Hey blooper756, cool looking team. The first thing that I noticed about this team was that it didn't have any Stealth Rocks or Hazard control. Hazard Control is extremely important to this team since you have 2 Pokemon weak to rocks in Arcanine and Venomoth. I also noticed Mega Banette, its really unique, considering that prankster Will-o is huge with all the physical threats going around these days, but its also a really cool pokemon. But anyway, I'd like to recommend a couple of things to help out.

So first off, I'd like to recommend a couple of pokemon subs. I won't really mess with Venomoth since its the main part of the team but some of the other Pokemon don't really fit.
  • The first sub I'd like to recommend is Choice Band Entei > Arcanine. Entei gives you a stronger attacker as well as access to a fantastic move in Sacred Fire (50% to burn). You do maintain your priority with ExtremeSpeed as well as have a little bit more bulk when using Entei, which is always nice. Here's the standard set for Choice Band Entei.
    entei.gif

    Entei @ Choice Band
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Sacred Fire
    - Flare Blitz
    - Extreme Speed
    - Stone Edge
It does need to run Adamant for Espeed, but its still a very solid speed tier, hitting 299 Speed.

  • Next, I'd like to recommend Krookodile > Cobalion. Krookodile is a very nice fit for this team, as it has trouble with the likes of P2 (can knock it off) as well as opposing Krookodiles. This pokemon also provides you Stealth Rock, which is almost essential on every team in Gen 6, being the #1 move in the game right now. Here's the Krookodile moveset.
    krookodile.gif

    Krookodile @ Dread Plate
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Pursuit
    - Earthquake
    - Stealth Rock
  • Next as a defogger, I'd like to recommend Crobat > Heliolisk. Crobat gives you very nice synergy with Krookodile as well as a nice Fighting check. It can also work as a nice stallbreaker/prevents Pokemon like Suicune and Snorlax to stop setting up with access to Taunt. Banette isn't necessarily a great fighting check since most fighting types like Heracross, Mienshao, and Machamp almost 100% always carry Knock Off to hit Banette super-effectively. Defogging is essential on this team since there's 2 Pokemon (not counting Crobat) weak to Stealth Rocks. But anyway, here's the set for Crobat.
    crobat.gif

    Crobat @ Sky Plate
    Ability: Infiltrator
    EVs: 200 HP / 68 Atk / 4 SpD / 236 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Defog
    - Taunt / U-Turn
    - Roost
The speed allows you to outspeed Adamant Mega Beedrill and Timid Mega Sceptile, which are pretty common nowadays.
  • Just another small nitpick, but on Suicune I'd like to recommend using Roar over Sleep Talk with a spread of 200 HP / 252 Def / 56 Spe. This helps you stop other Suicunes from setting up and some other common set-up sweepers. You could also use it as a shuffler to keep getting opponents to get hit by Rocks. You could mess with the speed a little bit, I prefer to run a little bit more than others since there's no specific speed creep run, but you could run as low as 16 speed on Suicune if you wanted to. It's all personal preference!
  • And lastly, the spread on Venomoth is a bit odd. Venomoth has an extremely crucial speed tier, if you're uninvested you get outsped by the likes of Heracross, Mamoswine, Feraligatr, any huge threat in the tier. That's why I'd like to recommend just using a standard spread of 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe with a Timid Nature.
But anyway, seems like a very solid team and I hope you consider my recommendations. Good luck with your team!

Also for future RMT's it'd be helpful if you provided an importable :P. here's the team with the changes I made.
Krookodile @ Dread Plate
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off

- Stone Edge

Misty (Suicune) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Def / 56 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

marionette (Banette-Mega) (M) @ Banettite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Sneak

Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Doesn't matter to me! Name them what you'd like lmao. I just hope you liked my recommendations, good luck! :]

Hi nice team :) I agree with Shiba but if you're running a Roar Suicune you better have a Heal Bell or Aromatherapy support which you lack. So I think this Suicune set is ideal here:

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 224 Def / 36 Spe
Bold Nature
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Roar

