Hey this is my first team i plan to use online & against friends, i think they may be some flaws and i'm willing to obviously improve it with suggestions :

Infernape
Nature : Jolly
Item : Choice scarf / Life orb
Moves :Flare Blitz, U-Turn, Torment,Close combat
Evs : 252 speed , 252 Att and 4 hp.

This is my lead after set ups, his flare blitz should hit hard on near enough everything, i chose close combat just in case they chose to switch in a dark type or whatever. im not to sure about him i think i need suggestions for a new lead.

Ferrorthron
Nature : Relaxed
Item : I don't really know yet, Focus Slash?
Moves : Spikes, leech seed, stealth rock and Power whip or Gyro ball?
Evs : 252 Spd , 252 Hp, 4 Defence or speed.
This is my main set up guy, i'll try and lay as many layers of spikes. I picked focus slash just so before he dies he can set up another trap.

Latias
Nature : Timid
Item : Choice specs/ Choice scarf.
Moves : Dragon pulse/ Draco Meteor, Psychock/Psychic , calm mind and Surf.
Evs: 252 speed , 252 SPA 4hp
This is my late game sweeper, i'm debating whether draco metor is good if im losing, so i can do quick damage and break walls, I'm not sure if dragon pulse is more reliable overall im guessing it would go better with specs, but a spec draco meteor is beast.

Rotom - W
Nature : Timid
Item Choicespecs/scarf
Moves : Hidden power ice, Volt switch , Thunderbolt, hydro pump
Evs: 252 speed 252 spa 4Hp

Standard play rotom i guess, mainly used for scouting my enemies team, it can also do some damage to any type of dragon that may switch into it.

Hydreigon
Nature : Timid
Moves : Dragon pulse, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast?, im not to sure about what else to give him after does three
Item : Life Orb/ Choice scarf.
Evs: 252 speed 252 SPA, 4hp
This is my 2nd sweeper, mainly used if Infernape flops. i've chosen 2 stabs, it can pretty much counter any threat to infernape - any phychic it can also switch in nicely to most things seeing as it has good resistance.

Now my final spot consist of 3 different guys 1.

Cloyster
Nature : Naughty -_-
Moves : Shell smash, ice shard, rock blast , i dont know what else for last.
Item: Focus slash (Just in case i go aganist a DD'er and they manage to dd i can at least give them a STAB ice shard before i die), Choice scarf.
Not ev'd yet

Terrakain:
Nature : Jolly
Moves : Stone Edge, Close combat,Sacred sword, i dont know what else for last D:
Evs : Most likely 252 attack, 252 speed 4hp
Item : focus slash or Choice band.

And finally,

Jirachi ( If i can get my hands on one)

Nature : Adamant/ Jolly
Moves : Thunder punch , Ice punch, Iron head and U-turn
Item: Choice band/ scarf or life orb.
Evs: 252 attack 252 speed 4 Hp

Herro Takeo! First, let me begin by saying this team isn't bad for a first team, but it definitely could use some improvements. One of the most prevalent issues I am finding in your team is that you are using status moves like Calm Mind with a Choice Item, effectively making them useless. So let me list some of my suggestions that can make this team a little bit better.

Infernape is a pretty solid Pokemon, and can hit things hard with proper support. I do not get why Torment is there though. Torment's purpose is to lock down Choice users, but Infernape isn't exactly the definition of "bulky," so it most likely won't be able to use it with maximum effectiveness. I'd recommend replacing it with either Thunderpunch or Mach Punch, whichever works for you.
Ferrothorn is also a nice Pokemon, covering most of Infernape's weaknesses fairly well. However, as with all bulky hazard setters, it gets almost crippled by Taunt. While Sash is a great option for setting up hazards, Leftovers would be a better choice, because it can take mostly everything fairly well without needing a Sash.
Latias is typically more of a defensive Pokemon, so I'd recommend replacing it with Latios. Believe me, it hits harder. If you do choose to stick with Latias, it should be a more defensive set with Roost/Recover and HP Fire instead of Psyshock and Surf. Don't forget to give it Leftovers! If you choose to go with Latios or stay with an offensive Latias like you described, replace Calm Mind with HP Fire; it will help in the long run. As an alternative, you can use Trick instead of CM or HP Fire.
Rotom-W is fairly standard, but if you choose Specs, it should have max HP so it can take a few hits and at least get a chunk of damage off. You can also give it Trick instead of Thunderbolt to cripple some of the things that it can't damage, like Ferrothorn or CM Latias.
Hydreigon is also fairly standard, and it would benefit greatly from either Draco Meteor or Fire Blast, for extra STAB or coverage purposes respectively.
The best choice for the final member, in my opinion, is Cloyster. Do not give it Choice Scarf, or else it can't use the beautiful move that is Shell Smash. It should also have Icicle Spear, especially since, with Skill Link, Icicle Spear hits 5 times every time. Ice Shard can be replaced with Razor Shell to hit Terrakion, but that decision is for you to make. As for EVs, it needs to be fast with max Attack to maximize Shell Smash's gains.

I hope my feedback helps you and have a nice day.

Hi,

So this team is in violation of multiple RMT Rules, mainly Rule #2 stating that you need at least 3 lines of description per Pokemon. Try to expand on why you chose that specific Pokemon and what role he plays on your team.

PM me your updated descriptions and I will unlock this thread for you.
