SS OU My current OU offensive team

This is a team that has brought me a good amount of success on the ladder. I have been using it for about a week and a half and have made some minor adjustments but nothing huge like switching out a pokemon. I put a decent amount of time on this team so I wanted to get a second opinion to see if people could help me improve it.
(This is my first post on this thread so if I made some enormous error my bad)
One more thing mid scripting I like to use 12 speed evs for outspeeding same speed tiers

Tapu Lele @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Future Sight
- Focus Blast

Tape lele can be a huge threat if you can safely get it into battle as it has almost unmatched power. I like to bring it in after the opposing team has lost a pokemon or two so I can more easily select which move to use so the predicting isn't so severe. It can also ward off choice band urshifu close combat.

Tangrowth (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 248 Def / 12 Spe
- Synthesis
- Knock Off
- Sleep Powder
- Stun Spore

This is the the teams physical wall. Its main purpose is to disrupt the opponent with double spores and knock off and punish contact with rocky helmet. Its more so a temporary stop than an unwavering wall since the opponent can bring in any special attacker and crush him which is why I think double spores are good it helps me bring in the heavy hitters. He is also the teams best urshifu check as he punishes attacks with his helmet. He does get 2 hit ko by choice band but if it is choice banded then no worries as his regenerator allows him to heal and I can switch into either tapu lele garchomp or urshifu depending on move choice. If its life orb than I switch into garchomp and soak the poison jab and attack back and if its something else like leftovers than it does even come close to 2 hit ko and thus is pretty laughable. He can also check barraskewda kartana landorus-t melmetal rillaboom swampert and galar zapdos as far as ou pokemon go. Ive thought about using power whip or leech seed instead of synthesis let me know which is the best choice.

Clefable (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 248 HP / 40 SpA / 208 SpD / 12 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave

Clefable is this teams special wall pretty obviously. It can handle a ton of threats but much like tangrowth its main goal is to switch in on attacks and be annoying. I wanted to use a bit of special attack to break spectrier substitutes so I could beat its calm mind sets.
There's not really much more to it than that it can survive most special hit and thunder wave or whatever and its just here for some defensive backbone.

Garchomp (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Poison Jab
- Aqua Tail
- Outrage

Garchomp is definitely the most well rounded pokemon on the team its still threatening but it has some extremely crucial defensive utility that holds this team together.
He can live even incredibly powerful moves like urshifu wicked blow and the leftovers are there to make sure he can swallow A humongous hit if need be.
Also just being a ground type is good to swallow something like regieleki or mono electric bulky zapdos.
I've been playing with his aqua tail slot quite a bit and I haven't found the perfect move to fit that slot yet and I could definitely use some help with this.

Urshifu (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wicked Blow
- Close Combat
- Sucker Punch
- Poison Jab

Next up is the set everyone one knows and probably hates banded urshifu.
There's not a lot to say he is absurdly strong and can almost always do at least something especially with sucker punch.
There is no way short of the universe collapsing that urshifu doesn't get banned so if anyone could recommend another pokemon to fill urshifu spot that can handle specs or scarf spectrier than I would appreciate it.
I'll mention this real quick the reason I need a choice spectrier check is because once urshifu is banned they will be so much more viable and will be very scary.

Cinderace (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Libero
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pyro Ball
- High Jump Kick
- Sucker Punch
- Gunk Shot

I didn't really pick Cinderace for any reason other than he is an offensive menace but he has proven himself very much.
It may not be super obvious but he does have some defensive use with a good typing and ok bulk he can switch into something like clef and then crush it with gunk shot. And if I accurately predict I can switch him into tapu fini attempting to setup calm mind and crush it with gunk shot provided it actually hits.

So yeah that's my team and I would recommend you try it out I've been having a ton of fun with it making risky predictions and what not and I'm hoping to make it even better.

I'm not gonna put in a full answer as I'm tired but here's one random suggestion, never ever use outrage on any pokemon. It's a complete death sentence without z crystal. You do not want Magearna coming in for free and setting up that cancer inducing shift gear + calm mind nonsense. Use this set instead, far more reliable

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Scale Shot
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge / Fire Blast

Use naive if running fire blast. Life orb can be swapped with leftovers but I just prefer it since I love hitting hard
