Mostly underused team in OU

I think my team is pretty basic. I try to hit hard and take hard hits better than the opposition. Im not big on using the Gyarados's Salamences and Blisseys of the world. I like to counter them. I pretty much use my favorites while using a pretty solid strategy.

Lead
Froslass-Timid-Focus Sash
252 Spa 252 Speed
Spikes
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt

Counters Gyarados, Dragons, Gliscor, and Gengar if he isnt Timid. Can set up two layers of spikes usually. But im thinking of going Destiny Bond in place of Shadow Ball.

1-Point Guard
Umbreon-Careful-Leftovers
252 HP 152 SpD 100Att
Curse
Payback
Baton Pass
Moonlight

Umbreon's pretty important. He's my only thing that can handle a special attack. He makes good passes and plays solid defense as a good point guard should. I know Wish is recommended instead of Moonlight but i prefer instant recovery.

2 Guard
Blaziken-Adamant-Choice Scarf
252 Att 252 Speed
Flare Blitz
Superpower
Earthquake
Thunderpunch

Plays great offense and is alot quicker with Scarf. Pretty simple

3 Guard
Metagross-Adamant-Choice Band
252 Att 100 Def 152 SpD
Bullet Punch
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Thunderpunch/Zen Headbutt

Takes the curse passes. A choice banded, boosted Bullet Punch is a very good way to take care of things late in the game. Not sure what the last two slots should be. Im not absolutely positive about this guy.

4 Post
Slowbro-Bold-Leftovers-Own Tempo
252 Hp 252 Def
Slack Off
Surf
Ice Beam
Grass Knot/Thunderwave

Plays great defense and can heal back up. Counters alot of things. Im just not sure if i should go Grassknot or Twave. Twave is useful yes but I have nothing for Swampert on my team if I go With Twave. I love the way he can take Dynamicpunch Machamp so easily thanks to Own Tempo.

5 Big Center
Rhyperior-Relaxed-Shuca Berry
252 HP 252 Def
Avalanche
Earthquake
Megahorn
Stealth Rock

My big boy. I like avalanche so much more than Stone edge just because of accuracy. Can come in easily on a predicted Earthquake. Sets up Stealth Rock. If Froslass gets down the spikes thats pretty solid. Maybe I could use a different item so tell me what you suggest.

you might want your descriptions to be a little longer (at least on some of them). I would make the Rhyperior impish (bold is -atk) and if your team is mostly uu I would then just make it all uu or all ou with one or two uu's.

You say that Froslass counters Gyarados and Salamence, but that is not true. Why? Well, Froslass cannot switch-in on Salamence without taking significant damage and will likely be OHKOed by Fire Blast/Outrage/Draco Meteor. Froslass cannot switch-in on Gyarados as well since it it killed by Stone Edge. Froslass is also outsped and killed by both after a DD. In OU, Froslass does not do so great as a lead. It has a hard time getting past Jirachi, Tyranitar, Metagross, Heatran, etc. It is best to aim to set up SR as soon as possible to start getting some little bit of extra damage at the start of the match and to not give Gyarados/Salamence a switch-in without getting hurt.

So what I suggest is that you make Metagross a lead over Froslass. Metagross is one of the best leads in OU. Metagross is very bulky and isn't dying to any non-super effective hits anytime soon, meaning that Metagross will be able to set up SR more often than not. Instead of using the CB set that you currently have on your team, try a set of Shuca Berry, Earthquake, Meteor Mash, Explosion, SR, 252 HP / 240 Atk / 16 Spe, Adamant. Shuca Berry should work excellently on your team since Gyarados can be quite a pain after a DD. Shuca Berry will allow you to survive a +1 DD Earthquake from Gyarados, allowing you to use Explosion to kill it. Meteor Mash is for a STAB attack while Earthquake hits Fire types that resist Meteor Mash such as Infernape and Heatran. Explosion is there to take out any Pokemon that may be giving you a hard time