Otherwise implement Shiba's changes they're solid n_n

OK so while Shiba and Caliber provided some good suggestions. I'm going to go a slightly different route. First off I'm going to recommend having Gligar over Cobalion, as this gives you a good form of entry hazard removal as well as an entry hazard setter. It also gives you a good Fighting-type resist, Ground-type immunity, VoltTurn deterrent and Lucario check (they don't run Ice Punch nowadays) without having to rely on Suicune, which gets smacked by a +2 Close Combat and relies on Scald burn to ensure it doesn't pummel its way through the rest of the team. I also recommend having Life Orb, Focus Blast over Leftovers and Glare, respectively, on Heliolisk as Heliolisk doesn't need the passive recovery from Leftovers, and the added damage given by Life Orb is extremely useful for the frail attacker. I originally thought Hyper Voice should be used over Glare but after some theorymonning I realized the team had a weakness to Curse Snorlax due to the removal of Cobalion ans as such I recommend having Focus Blast on Heliolisk. Focus Blast also allows Heliolisk to hit Porygon2, Umbreon and Hydreigon harder. Glare isn't too pivotal on this team anyhow considering the defensive backbone. Next I recommend having Florges over Mega Banette as that ensures you still keep a specially defensive wall while also giving you a Dragon-type immunity and Hydreigon counter. Florges is also a far superior SpD wall than Mega Banette and helps provide the team with Wish and clerical support, which the team highly appreciates. I do agree with Shiba on his Suicune, Entei and Venomoth suggestions though, although I don't agree with using the Suicune set Caliber posted, as Suicune's your main Entei counter and having a way for it to remove burn and have recovery is crucial imo.

Gligar @ Eviolite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Defog
- Stealth Rock

You could run a more mixed defensive spread to take hits from Special Lucario and Hydreigon better.

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

Florges EVs allow it to take on all Hydreigon sets inclusive of Choice Specs while also somewhat dealing with Choice Band Heracross. Credits to Eyan for the EVs.

Edit: Shoutouts to Shiba for suggesting Crobat as a Defogger without having Defog on the set suggested lol. Edit in edit: Shiba, Entei's forced to go Adamant because of ESpeed and not Sacred Fire smh.

Edit 2: Please don't use my changes in conjunction with the changes suggested by others, it creates convolution.

Hey blooper756, nice team you have here. Most of the suggestions made above are really solid and cover most of the things I would say, but I'll make a quick post with a few small changes you can make that will optimize your spreads:
  • I've been playing around with Venomoth a bit myself, and while I do prefer the offensive LO set, defensive has its utility, and with sub you can do serious damage to stall. The spread I've been running which I believe fits better than purely physically defensive is 248 HP / 176 Def / 68 Spa / 16 Spe with a Bold Nature. The HP and Def EVs allow you to survive two megahorns from Jolly CB Heracross after Black Sludge recovery, which I think is a good benchmark to hit. Defensive Venomoth makes a pretty decent fighting type check and can switch in and set up on many choice locked fighting types without fear, including Heracross and Mienshao (granted they are not locked into Stone Edge, which 2HKO's you regardless of your EV spread). The speed EVs allow you to outspeed Jolly Mega Aerodactyl after two quivers, and while that may seem like a weird benchmark, I believe it's worth putting the few EVs in to ensure your sweep is not cut short. The remaining EVs are dumped in Spa to increase damage output, which Venomoth greatly appreciates due to its less than stellar base special attack stat.
  • I agree with the suggestions made above to use Roar on Suicune, as it prevents things like CM Reuniclus from just plowing through your team. However, you definitely need a cleric / wishpass support if you're going to do this, since RoarCune generally has to give up either Sleep Talk or Rest which either provides your opponent with free turns or greatly decreases your staying power, so taking Shiba's suicune set and Kreme's Mega Banette -> Florges suggestion is probably your best bet.
Other than that, I believe you have a pretty solid team. I like seeing people using Venomoth, as it's a pretty underrated threat at the moment. I hope you try out the suggestions made! Good luck with everything.
Venomoth @ Black Sludge
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 248 HP / 176 Def / 68 SpA / 16 Spe
Bold Nature

- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Substitute
