Much Stall, very annoy, wow

A new team I built just a few days ago that has been doing quite well on showdown so I would like some opinions. My evs are pretty standard since I'm not really good at specialized ev sets so...

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Impish Nature
252 Hp / 248 Def / 8 Spd
- Brave Bird
- Whirlwind
- Spikes
- Roost

Known as one of the best defensive pokemon in the tier, skarmory has the benefit of having nice defensive stats as well as a good typing. It ev spread allows me to have great bulk while getting the jump on other skarmory with whirlwind. Brave Bird for when I get taunted as well as to dish out good damage to anything. Whirlwind to phaze once he gets up his layers of spikes and then roost just to get great recovery. He can wall many physical threats like: Excadrill, Mega-Pinsir, Mega-Mawile and Scizor.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Bold Nature
252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 SpDef
- Seismic Toss
- Wish
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell

This pink blob serves a huee purpose on this team, it acts as the cleric. It can heal anyone with the help of a wish and coming from Blissey, it will be almost fully. Soft-Boiled for immediate health if shes about to die, heal bell to get rid of annoying status from the rest of the team like paralysis and toxic and then seismic toss so she isnt complete set-up fodder. Blissey, while not invested in SpDef, acts as the primary special wall on the team and is the glue that holds it together. It will take special hits from anything as long as it isnt a Fighting type move.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
Impish Nature
252 Hp / 172 Def / 84 SpDef
- Knock Off
- Roost
- Defog
- Whirlwind

Mandibuzz is NU no more. This vulture received tons of indirect buffs when Gamefreak decided to give defog the power to clear hazards as well as increase the power of Knock Off making it one of the most used moves in the game. Mandibuzz benefits from both of these being a bulky pokemon who can get rid of hazards as well as have STAB Knock offs. Defog may seem weird but its great early before I get to setting up my hazards because it can help nullify the effects of suicide leads like Deoxys-S/D or Smeargle. The ev spread gives it more defensive investment but supports its all around bulk.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Calm Nature
252 Hp / 4 SpAtk / 252 SpDef
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Roar

My stealth rocker of choice, heatran benefits from great typing as well as an amazing ability that gives it an immunity to a common attacking type, Fire. It has great all around bulk although I've chosen to run the standard specially defensvie Heatran. Its special attack stat is nothing to laugh at and allows heatran to deal big damage as well as risk burning many threats who may switch in like azumarill. Toxic for the spreading of status and then roar to help the passive damage. Heatran can wall many threats that dont have super efefctive moves on it as well as many OU threats like: Volcorona, Genesect, Jirachi and Clefable.

Mega-Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
Relaxed Nature
252 Hp / 192 Def / 64 SpDef
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Earthquake
- Synthesis

My favourite mega by far, I've tried to experiment many different teams with this guy but none of them seemed to work, until now. He does a great job of walling things that might usually be able to break through the others like Azumarill and Conkeldurr. Giga Drain and Sludge Bomb give him strong STABs that can either heal or spread poison which can be essential in certain situations. Earthquake so he doesnt get walled by Steel types, primarily Heatran. Synthesis for the much needed recovery since it's venusaurite takes up its item slot. It all around bulk is invested in but mostly in defence to make a great defensive wall.

Trevenant @ Lum Berry
Ability: Harvest
Careful Nature
252 Hp / 4 Atk / 252 SpDef
- Shadow Claw
- Will `O` Wisp
- Leech Seed
- Rest

A lot of people use Sitrus Berry Trevenant but I wanted to give this one a try. It can absorb any sort of status and then annoy any pokemon thats in at the moment. Shadow Claw as its reliable STAB move of choice. Will `O` Wisp to harm physical attackers that may try to switch in on specially defensive Trevenant. Leech Seed since its a defensive grass type and then rest which combos with Lum Berry and Harvest for free recovery. He can also act as a spin blocker. It checks a few things in the tier but hes mostly here because I really wanted to use him, hes one I'd be willing to switch out if there are any better ideas.

I've tested jellicent before and I didn't like it all too much. Also, I wouldnt say trevenant is horrible.

Blissey can take hits from greninja. With lefties recovery, hydro pump is only going to be doing ~20% everyturn. With a combination of the hazards set-up, life orb damage and a seismic toss, greninja shouldnt be a huge issue

The meme does need to die.

Anyway, your team seems to have too much focus on defense. Mega-Heracross could rampage through this team with its incredible stall-killing tactics.

Trevenant doesn't seem to fill a role here. I would recommend Rotom-W, which would cover Talonflame after Heatran is dead. It completes the fire water grass core, which is very useful for defensive teams especially. Also, if you scarf it, it can act as a revenge killer, using Hydro Pump, Volt Switch, and even Trick.

Blissey does not need Softboiled. Blissey's only ability to do anything here is use Wish and Heal Bell, which doesn't really work well as a slot for a Pokemon. Replace Softboiled with Thunder Wave. Wish stalling becomes much more effective against something paralyzed, and it will help you out later in the fight. Three of your Pokemon already aren't affected by Toxic, not to mention Natural Care, which could bump it up to four. Will-O-Wisp is fodder for Heatran, Spore for Venusaur, powders for Mandibuzz, and Thunder Wave for your new Rotom-W. There's no need for Heal Bell, really. Might as well put Stealth Rock in place of the move, and on Heatran, put Earth Power.

As I've mentioned, Heracross could switch in on your Venusaur and start killing everything. On Mandibuzz, put Brave Bird in place of Whirlwind. Whirlwind probably won't get much use since it has negative priority, but Brave Bird gives extra back-up against fighting types who might start sweeping.

Overall, I'm not a fan of this stall dependence, as it doesn't protect you from the stall breakers or set-up sweepers prominent in teams today. How on earth could you stop a Salamence or Heracross when you have Venusaur out? I don't want to tell you to replace Venusaur, as it is your favorite, but he really isn't too great.

Sludge Bomb still hits pretty hard so unless they try to come in and set up with something that resists/ is immune to poison, they are gonna take a big hit.

0 SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Salamence: 139-165 (41.9 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

-With rocks up, that leaves salamence pretty low. On the other hand, for heracross, I could put Roar on venusaur instead of either synthesis or earthquake just to clear out sweepers.
-I run soft boiled just incase I cant afford to wait the extra turn for wish to heal me, I could technically replace it with protect.
-For mandibuzz, whirlwind's negative priority doesnt matter, its there only to phaze out things that may try to swithc out/set-up, I wont even outspeed most heracross so after a rock blast and brave bird recoil, I may have just died right there.
For the trevenant, I did think of Rotom-W but didnt want to use it lol >.< but I do see how it fits very nicely into the team, will test
