My 5th gen OU team

So I have been testing out a new team that I've been working on. Any help would be highly appreciated

Metagross @ Occa Berry
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk/4 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Hammer Arm
- Bullet Punch
- Stealth Rock

I use this guy mostly to set up rocks early on, and then he becomes an all out physical attacker. He really helps me out and usually gets offensive momentum going my way early and the occa berry helps me get the jump on several pokemon that try and roast him. I only gave him minimal speed investment because between bullet punch and his awful speed, he really doesn't need the investment.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Recover

Latias works as an all purpose special wall as well as a sort of defensive pivot with calm mind. I run max speed to outrun lots of threats with that great speed stat of hers and max hp for maximum bulk.

Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave
- Spikes

Typical garden variety ferrothorn. I use thunder wave to mess up switch ins and spread paralysis around the team. I also like the entry hazard in the form of spikes to spread residual damage arond. I think I might be looking to change thunder wave though, because the common switch ins to ferrothorn i usually get don't mind getting thunder waved too much. I'm open to suggestions there for sure.

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
Milotic is a very underrated pokemon. She is a great mixed wall and I love the resttalk set for her because under sleep, she walls physical hits like a champ and is a fairly good switch in to many things, as well as a good phazer.

Dragonite (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- ExtremeSpeed
- Dragon Dance

Dragonite functions as a fantastic late game sweeper, cleaning up like a pro with extremespeed. With multiscale intact, I get plenty of opportunities to set up a dragon dance and more often than not, dragonite gets about 2 kills per match.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Rapid Spin

Claydol is a fantastic spinner, thanks to its immunities to spikes and toxic spikes and a resistance to stealth rock. I decided to run shadow ball to smack around spin-blockers try to come in a spin. This set actually functions very well against terrakion and generally forces the monster out, which is always a plus. It has several weaknesses, but my team generally handles them pretty well so they're not too much of an issue.

Thanks in advance for any comments you leave here!
