Numel @Focus Sash
Ability; Simple
Nature; Brave
EVs; 252 Atk.
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Howl
Return

OK, this is how I figure it; Use with a Trick Room team. You send it out and use Howl. Foe will probably go for the KO, and Focus Sash prevents this. Howl on Numel w/Simple is equivalent to Swords Dance, essentially giving it a 480 attack stat! Better yet, your foe opts to switch or set up rather than attacking, giving you ANOTHER turn to Howl, and giving you a 720 ATTACK STAT! Either way, after Focus Sash has done its duty, sweep, man, sweep!

Eevee @Focus Sash
Ability; Adaptability
Nature; Brave
EVs; 252 Atk.
Curse
Flail

Again, use for Trick Room team. Curse up while foe tries to KO you, then sweep with Flail, taking advantage of Adaptability for basically a 400 BP attack. And that's pretty sweet. Obviously walled by ghosts, but hey, what're you gonna do, huh?

So what do you think?

A significant problem with this is that if you run Trick Room on Numel and uses Howl twice, the most you'll be doing is killing 2 pokemon since you've wasted 3 turns already (1 for swapping in and 2 for Howling). Even if you Howl only once, you're not gonna do much with a pre-evolution. Simple is nice, but only because it's stuck to lesser pokemon.

Secondly, Eevee's stats aren't going to get it far. Again, even in a Trick Room environment, you'd have to play it out so that Eevee doesn't take a hit immediately when swapping in. Plus with TTar showing up from time to time, you'll end up with a rather helpless build as TTar either eats you or sets up before eating you.

Overall, it's nice to see new builds, but the set-up is a lot riskier than most due to the use of pre-evolved pokemon.

Both sets are pathetic. Really pathetic. Even after Adaptability, Eevee is pathetic, and (I thought I'd never say this) Bibarel is clearly better than Numel. I mean, why are you even bothering trying to think about these Pokemon?
