My current OU Team ^_^

I've stated to make teams that cover each other's weaknesses, so I think I covered them well here. See what holes you can pick. ^_^

@Leftovers
Careful, Pressure
252 HP/ 140 Atk/ 116 SpD

Sucker Punch
Pursuit
Pain Split
Will-o-Wisp

Chosen because it's a good starter; nothing can score a SE hit on it, so it's defenses are deceptive. WoW to cripple physical starters, Pursuit to make sure that the fleeing 'mon don't get away unhurt, and Sucker Punch to bypass his low speed. Pain Split is an unreliable way of healing, but it has it's uses against high Hp walls. Like that oversized marshmallow. :P

@Leftovers
Sassy, Thick Fat
244 HP/ 28 Def/ 236 Sp.Def

Sleep Talk
Rest
Body Slam
Crunch

My special tank; chosen over Curselax for the longevity that my team misses sometimes. Crunch is to hit Ghosts; I'd just have to switch to Gliscor to take the TTar, and to Starmie to take Weavile's Ice Shard/Punch.

@Leftovers (again)
Impish, Sand Veil
252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def

Areal Ace
Earthquake
Roost
Stealth Rock

Physical wall; and my Hera counter. The only thing that came up recently was Aqua Jet and Waterfall, which caused me....problems. Areal Ace is the main way to take Heracross down.

@Life Orb
Timid, Flash Fire
216 Spe/252 SpA/40 HP

Nasty Plot
Fire Blast
Dark Pulse
Will-o-Wisp

Nasty Plot sweeper; but he's fragile. Come in on something that doesn't like to take a fairly speedy Sp.Attack, and NP up on the switch. Fire Blast provides more power; the lower accuracy doesn't concern me too much. DP for a secondary STAB attack, WoW to cripple physical attackers to give more time to set up.

@Choice Specs
Modest, Natural Cure
252 Spe/252 Sp.Attack/4 HP

Grass Knot
TBolt
Ice Beam
Surf

My Specs user. ^_^ I love Starmie, it's helped me out of some bad situations; notably a recent run-in with a Rain Dance Kingdra.
Grass Knot to combat TTar more effectively, as well as others. BoltBeam for nice coverage, and Surf for a STAB (over Hydro Pump; I didn't like that on 'mie for accuracy and PP). Also good for absorbing Status, thanks to Natural Cure.

@Life Orb
Adamant, Motor Drive
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP

Brick Break
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch
Earthquake

Great for a Blissey thinking it can paralyze my team. BB over CrossC because I had a bad time with it missing a while back. TPunch for STAB, IcePunch and EQ for coverage. There is brilliant coverage in this set, and it's also gotten me out of a couple of tight spots. I once had another 'vire against my 'mie, who was locked into Tbolt, and the MD boost helped me take him out, as he could have hit most of my team (bar 'tomb) for SE damage.

~Fin

So tell me what you think! I have only one problem that I experienced, and that was a physical, fast, water move that took out the remainder of my team near the end of the match. Also, the aforementioned SwiftSwim Kingdra kinda screwed my team over as well.
^_^

surf hits tar harder than gk, and with starmie as your only gyara counter (pretty much everything else gets ruined) i would consider just slapping recover over gk. spinning would help too as 2/3 of your team is hit by ts, but i guess that's up to you.

lead spiritombs are cool with lum and taunt to beat bronzong/gengar leads, or at least just taunt to stop zong

You may want to run Flamethrower over Fire Blast on Houndoom and run Mixed Electivire set as it can be somewhat useful after a Motor Drive Boost. Spiritomb works fine as a lead, I guess, but since your leading with it you may want to have a Lum Berry to prevent sleep from other leads and pack Hypnosis of your own over Will-O-Wisp. You may also want to ditch Will-O-Wisp on Houndoom for another attack, a Special one or even Substitute, but I've never use nor know anything about Houndoom sets so who am I to say.

So, turn 'vire into a mixed attacker, and turn 'mie into a spinner?
As for 'tomb, would Taunt or Hypnosis be more useful? I've noticed that I tend not to use WoW with 'doom, incidentally.

Try taunt on your lead. Pursuit is useful and all, but taunt will ensure the success of sucker punch, and it won't allow opponents to get rid of spiritomb by using to set up on. If you want to hit leads like zong or azelf with spiritomb, you want to cripple their ability to set up, and then sucker punch them to death. Since azelf can't really do much to Spiritomb, you may wanna opt for pursuit, but the way I see it, sucker punch covers more bases.

Yeah, Modest Specsstar isn't really all that good, because it doesn't outrun Garchomp or Infernape.

Go for the regular Rapid Spin version (timid of course) so you can keep residual damage off of your walls, and counter Gyarados.

Electivire wants a Mild Nature, 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe, with Cross Chop, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and HP Ice / Grass. This set is much more effective, and removes common counters such as Swampert and Bronzong. Still nails Bliss with CC too.
