After some reworking, and the realisation of my limited resources, I have stopped bugging other smogonites for their Azelfs and built my team this way...
Dragonite@Yache Berry
Adamant
EVs: 76 HP, 216 Atk, 216 Spd
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch
-Roost
Same Dragonite as before. EVs were put into HP because DD makes him strong enough without maxing his Atk & Spd, and chances of survival from Ice Shard after Yache is gone increase.
Gengar@Life Orb
Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond
Same basic Gengar, with DB once LO damage gets too severe or I'm facing a very strong sweeper. However, since Cresselia carries Charge Beam to stop her being walled by Steels, should I replace his TB with Energy Ball to counter Swampert rather than Gyarados?
Cresselia@Leftovers
Timid
EVs: 114 HP, 204 SAtk, 192 Spd
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Ice Beam
-Charge Beam
Since I couldn't get a good Azelf (or Mesprit), I sacrificed my sleepytime to SR for this. The Speed EVs let her just outrun the neutral base 85 crew, including Adamant Heracross. Psychic for STAB, Ice Beam for Dragons (All will die after 1 CM). Charge Beam over Moolnlight for Gyara, but mainly to stop Cress from being walled by Steels. Was that wise? And if so, I direct your attention to the question below Gengar.
Lucario@Focus Sash
Jolly
EVs: 76 HP, 182 Atk, 252 Spd
Trait: Steadfast
-Swords Dance
-ExtremeSpeed
-Close Combat
-Crunch
SD ExtremeSpeed Lucario. The trait doesn't really make that much of a difference. EVs were diverted from Atk due to SD and Lucario's frailty, which Focus Sash and Sandstorm immunity helps with. EXS is a complete pain after 1 or 2 SDs, CC is this team's only fighting move, and Crunch is for Ghosts who are immune to his other 2 attacks.
Gliscor@Leftovers
Impish
Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 74 HP, 154 Atk, 186 Def, 96 Spd
-EarthQuake
-Aerial Ace
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
Not the trait I wanted, but I kept him because he had a flawless Def IV and the Atk one was also pretty high. EQ is his strongest STAB move, AA is mainly for Heracross, plus it also gets STAB. I decided to go for SR support rather than the SD option, which is why his Atk needed some more EVs. But he's still a pretty bulky physical wall.
Milotic@Leftovers
Calm
EVs: 252 HP, 58 SAtk, 100 Def, 100 SDef
-Surf
-Hypnosis
-Recover
-Mirror Coat
Balanced wall with sleep support. Surf for (reliable) STAB. Mirror Coat lets her give special sweepers and most Ubers a nasty surprise with her high HP and Recover. Her low Speed IV also helps this work, I think.
Feedback/constructive criticism welcome, but please answer the questions I've put here...
