Rejected My concern with a re-trial for Melmetal

I was wondering why when Kyurem-B and Melmetal were quick banned, it was stated that Melmetal would be re-trialed at a later date while Kyurem-B was quick banned without any mention of a re-trial. In my opinion, Melmetal is much much better, it even poses a threat in Ubers as it completely walls Zacian and can destroy it with a base 140 or something move with IF boost and takes little damage in return due to its astronomical defense stat. A Pokémon that walls and OHKO‘s the most used Pokémon in the Uber tier, is not one that should be in the OU tier. Melmetal has one of the most unorthodox stat spreads, and is extremely hard to counter and dies to a select few Pokémon on the OU tier amongst the lIke’s of, Life Orb Clefable’s Flamethrower, and SpAtk All Out Attacker Dragapult Fire Blast. Though Dragapult has 40% usage and most would think that would be reason that Melmetal could be re-trialed because it gets destroyed by some of the most common Pokémon, it is to be noted that once the threat is take care of Melmetal will give no F’s and proceed to destroy the rest of the team. In Finchinator’s post it said that due to Kyurem-B gaining a STAB ice type move that it lacked along with DD is what pushed it over. Melmetal choice banded has far more utility than Kyurem even with the given of DD as its stat spread favors both bulk and offense. Im not saying that Kyurem-B should be re-trialed rather than Melmetal and 8 believe both should stay in Ubers as they are a huge threat that the OU tier is not prepared to deal with until more of the roster is released. I understand that since Melmetal has never been in company of Pokémon not from Gen 1 so it is considered for re-trial due to this meta game being vastly different from the one that we will see 6 months from now, but I feel that Kyurem-B in the meta game of SM, even if it had Icicle Spear along with DD, it would remain in the OU tier. I understand that SM had far more power in the average Pokémon than SS, but I also think that Melmetal would be one that would be banned to Ubers within the SM meta game and I also think it has no place in this meta game, even in 6 months if it is much more powerful than a Pokémon that will most likely never be re-trialed. I am not complaining I am just concerned with the mention of a re-trial for Melmetal.