With Froslass out of the lead position, I'd remove Froslass from the team completly. If you want to try and get a good set up with Umbreon, you need insurance against the #1 threat in the game, Scizor. Right now, CB Scizor can just repeatedly come into your Umbreon without worry and U-turn out, either inflicting massive damage to your Umbreon or hitting another of your Pokemon hard. Blaziken can come in, however, it is a bit frail to be taking U-turn + SR damage. I'd switch Froslass for a Rotom forme. Rotom's Steel resistance and higher Defenses mean it can threaten Scizor, instead of the other way around with Froslass. I'm going to be using Rotom-W as the suggestion, however, you can change it to any other of the Rotom-A. Try using Reflect, Light Screen, Hydro Pump, Discharge, 252 HP / 100 Def / 100 SpD / 56 Spe, Bold. With Dual Screen support, it will be much easier to pull of some Curse boosts with Umbreon. The Screens provide team support. Discharge provides STAB and has a chance to paralyize your opponent and since your team is quite slow, paralysis support is good. Hydro Pump allows you to hit Pokemon such as Heatran and Tyranitar.

Instead of going purely Physical with Blaziken, I'd suggest changing its moveset into a mixed Choice Scarf version. On your current set, you have Superpower and Earthquake. Both moves provide similar coverage making both moves on the same set a bit redundant. So, over Earthquake, use Hidden Power Ice. Hidden Power Ice will allow Blaziken to overcome Pokemon such as Gliscor, and Salamence, both of which can take most of Blaziken's other attacks easily. HP Ice will OHKO both of the aforementioned Pokemon as well. Instead of using Flare Blitz, I'd suggest using Fire Blast instead. Flare Blitz will quickly kill Blaziken since sandstorm +Flare Blitz recoil + Stealth Rock means Blaziken will not be living for long. Fire Blast will allow you to hit the Steel-types such as Skarmory for an OHKO, which Flare Blitz cannot do. If you decide to make the above changes, I'd change the EV spread to 76 Atk / 220 SpA / 212 Spe and use a Mild Nature. That allows you to make the most out of the new Special Attacks Blaziken will be using without dropping the power of Blazkien's Physical attack.

Now that Metagross is leading and has SR, I'd remove Rhyperior for a Pokemon that can benefit from Umbreon's boosts. Rhyperior is not doing much as SR is now on Metagross. For something to replace Rhyperior with, try using Azumarill. Azumarill is UU and I guess that is good since you mentioned you rather use UU Pokemon. Azumarill is a great Pokemon to receive Curse from Umbreon and has good HP and overall good defenses. Azumarill also has a huge Attack stat. Try, Aqua Jet, Ice Punch, Brick Break, Waterfall, 252 Attack/252 HP/ 6 Def, Adamant. Aqua Jet has STAB and makes up for the loss in Speed from the Curse boosts Umbreon will be passing. Brick Break has great coverage alongside Waterfall and Aqua Jet and Ice Punch adds to the coverage and hits Grass types such as Celebi. HP for bulk and max Attack too hit as hard as possible.

Some comments (diverging from the other poster's)

1) Frosslass IS an acceptable lead... only not with this set. As stated you will not actually be able to counter most Dragons and Gyarados, so I suggest you instead run Taunt/Thunderwave/Spikes/Destiny Bond. You lose to things like Azelf and Aerodactyl, but any slower lead can be taunted, set up on, and then taken out with destiny bond when you've run your course.

2) Moonlight is really a terrible option. About half of all teams run a Sandstorm user, meaning you will almost never get 50% healing from it. Additionally, passing wishes can be incredibly beneficial. You switch in on a choiced special attacker who can't really hurt you much (especially something using dark/psychic/ghost attacks), wish on their switch out, then BP, taking the hit aimed at your switch-in and healing him.

3) If Metagross is to be a Curse target, I suggest Life Orb or Leftovers over Choice Band so that you can change around your attacks. Otherwise the opponent can just switch in something that heavily resists/is immune to your attack and force you out (or worse, kill you with magnezone) and waste all those turns of cursing and passing

4) Stone Edge is far better than Avalanche on Rhyperior, even with the lower accuracy. STAB + Not needing them to attack you to get decent damage wins out. If you really feel you need Avalanche, replace Megahorn. Also Shucca berry should be Leftovers.

5) Blaziken should be something actually capable of checking top threats. I suggest Choice Scarf Rotom-H to deal with Lucario, Scizor, and Gyarados.
