My First Ever Competative Battling Team; Take 2

This team is to be used on Battle Revolution for Wi-Fi battles against random challengers. Makes me pity non competative battlers, but I'm tired of being destroyed with my own non-competative team.

Please give as much constructive crit as you can, and please don't be too mean. I'm always open to new Pokemon, and will easily switch these guys as this is my first team.

P.S. Sorry about last time; I'm an idiot who skims rules rather than reading them.

Yeti (Abomasnow) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP/76 Spd/20 SAtk/160 SDef
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Wood Hammer
- Blizzard
- Leech Seed
- Protect

Mostly used as a set up for my Walrein later, as he needs a Hail. Also useful for when Clefable switches in, as he doesnt get damaged by the Hail, while opponents will. I'm open to suggestion in his movepool, as I've not had much success in the past except against a few Ice-weak types (Yeti wreaks havoc against the few Garchomp I've gone up against).

Ironmaiden (Aggron) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Solely used because I wanted a SR setup in here. On Shoddy her SR-Roar combonation has done very well for her, however I find she is easily taken out by types she is weak to. She's mostly used because I'd rather Aggron over Rhydon (despite the difference in stats) so if you are going to suggest I'd put in Rhydon/Rhyperior instead, please explain why. I may need a bit of convincing.

Gingerboy (Rapidash) (M) @ Wide Lens
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hypnosis
- Will-o-wisp
- Megahorn
- Flare Blitz

A simple Status 'Dash, whom again, has served me well on Shoddy. Hypnosis causes a switch, then Will-O-Wisp causes a second stat condition. Flare Blitz' recoil causes me a bit of concern, but again, has mostly served me well. I've also used him as a switchin for incoming Fire attacks on Shoddy.

Lyster (Venusaur) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Grass Knot
- Sludge Bomb

Not much to say about him. He was originally used as a filler status conditioner, but more and more recently I've become stuck with him as my last Pokemon, and being crapped into desperately using Leech/Sleep Powder to try and stay alive. Any suggestions for what I can replace him with would be appreciated.

Parrafin (Walrein) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Protect
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Surf

My second best team member. Even without the Hail Support (which is a real bonus) this girl has taken out entire teams on Shoddy, and dessimated teams on Battle Revolution. She's one of the two I already have trained, and is a firm member of this team. Used as a Sub/Protect/Toxic staller, she is amazing at wiping out entire teams. Even steel types usually fall to her Sub/Protect/Surf combos, leaving her open for healing as she subs and protects, then hits with Surf. She's only been taken down a few times, and each time it's been by a Fighting type who has been revenge killed by my next Pokemon.

Rawst (Clefable) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/152 Def/104 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Softboiled
- Thunderbolt

Rawst. My pride and joy. I have this guy rearing to go on my Diamond, and I've tested him on my brother (a firm comp. battler). Rawst took out 5/6 of his Pokemon, including a CB Garchomp who Earthquaked and then cried as it only did 30% damage. My Rawst has near perfect IVs on Diamond, which took FOREVER. After two Calm Minds, his Ice Beam is devastating, and if he manages to get a Freeze in with that Ice Beam - free extra Calm Minds, which equals free power. The only thing I've encountered that took him out first hit was an Aura-Spherering Palkia. I know I'm bragging, but I'm insanely proud of this little guy.

That's it! Please comment, critique, and please be nice! Remember, this is for Pokemon Battle Revolution, so only about 1/2 of the trainers I will fight will be true competative battlers.
I already have the Clefable on my Diamond (It took forever, I can tell you,) and am now working on the Stallrein.

I'd strongly recommend replacing Aggron with Gliscor to give your team a reliable defense against Heracross. I don't understand why you'd use Aggron when there's so many better options for setting up SR
