admirable fashion. Blue Flare decimates Scizor, and with PP Max enough to bring down an entire group of Steel Arceus' under the sun. Sunny Day might boost Fire attacks, but Reshiram is 4x resistant to Fire, proving the flaw to be useless to pathetic Sunny teams, who are less common than the raging Sandstorm teams and also the Rain teams.

*Stone Edge will beat the likes of Salamence, Rayquaza, Ho-oh, Lugia maybe, and also Shaymin-S. Draco Meteor will immediately prevent the switch-in of dragons, such as Giratina-O, Draco Arceus, and also Palkia. Ferrothorn, who is becoming very popular, will fall in a measly Flame Charge. Rain Dance? No problem. My Garchomp has that very purpose of boosting Reshiram and supporting it. In a double of Garchomp and Reshiram, Reshiram will kill opposing Ice-types, as well as Dragon sweepers, while Garchomp together with Reshiram will 2HKO potential Reshiram threats, such as Groudon, or SD Blaziken (Speed Boost) with Stone Edge. Kyurem will fall to Reshiram's Stone Edge, and in a non-Trick team Reshiram will Flame Charge to improve it's terrible speed. Sunny Day from a Garchomp will improve Reshiram's chances to immediately sweep. Groudon will fall to a Blue Flare in the sun, since it is lacking in the special side.

My Mewtwo will have a change of strategy.

av-611803.jpg

Mewtwo is dangerous, but my BrokeTwo seems useless. Due to this, I will place Mewtwo with a set that is made to sweep to offensive threats. Mewtwo will now wield the coverages that it will need. Now, my Mewtwo will still be highest in Sp.Atk, with Modest nature, and it will be a counter of Darkrai, Dialga, and Arceus.

CrippleTwo

Mewtwo @ Choice Specs
~Aura Sphere
~Psystrike
~Shadow Ball
~Blizzard

*I am one who takes chances. I do not need boosting, as it is useless, since I'm running a Choice Specs. I will counter almost any threat, seriously. Blizzard, although with poor accuracy, is able to potentially sweep very amazingly in triple battles, especially if all are dragons.

*I have made various counters so easily. Chandelure with Shadow Tag shall fall to my Shadow Ball. Jellicent also will be doomed with it. Aura Sphere has the sole purpose of fighting Arceus (Steel, Dark, Normal), and Psystrike for Arceus (Fight). My Aura Sphere will eliminate Dialga, and Blizzard will befall Zekrom, Rayquaza, Groudon, Garchomp, Salamence, Hydreigon, Haxorus, Shaymin-S, potentially Giratina and Giratina-O, Dragon Arceus, and Psystrike to beat Conkeldurr, Machamp, and many fighting types. Shadow Ball is also a counter on Mew, Celebi, Lugia although might 2HKO, and that's it. Oh, Zapdos will die to Blizzard. Psystrike will deal raw STAB to Ho-oh's not so good normal defense. Almost nothing will counter my Mewtwo.

*Mewtwo has threats like Darkrai, Arceus (Ghost, Dark), sometimes Deoxys (Attack), and of course Tyranitar. Well, my Mewtwo could bash every single of these, most with ease. With Choice Specs is just being overkill, making it a true malovelent force.

Giratina-O will complement my team a lot. With immunity to Rapid Spin, if any Pokemon attempting a Rapid Spin comes out, I will bring my Giratina and deal with it. It will also set up and cripple teams.

art_giratina.png

Giratina is awesome, having no problems with my above Pokemon. Garchomp and Giratina both have Dragon- Ice- weaknesses, but Mewtwo will shrug them off. Giratina is a potential crippler and a Rapid Spin blocker, and it could stall the legends that Mewtwo might need help with, and bam!

Dark Horse

Giratina @ Griseous Orb
~Dragon Tail
~Toxic
~Hex
~Draco Meteor

As you see from this set, my Giratina will be modest, because of his primary STAB attacks, Hex and Draco Meteor, which could do formidable damage. Toxic with Hex is overkill, and Shadow Force is pathetic due to it's predictableness.

*Giratina will use Toxic to cripple walls that Mewtwo have trouble breaking, if there is any.

*Hex with 150 damage, including STAB, and coming from a 120 Attack is quite formidable, and Draco Meteor to deal raw damage to non-Mewtwo counters that are a threat. Garchomp's death would mean it's Giratina's turn to sweep. You see, both a special sweeper and physical sweeper are very important. And Giratina-O also fufills the role of being a wall. Two birds in one stone.

