I suggest use a pokemon with sticky webs though it is no required since its main threat dragpult will be immune to it.
As well you could swap outrage for ice fang or iron head for coverage.
Would not use jolly nature since its threat dragpult even then still out speed it.
This is a highly potent sweeper and if you can get rain up its basically ggs.
