my drizzle team

I'm starting to find success with this team.

Kyogre/Choice Scarf
Drizzle/Modest
4HP/252SpA/252Spe
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunder
Water Spout
Of course, Kyogre is the backbone of the team with him starting drizzle. With choice scarf, he can outspeed most others especially other Kyogres. Water Spout is its main STAB. At 100% and with a choice scarf, water spout can 2HKO the most resistant pokemons like Ferrothorn and Blissey. Surf is its other STAB. When Kyogre's health is low, surf becomes more serviceable than water spout. Ice Beam gives me a move against dragons. It'll OHKO Rayquaza and Shaymin-S. Against water pokemons like Manaphy and Kyogre, Thunder is a must. In rain, Thunder always hits.

Mewtwo/Leftovers
Pressure/Timid
204HP/52SpA/252Spe
Calm Mind
Psystrike
Thunder
Ice Beam
One of the problems I had when I first built this team was beating Blissey. Mewtwo was my answer. I do feel now he's a little redundant with Kyogre being a special sweeper too. Calm mind lets Mewtwo build up his already high special attack and his special defense. Psystrike will hit hard against Blissey with it going against the opponent's defense instead of its special defense. Thunder and Ice Beam are redundant with Kyogre already having them. They do, however, will take out anything resistant or immune to psychics such as Deoxys and Darkrai.

Blissey/Leftovers
Natural Cure/Calm
4HP/252Def/252SpD
Wish
Protect
Heal Bell
Seismic Toss
Blissey is my healer and special sponge. I chose Wish over Softboiled so that I can heal any of my pokemons. With Natural Cure, Blissey can heal itself by switching out, but I needed to cure my other team of my statuses. With Aromatherapy being illegal, Heal Bell is fine. Seismic Toss lets me methodically fight any non-ghost pokemon. Of course, I am walled by Giratina. Protect allows me to keep my wish. It also lets me scout whatever the next move is gonna be.

Forretress/Leftovers
Sturdy/Careful
252HP/176Def/80SpD
Rapid Spin
Stealth Rock
Gyro Ball
Toxic
Forretress is my physical wall and set up pokemon. With Sturdy, I am at least able to survive one hit to set up Stealth Rock. Rapid Spin helps get rid of my opponents' entry hazards. With so many pokemons that either levitate or fly, it seems better to have Toxic over Spikes or Toxic Spikes. It'll slowly sap away more energy after each turn. Gyro Ball is its STAB move. It does very well against Rayquaza and several Arceus types. My biggest problem is that it's walled by Dialga.

Arceus/Silk Scarf
Multitype/Adamant
88HP/252Att/168Spe
Swords Dance
ExtremeSpeed
Brick Break
Shadow Claw
Arceus is my physical sweeper. After even one swords dance, it can be really scary and at least 2HKO almost anything. After 2 swords dances, its over. Extremespeed is its main STAB. After 1 swords dance, extremespeed will OHKO some of the most powerful pokemons such as Mewtwo, Rayquaza and Darkrai. Against Ferrothorn and Blissey, Brick Break will take them down. Of course, Giratina and other ghosts can't be hit by Extremespeed or Brick Break. Shadow Claw takes care of that. After 1 swords dance, it'll 2HKO Giratina.

Giratina-O/Griseous Orb
Levitate/Lonely
248Att/252SpA/8Spe
Dragon Tail
Draco Meteor
Shadow Sneak
Will-O-Wisp
Giratina-O is my spin blocker and shuffler. The Griseous Orb helps bump up both of my defenses. Draco Meteor is a STAB move. It'll hit hard against other dragons. Dragon Tail lets me shuffle any pokemon. It helps to move out any setup moves like bulk up or calm mind. The only problem is if it has a substitute up. Shadow Sneak is a STAB priority move. It let's me finish off the last bit of health. Of course, normal types are immune. Will-O-Wisp burns my opponents and helps cripple any physical attacker. The main flaw is it's accuracy.

So what do you think of my team. How can I improve it?

I don't mean to be rude, but if you want better replies, try putting sprites, and making your RMT look a bit better. A team preview would be nice. Also, don't try putting your text directly underneath the pokemon moves, and it makes it a bit hard to read.

Anyway, now for the rate. Since you said Forretress was your physical wall, Forretress' job isn't meant to be a psychical wall; but to set up entry hazards such as Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Toxic Spikes. For a better Psychical wall, I suggest adding Lugia or Skarmory:

The Sets:

Lugia @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 80 SDef / 252 HP / 176 Def
Bold Nature
- Whirlwind
- Toxic
- Roost
- Ice Beam

If you want a better physical wall that goes great with Blissey since Blissey is weak to flying, Lugia would be the best option. With Toxic, you can poison certain types of pokemon, and with Roost, you can heal back up to full HP, while the other pokemon is losing HP from poison damage. Whirlwind stops threats like arceus if they have set up, even at +6 you will most likely survive due to multicale, and whirlwind them out. The last move, Ice Beam, is the move you could use for attacking damage. While Ice Beam isn't strong, it can still be useful in certain situations.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 224 HP / 32 SDef / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Taunt / Brave Bird

However, if you want a better physical wall who can set up entry hazards, and takes Fighting Attacks pretty well, except for Arua Shere from Mewtwo. With Spikes and Stealth Rock, you can set up entry hazards. Entry hazards could break Multiscale on Lugia, and put Ho-Oh down to 50% HP. With Whirlwind, it is the exact same as Lugia. Whirlwind gets rid of threats who might have set up, and makes another pokemon come in. For the last move, you can choose over Taunt or Brave Bird. While Brave Bird does damage for some recoil, Taunt can stop slow pokemon like Kyogre who try to set up a T-Wave.

