I plan on switching out Infernape due to some outer circumstances, so I may need some suggestions on who to replace him with. I was thinking Charizard because he is my favorite Pokemon.

Replace Ice for Grass Knot if you want to replace the ape. Starmie has ice already.

Ludicolo is best on rain dance teams, with rain dish ability. Btw, will somebody please comment on my team thread?

Any suggestions that could fit kind of the same role as Infernape?

I was going for a mixed sweeper with good type coverage, but im not sure who is fast and strong enough to replace him. Besides Garchomp... whom i do not want to use.
