My decent to bad OU team

This is intended for standard battles. Now i think what i need the most is advice on how to make my team more unified and based on a central strategy. I have some pokemon in here that have really helped me just sweep out other teams (namely crobat and garchomp) but i've defintely also been easily swept by those more strategic players than myself. So here goes:

NOTE: I only know my teams IVs, i have no clue about EVs, sorry =[.

Hp/Atk/Def/Sp.A/Sp.D/Spe

Garchomp @ Lum Berry (M), Brave LvL 61 –
9/12/14/31/30/17

Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Crunch
Swords Dance

You may be asking why i have crunch instead of fire fang and the answer is because this garchomp has not been bred for it. I could give it flamethrower i guess because of it's perfect special attack iv but i've seen crunch work well so far.

Crobat @ Leftovers (M), Timid , LvL 52 –
23/9/25/14/29/14
+ Leftovers

Fly (works well with left overs and poison)
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
Mean Look (i prefer to trap + i don't have tm u-turn yet)

I have so much fun using crobat. he can withstand most non-stab supereffective attacks and his sludge bomb does a massive 3/4s damage to most pokemon. Shadow ball works well and makes crobat an excellent gengar counter.

Roserade @ Big Root [Buddha] (M), Gentle , Poison Point LvL 46 –
23/16/15/30/30/29

Giga Drain
Poison Jab
Toxic Spixes
Ingrain

Special Sweeper/ Toxic Spiker. You maybe asking yourself why i have poison jab in there instead of sludge bomb and the simple answer is because i don't have another sludge bomb. =[. ANYWAYS, i think a baton passing calm mind would greatly help my roserade because of it's awesome special attack and special defense. Big root because if i find it works well with ingrain and giga drain. (ingrain would work even better if i had the baton passer i mentioned before)

Bronzong @ Light Clay, Hasty, LvL 45 – 27/30/26/12/11/23

Light Screen
Stealth Rock
Hypnosis
Psychic

Standard Special wall (can be used for as physical wall too actually, as long as it's not against a fighting type obviously). Psychic instead of gyro ball (i don't know why, i feel like gyro ball just isn't consistent enough.). Set up stealth rock, use hypnosis to put to sleep, switch to preferred pokemon and prepare to sweep or switch to roserade and set up toxic spikes.

Blissey @ Leftovers (F), Impish, LvL 46 – 20/28/6/11/21/16

Healing Wish
Softboiled (12pp)
Blizzard (8pp)
Toxic

I've used healing wish most of the time to bring back garcomp to full health. basically wish bliss except with healing wish instead..I use blizzard for the lack of ice moves in my party..except it hasn't proven useful due to her lack of speed.

Infernape @ Life Orb (I lost IVs)

Close Combat
Fire Blast
Sunny Day
Stone Edge

Now although i forgot the exact numbers i do know his IVs suck badly. I'm thinking of switching him for lucario.

--------------------------

Pokemon i have with good ivs that possibly could be utilized in my team:
NOTE: The attacks aren't really important for now, just noting the IVs so you guys could possibly make suggestions based on them.

Absol (M) , Lonely, Lvl 26 - 21/21/28/29/15/28

Bagon (F) , Hasty, LvL 30 - 30/1/14/31/29/14

Lucario (M), Naughty, Steadfast LvL 36 – 24/29/25/27/30/30

Your team demonstrates lack of knowledge of the competitive metagame, and your movesets are all quite ineffective. You also failed to post any EVs; if you don't know what the EVs are, post what you would like them to be. Read some of the analyses on this site before making an RMT.
