My first Gen 4 OU team

I decided to throw a team together because I <3 Gen 4 and it does reasonably well in Gen 5 and decently in gen 4, but I want to know what goes wrong- it's actually one of my weaker teams now. Here goes.

#1: Yanmega
Ability: Speed Boost
Item: Focus Sash
EVs: 252 Sp Atk 152 Spd 104 def
Protect
Bug Buzz
Air Slash
Hidden Power (fire)

Yanmega's purpose on this team is to start off and obliterate their starters after a speed boost (He can take down most of them, barring Tyranitar or a couple others), then he's off and running. I have OHKOd an entire team with this guy. I try not to switch him out, as he doesn't take Stealth Rocks well at all, but he can do a TON of damage before he goes out (especially with sash)

#2: Kingdra
Ability: Swift Swim
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 204 Atk/136 Sp Atk/168 Spd
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Hydro Pump
Draco Meteor

My original intent was to use Kingdra to set up Rain Dance, then switch into Kabutops and own them (and blow away entry hazards), but I've found out that Kabutops is extraordinarily frail and hard to bring in. Oftentimes I end up rain dancing and then just usign Kingdra til death, then going into Kabutops and setting up Swords Dance. Both Kingdra and Kabutops are frail, though =/

#3: Weavile
Ability: Pressure
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 40 Hp/252 Atk/216 Spd
Ice Shard
Pursuit
Low Kick
Night Slash

This is my sweep/anti-dragon pokemon. Ice Shard is awesome, and Pursuit can hit those pesky runners. Low Kick can take down Ttar no prob. Not much explaining necessary for this guy.

#4: Dragonite
Ability: Inner Focus
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 252 Sp Atk/56 Atk/200 Spd
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Extremespeed
Draco Meteor

I put in a Dragonite because I wanted to use him, and this set because it's uncommon and therefore can take people by surprise. He can take fire/water/grass cores and force them out.

#5: Kabutops
Ability: Swift Swim
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Hp
Rapid Spin
Stone Edge
Aqua Jet
Swords Dance

Kabutops is another sweeper, and with Kingdra's Rain Dance support is hard to stop. That's his purpose, but it's kind of hard to get him into play.

#6: Shaymin
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Hp/180 Spd/76 Sp Atk
Leech Seed
Seed Flare
Protect
Hidden Power (Ice)

Shaymin is my Grass core and Leech Seeder. He can also blow them away with Seed Flare and can take Electric and Water type moves well on the switch in, and even soaks up physical damage well. He's meant to be a support/stall wall.

Please give me any and all feedback you can.

Thank you.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

Your descriptions are lacking, which means you are violating the above quoted RMT rule. If you wish to remedy this problem, explain your reasoning behind each Pokemon and why they work on your team more thoroughly. Try to aim for 3-4 sentences with your descriptions. I recommend lurking through the RMT Archive in order to see examples of what we're looking for in an RMT! If you fix this problem, private message indicating that you have done so. Once you've done that, I will unlock your thread.
