I didn't build a wholeee lot in the tour. I just chose most team choices in old gens, and helped the SV slots who wanted it that week. I'm usually very picky in my team quality so I try to make sure teams are absolutely perfect before letting someone use them which is a vice of mine since not everything can be perfect, so some of what I'm posting is unused in tours but worked fine in tests.

All of our slots were super self sufficient and we ended up reusing a lot so (again) not a huge amount of building was done by myself personally.

The #TOURWINNER. The only team that I ended up building and feeling comfortable using was this Fire. I'd probably rate Fire amongst the Top 5 types right now. Its offensive pressure is enough to beat literally anything if played right. The only match-up where I'd say you have to play so well that its slightly inconsistent is Sand Ground. Volcarona+Ceruledge is pretty much able to overwork anything, and since its Lefties Bulkyrona + Sash Ledge I decided double removal was the way to go. Flame Body Heatran is something I used in HPL finals a while ago to fish for burn vs Roaring Moon since thats probably the only Pokemon that can spell instant death for the team if played correctly. Apparently LogIce is a savant with this.
Mostly? Standard Fairy but with a unique take on Clefable. Clef should in theory lure Hoodra, Clod, Corviknight, Articuno, and Gliscor. Clef outspeeds Hoodra, Clod, and Corvi so you can Knock them and they'll usually use a contact move in return (Hslam, Pjab, and Uturn respectively) and then will end up taking Barb from you and are neutered for the rest of the game. Cuno and Gliscor are more unique circumstances. Gliscor isn't always running Knock (i.e wont take Barb from you) and Cuno just subs on you but you can catch it with Knock on switch in maybe. Felt worth mentioning. Anyway, with Hoodra/Clod/Corv down for the count with Barb you open up the game for the rest of the team but mostly Flutter Mane and Clef itself since it's removing most Moonblast resists this way.
Dragon is boring, won't say much. BoltBeam fucks up a lot of stuff. This is probably better supplemented with Spikes Chomp.
I made this like Week 1 because I wanted to see if Electric could work like, if ever. I came to the conclusion that Rock is somehow more viable...LOL. I felt like this type was only viable going the HO route so I chose screens. I don't remember what the Oricorio EVs do. Something about not being revenged by Scarf Enam after some setup. Taunt should kinda 6-0 Flying and other random stuff. Payapa Hands was for Latios, can be Roseli for Flutter though. You lose to one or the other so pick your poison I suppose. I figured Flutter might've been an easier MU since I used basically a FairyKiller Thundy. Zapdos can be okay vs Dragon if it can fish for Para/Burn successfully, creeped it to outspeed Timid Tran. Mostly posting this to see if anyone can solve Electric since its one of my favorite types!

SS

Built these during MPL but DugZa was self sufficient asf so I just used them in MFPL instead.

Named the paste Exodia since I just took the 6 I wanted and copy pasted sets from various Dragon-teams in my builder to fill certain roles. DugZa brought up Dragon in Week 1 (?) so I threw this together.

Electric is like one of my fav types to use in SS it's so fun. You need Band Zera nowadays to actually beat Dragon otherwise that shit is just so unplayable IMO. I also dislike using Specs Zapdos as against a lot of the meta it just falls flat if you don't get a lot of 5050s right which is just not consistent.

I love Melmetal he's so fun to use in SSOU but tbh that didn't translate very well here. He actually feels kinda annoying to fit on some teams. This team felt fine in tests but is absolutely HORRIBLE in the mirror (I got fucking #destroyed by Schwipper). Steel is also overrated asf in this tier IMO. Wouldn't go out of my way to use it, only did because it was nowhere on my scout.

BW
------------------
Not really gonna say much since most of my BW stuff is just importing spreads from elsewhere once I get an idea
For Semis we almost loaded this vs Gelbel. I think it would've been a fine mu (not that our MU was bad anyway) but someone in our team cord mentioned using Venomoth and tbh it actually performed in test games it was funny asf.
Dreamteam combo by myself and mushamu. I forgot what the original thought process was we just wanted to use this Sharpedo set since I rate Sharpedo decently high in the meta. But Water itself is like B tier at most honestly. Icy Wind + HP Fly Keldeo was for Dnite + Fighting respectively so you don't instalose to them.

I think SV is in a great spot. Before I probably would've complained about something needing to be banned (Archaludon) but the tier feels pretty stable right now. We've seen cool stuff brought out this tour and I don't think anything needs to go.
In BW I would maybe advocate for Volcarona to go but not really super opinionated on that. I was pretty vocal about banning Latios all those years ago and while I think that ban was a net-positive, banning something else might just be too much rn sooooo whatever.
Dusk We all appreciated your efforts even if you were quiet. The games you won were awesome and you were still an important part of the team. Everyone loses and its unavoidable. Don't feel bad about it!! This win is yours just as much as it is the rest of the teams <3.
Just wanted to thank my team one last time. All of your shoutouts have been so sweet and thank you to my friends in Ducks who have been congratulating me <3. Until next time!
