Welcome to rock, paper, scissors mafia, a game where mafia is mixed up with this classic game!
I will list below a few things of the setup and rules please read them so you know what you are signing up for.

General game setup
This is an OC, meaning that you can talk outside the general chat with other players or groups of players.
There are no days nor nights. Cycles will last 48 hours.
Teams setup
There are three teams: Golem, Kartana and Scizor.
In each team there are 7 aliases and equal number of players controlling them.
The teams are symmetric, meaning that they will have the same actions in total.
You will know your whole team from the start.
Any player not in your team will count as an enemy.
Match mechanic
Your team can attack each night except for Cycle 0. You can use rock, paper or scissors depending on how you use your actions. Any alias of the team can attack but it’s only one attack per team. The attack will result in a match.
Matches work the following way: rock wins versus scissors, scissors wins versus paper and paper wins versus rock. The player that loses the match is out. In case of tie nothing happens.
Starting defenses of each team:
Delegation mechanic
When a player is out their actions will be given to their allies. Players can submit where they want them to be. There can be at most 2 more actions on the player with most actions compared to the one with less.
Factions will receive buffs when certain thresholds are met

Here is a list of the starting players actions. Each bullet point represents a singular action and each player can have more than one. However they can only use one at once unless specified.
Factional
The attack can't be used together with the alias actions unless that action is specified to be able to do it.
The attack will result in a match that will be public.
Cannot be idled twice in a row.

Player 1
They can be used only on one's own team, not enemy one.
They also can be used on consecutive cycles.
Each one can individually be swapped.
Additionally they can be stolen using enemy swap.
Player 2
Actions listed above:
Players can self target, target an ally or target an enemy.
It cannot be used on the same target consecutively in two cycles.
The target will know of this change and the change will remain until a new change occurs.
Ally changes are slower than enemy ones and will remain over them.
In the case of two enemies with different changes targeting a player from the third faction their action will fail, if they change to the same move they succeed.
Each one can individually be swapped.
Player 3
Can’t be stolen by enemy swap.
Target will not be informed of the investigation.
Player 4
Neither can be stolen by enemy swap.
Target will not be informed of the investigation in action cop’s case.
Action block makes a target unable to use an action and blocks that action from being swapped.
Target for action block is player + action.
Action block cannot be used on the same target consecutively in two cycles. You can however action block the same player.
Action Block can self target, Action Cop can't.
Action Block cannot be used on cycle 0.
Player 5
Can be stolen by enemy swap.
Target will not be informed of the investigation.
Player 6
Player 7
Due to its low priority it works the following night.
If a player uses swap they can also use another ability.
The player that uses swap can self target.
It fails if the target does not have that action.
A faction cannot target the same target twice or more in the same cycle.
Ally swaps are faster than enemy ones.
Enemy swap will fail if the same action from the same target is targeted by to different enemy swappers.
Stolen action has priority being swapped over action owned originally by the team.
Swaps between players of the same faction, whether they are from the faction of the swap user or not, do not have restrictions regarding what actions can be swapped. In the case of swapping between targets of two different factions it only works on attack changes, defense changes and alignment cop.
Example:
Swap: Alias 1 (Action Cop) Alias 2 (Paper attack)
Player 1 will gain the action paper attack change and player 2 will gain the action action cop.

- Action Block: Block a specific action from a target and prevent that action from being swapped that cycle.
Neither can be stolen by enemy swap.
Target will not be informed of the investigation in action cop’s case.

Target for action block is player + action.
Action block cannot be used on the same target consecutively in two cycles. You can however action block the same player.
Action Block can self target, Action Cop can't.
Action Block cannot be used on cycle 0.
Player 5

- Although this is an OC and not a NOC please follow the 1st, 3rd and 5th to 8th point of this post. To sum it up: respect general Smogon guidelines, no game related screenshots to other teams, play for your win condition and do not break game rules or bait someone into breaking them.

- Spectators and players are not allowed to interact with each other until the ending in relation to game topics.