The fourth will be quite devastating. I'm sure it will be a great addition.

483_2.png

Dialga. Claimed of the most versatile and best-typed Pokemon in all of Smogon. Many even consider it a true deity in a fight, for it is truly a beast.

Broke Dialga

Dialga @ Life Orb
~Flash Cannon
~Roar of Time
~Earthquake
~Ancientpower

My Dialga is a real beast. And it takes advantage of some situations. First, Dialga is one of the best there is. Dragon is the best offensive typing. Steel is the best defensive typing. Together, those type combinations are unstoppable. My Dialga takes advantage on Blissey, and other walls. With Ancientpower, I will not attempt to break walls, but use them to my advantage. You see, walls are hardly a threat to Dialga, and paralyzing it wouldn't be such an issue, actually, so Dialga will boost it's stats once with a wall with Ancientpower, although I know that it has chances of not boosting.

*Dialga will use Flash Cannon for STAB damage, or using it on Rock-typings who usually have Ground with them and threatens STAB Earthquake, and Roar of Time to OHKO many Pokemon and switch out immediately after. Earthqauke with Levitating Giratina-O immune to it will do some damage to Sandstorm teams, Sunny Day teams, and also Zekrom.

My lead is of course, Garchomp. It will be devastating though.

200px-445Garchomp.png

Sand Stream Combo

Garchomp @ Metronome
~Outrage
~Sunny Day
~Earthquake
~Swords Dance

Garchomp will use Metronome to boost his Outrage, since there's no going back after an Outrage. Earthquake repeatedly for teams who fear Earthquake is fatal, proving very dangerous as Earthquake improves damage every turn. Garchomp with Swords Dance is able to OHKO Kyogre with Outrage, and it will Swords Dance during wall-time, as walls could not paralyze or poison it.

*Arceus (Electric, Fire, Rock, Steel) will hate Garchomp. Sunny Days with Reshiram will prove disastrous, as Reshiram has the power to Blue Flare Arceus in the sun and get away with it. With Metronome, no one suspects my item as nobody normally uses it.

If your going to have reshiram abuse sun why not slap a scarf on it and have groudon replace garchomp? The scarf will enable it to get it's blue flare out much faster before being revenged. Speaking of garchomp I don't believe metronome boosts power in that manner. I think it works like 3 outrages (confusion) boost comes after confusion. I don't see why you need giratina-o for spinblocking when don't have any hazards... other then that... Dialga's chances of boosting are 1/10... You'll have trouble knocking out bliss at +6 and the chances of that happening are incredibly low, I recommend replacing it with protect die to the fact it scouts ,protects yourself, and will prevent you from crippling yourself with earth quakes if giratina-o dies. I also reccomend Draco meteor over roar of time since the recoil gives the other side 1 free turn and they both have enormous power (but since switching is tough in doubles you might wanna switch the item to white herb). You'll have to split evs in order to eq spam so I recommend replacing that with another move as well. Speaking of evs it would be nice to see them :D. Also reshiram likes focus blast more then stone edge since it doesn't have to split evs then. Other then that... This looks to be an oddly effective double team with surprises.

You got a point there. Although I will never put Groudon, as many people I'm fighting, in my area who is willing to fight me thorugh Union has bulky water types. Seriously. Almost all my friends have Manaphy or Kyogre slapped into their butts. No joke. Groudon would have a short life.

And, hazards will be very easy for my team to handle. Due to a certain glitch I exploited, I can get at least 156 for each Ev, and please do not think badly of me for this, for you all refer it as "cheat."

Tip : A specific spot in Route 18, and training in only one patch of grass. Which patch? Find out yourselves. The glitch will give 1EV for each stat every one battle. two Evs can be 252's, others 156's. Enjoy!

Oh, and sorry to confuse with Rapid Spin tactics, I forgot it's effects and I mistaken it to be an entry hazard.

ive noticed that the title of this thread is most powerful/ broken uber team... yet it lacks a kyogre i would try this set

kyogre
item: choice scarf
nature:modest
evs: 252 Spe/ 252 SpA/ 4 Hp
-water spout
-surf
-thunder
-ice beam

only lanturn and shedinja resist this moveset

I think that it would be better to use Giratina as a wall if you use Giratina's Altered forme. Really, Giratina-O should be used for in a more offensive role.
