Ok this time I actually took the time to make a team.

-(quoted from Soma) "This set allows Ninjask to outspeed and damage whatever the opponent is using against you. The point of having U-Turn and X-Scissor is that X-Scissor is for more power while U-Turn allows you to scout and do damage while switching out of leads you know you wouldn't do well against."

-Metagross is my Tank, the main attacker so to speak. He will be the one I Baton Pass to most of the time unless I am in a situation I would rather not. I can Explode as a last attack, and thunder punch is for Skarmory or Milotic, or Gyrados. Leftovers for a longer fight.

-Dragonite is the Psysical Sweeper. I put Waterfall on him to cover my Metagross and Ninjask's fire weakness and to counter Heatran or Infernape. Fire Punch is to take out Skarmory, or Metagross. Dragon Dance is obvious, and Outrage works really nice late-game. Lum Berry for a second Outrage or I might put a Yatche Berry on if Ice is rampant. Outrage was suggested to me to put on, and I have grown to like it.

-Kingdra is a nice special sweeper that does not share dragonite's weakness

-Gengar is a speeding special attacker

-Blissey is my wall + Annoyer. With a high Def. stat and HP stat, add in soft boiled for tons of fun. Ice beam for Dragons and Seismic Toss for the others. Sing to obviously put my opponent to sleep. Leftovers makes it last longer

Well this is my first team. Please rate it, or give advice to make it better.

Ninjask is the worst starter in the world. Many people start with either a fast sweeper or a Phazer. They'll just set up Rocks, and Roar you away as soon as you BP.

I wouldn't recommend starting with any kind of support Pokemon since so many leads carry taunt these days. However, a very unexpected option I recommend would be to use the Choice Band Ninjask set instead which is

You should also consider removing either Dragonite or Salamence for a different sweeper in order to minimalize your ice weakness. I have a feeling that a Choice Specs Kingdra may be a good option for replacing Salamence. The following set would also help you do a better job of countering Gyarados.

I question the logic behind putting Shadow Claw on a special based Salamence. Why did you do it?

Also using a PerishTrapping Gengar, which totally sucks. Even the analysis tells you not to use it.

Lax Incense? You would rather give up constant health recovery 100% of the time for an item that only works 5% of the time?

A lot of teambuilding is based on common sense and while your first 3 sets are okay, the last 3 fall apart. Just something to keep in mind.

soma, that looks like a pretty cool set! i might just try it out on my next team.

what's the difference between wifi teams and shoddy teams? wifi teams are often more standard and weaker XD.

anyways, i don't like salamence and dragonite on the same team. they typing twins and that always spells trouble. i would replace on of them with a sleep talker. machamp, cressy or swampert could be good. or you could go with a rapid spinner, especially with ninjask on the team stealth rock does 50% damage to it.

i don't like perish trappers personally either. they seem to just cater to kill one poke. gengar is also quite fragile. i prefer special sweeping gengars.

Hmmmm, I like it. I see exactly where the logic it too. It goes with what talon was saying. Speedies come out first useally. I think I'll try that.

I like that Kingdra, a lot. I agree, the twin ice weakness concerned me. I want to keep dragonite, only because of how often it had helped me late game. I have never used kingdra before.

I had a brain fart and was thinking of Shadow Ball.........

Also using a PerishTrapping Gengar, which totally sucks. Even the analysis tells you not to use it.

I made it based off of Perish Trap gengar located here http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20515

to be honest, I had not idea what to put.

I really appreciate the comments, this is a learning experiance for me. I am glad that my first 3 are ok, that means I am making progress.

I updated the list. Changing to the Kingdra and Ninjask that soma suggested, and making the gengar a speed special attacker
