My 1st OU team :)

Ok, well I've been working on a team for awhile and I think this is decent:

Dragonite
Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252Atk 252Spe 4Hp
Adamant Nature (+Atk -Spatk)
-Dragondance
-Fire punch
-Extreemespeed
-Dragon claw

Borrowed directly from smogon, Multiscale usually ensures me to have at least one dragon dance up. These moves also give great type coverege and a priority move is great.

Deku Seed
Ferrothorn @ Rocky helment
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252Hp 48Def 208Spdef
Relaxed Nature (+Def -Spe)
-Stealth Rocks
-Leech seed
-Power whip
-Protect

All in al, he is very good at what he's supposed to do, a reliable stealth rocker. Iron barbs and rocky helment pack a 25% damege he can also leech seed and then stall for hp. A good partner to porygon2 using toxic

Eviogon2.0
Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Trace
EVs:252Def 130Hp 126Spdef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Recover
-Toxic
-Ice beam
-Thunderbolt

This cyberduck is great, with eviolite its defense rises to an impressive 450. It also having a reliable recovery move is good too, Ice beam takea out most dragons.

Latios
Latios @ Choice specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252Spe 252Atk 4Hp
Modest Nature (+Spa, -Atk)
-Draco meteor
-HP Fire
-Psyshock
-Surf

Latios was once in ubers for a reason, this guy can sweep if he gets the chance, hitting every pokemon for at least neutral damege ensures he will be put to good use.

Breloom
Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252Atk 252Spe 4Hp
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
-Spore
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Seed bomb

The classic subpuncher. He is very frail so he has trouble settong up sometimes

Jirachi
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252Hp, 224Def 32Spe
Bold Nature (+def -atk)
-Wish
-Calm mind
-Thunderbolt
-HP Fire

Jirachi is for wiah support, he is quite bulky and boasts 404 Hp, so he's able to take a few hits. Calm mind is so if jirachi gets a chance she can set up effectivly, the reason i used HP fire was to stop some of jirachis common walls (eg; ferrothorn)

Well as this is my first team i'm open to suggestions. My team does have a big weakness to fire/bug/fighting

Your team has an overall 4x weakness to fire. Maybe one of these could fix that a bit.

Heatran- Good for sweeping, immune to fire, sets up stealth rocks, has good move pool
Rotom-W- Good wall, can cause status conditions, has powerful water type moves
Tentacruel- Good for spinning and setting up toxic spikes, has water type moves

I see Rotom-W needed badly on this team with all your fire weakness
Also have you considered switching Breloom for Sub DD gyarados? it looks a lot more viable for this team
Gyarados@Leftovers
Jolly Nature
208HP/208SpDef/44Attack/44Speed
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Bounce
-Substitute
This would benefit you a lot more then breloom with its sweeping ability
Hope I Helped :]
