My team is organised into a defensive and offensive core with each working together to use switch moves and toxic stall while covering each others weaknesses and covering both physical and special attacks and coverage.
The reason I am posting this is for help on a lead and other pokemon. I was thinking a mixed anti lead and a wish passer? advice would be appreciated thank you

Aim is to volt switch to scizor if at a disadvantage and keep momentum which covers its weakness to grass or straight up ko if it is super effective. Hydro pump is strongest stab that doesnt force it to switch and hp ice compliments this coverage nicely. Trick is used when the need is to switch attacks or to cripple something that doesnt want to be stuck in one move. Has the speed and coverage to revenge kill with scarf. Evs and nature are for max speed then sp att as it is a spec sweeper which specialises in versatility.

Physical sweeper. Aim is to u turn to rotom w if at a disadvantage and to keep momentum which covers its weakness to fire and can frequently ko if normal effective. Bullet punch is crazy strong priority due to band and stab and tech, can finish off many weakened pokemon. Super power is strong and along with pursuit has great coverage. Pursuit is great for killing the only weakness to my core which is spec psychics like latios etc. Doesnt need speed so max att then hp as it is physical sweeper which specialises in wall breaking power.

Aim to poison stall through the toxic spikes tentacruel sets up and to poison the one that is in while it does. Fling also brings acrobatics up to full power with along with earthquake being stab and it gives it good coverage and power without investment. Tentacruel can take spec water and ice directed at it and set up tspikes or scizor can take phycical ice for a bullet punch ko or rotom can ko with voltswitch. Takes physical hits like anything and double leftovers regen and protect work wonders. Max def and hp to take physical hits like anything. Surprisingly fast for a wall.

Aim to set up toxic spikes and keep other hazards off the field and can toxic stall and scout with protect. Surf does reliable damage and has okay coverage by itself. Switches to szizor on psychics and to rotom or gliscor on ground attacks and gliscor on electric. Max sp def and hp to take special attacks. Is surprisingly fast for a wall. Clear body is handy from shadow ball sp def drops and the like.