Now, since you won't have a spinner anymore, I suggest putting a Starmie in place of Mewtwo, since it seems like none of your pokemon benefit from Drizzle.

The set:

Starmie @ Life Orb / Choice Specs / Choice Scarf
Trait: Illuminate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest / Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump / Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin / Psychic / Psyshock / Recover

This is a Starmie set with lots of options to choose from. First off, if you don' t want to use Rapid Sin you can choose Psychic or Psyshock. Okay, I'll talk about the items. Depending on the moves you have chosen, pick one of those three. Life Orb is great since you can deal off extra damage, at the cost of your HP. Meanwhile Choice Specs and Choice Scarf boost Starmie's Speed or Special Attack. Starmie's Speed and Special Attack is great already, but with one of those Choice items, it will be even more powerful; and trust me, in ubers, you might need that extra boost. Hydro Pump, while being more powerful than Surf, can miss a lot. That's why Surf is here. Surf is strill very strong in the Rain, but it still isn't as strong as Hydro Pump, but Hydro Pump has 80 % accuracy, which can miss. Thunder can hit other Kyogre, Lugia, and the rare Skarmory. On the other hand, Ice Beam hits pokemon like Zekrom, Giratina, Groudon, and other pokemon who don't resist it like Thundurus-T. Last but not least, Recover, and Rapid Spin are the last moves. Recover can get you to almost full HP if used in the right moment, and Rapid Spin is obviously here to take away hazards. Even if you are Choice Specs, or Choice Scarf, you can still have the option to use Rapid Spin, but you'll have to switch out, so it won't be too effective with that set, and I had already talked about Psychic and Psyshock, so I won't go over those again.

Also, here are the tweaks for Arceus and Giratina-O:
493.gif

Arceus @ Leftovers
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 252 Atk / 16 Spd / 240 HP
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Recover / Earthquake
- ExtremeSpeed
- Shadow Claw

Swords Dance Gives Arceus a great boost in Attack. With ExtremeSpeed and STAB, it practically becomes unstoppable, that is, if there is a ghost type. Shadow Claw hits Giratina and Giratina-O hard with a Swords Dance, and Recover allows you to get some HP back. The EVs Allow you to be incredibly bulky, while also doing a great deal of damage towards things that don't resist it. However, if you feel the need to, you can have Earthquake over Recover. Earthquake hits other pokemon in Ubers that don't resist it. Earthquake can get incredibly powerful too, with its base 100 power.

487-origin.gif

Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 244 HP / 252 SAtk / 12 Spd
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Dragon Pulse
- Shadow Ball

For this set, I have changed it to a calm mind set. Giratina just LOVES the calm mind boosts. With Skarmory, Giratina, and Blissey, on the same team, they can become an effective core. Calm Mind boost your Special Attack and Special Defense by one point, while leftovers allows you to be bulky with 244 HP. For Substitute, it makes Giratina-O an even more of a bigger threat, since a Special Attacking move might not break the sub. Dragon Pulse and Shadow Ball are the main STAB moves for Giratina-O. Dragon Pulse gets STAB and hits everything extremely hard with Calm mind and modest nature. Shadow Ball hits things like Lugia or other pokemon who could resist Dragon Pulse.

Hopefully this helps a bit. I really like this team a lot, but it could use some tweaks. Hopefully these suggestions will help :)

On Kyogre you want to run Timid because not speed tying other base 90 scarfers is bad

There's also no reason to be running a Mewtwo with those Evs if you're not going to use sub. The whole point of that spread is to make it so Seismic Toss doesn't break the sub so he's able to set up. If you're not gonna run Substitute then take all of the extra Evs out of Hp and put them in Special Attack. Also you should replace Thunder with Aura Sphere because it only hits Lugia, Kyogre, and Ho-oh super effectively. You have Psystrike for Kyogre and Ho-oh and Ice beam hits lugia hard. Aura Sphere would help you against Dialga and other Steel types like Ferrothorn.

I'd change Chansey to Blissey if I were you because it has more bulk but if you prefer Blissey then just keep it.

Since you have Kyogre and no Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock you could run Ferrothorn instead of Forretress because he's a pain in the ass.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 208 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball/Power Whip

- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave/Protect

Your Arceus and Giratina-O sets seem ok to me.

On an unrelated note I really hope that Lighting Dust was joking about replacing Mewtwo with Starmie. There's really no reason to use it in Ubers at all. It doesn't hit very hard and it has rather bad bulk. Excadrill/Kabutops are better spinners on a rain team than it is.
