My First generation 9 anything goes team!

I am fairly new to Pokemon but have had some experience with showdown in the past. Around a week ago I started working on this deck that isn't sweeper or full stall and one of my more experienced friends has also tried it out and gave me a few suggestions. I have another account but I recently stopped using it where I got up to 1353. My mane goal was to get a team that had a lot of action but didn't rely on one Pokemon to do all the damage. I also don't like relying on meme Pokemon such as Maushold as most decks have found counter's to them.

Iphone (Koraidon) @ Life Orb
Ability: Orichalcum Pulse
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drain Punch
- Fire Fang
- Thunder Fang
- Iron Head

Its gets up to around 450 attack and 405 speed in battle and generally I just use it to get a lot of coverage moves onto a generally strong Pokemon. I try to keep its tera type poison as in my current ladder area I often face a lot of Flutter mane and other fairy typing's so once I see one I tera type and use iron head or whatever move is effective. Also, sometimes if the opponent doesn't have a lot of speed Pokemon I can sweep. I have tried out Collision course in the past however i have found drain punch more effective as one I already have enough damage and two it gains back some hp from the life orb. While some of its moves aren't the strongest with Koraidon and life orb that don't really need to be. It is a very strong Pokemon that covers a lot so I often base my team around it but sometimes it can disappoint with the opposing teams and can get outspeed by flutter mane and Chien-pao if they have jolly nature and speed ev's.

Bandit (Alomomola) (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Whirlpool
- Protect
- Chilling Water
- Wish

I got this from my friend and while it doesn't sweep the opponents, physical attack Pokemon that don't have swords dance and moves like that, they can often loose at the end. I mainly save this Pokemon for the end to finish off or I just use it to sack for a clean switch. I am not quite sure about the steel type tera typing or the heavy-duty boots but I can't think of too much better choices at the moment. This is one of the Pokemon that I wouldn't mind changing out however I would still need a slightly tanky Pokemon that can finish and annoy people to maybe even forfeit. It is very simple and only major weakness is Miraidon however if you predict you can switch to iron treads. Even though it might be a decent tank if a Pokemon gets a clean setup it often becomes completely useless.

Puppet (Chien-Pao) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sword of Ruin
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sacred Sword
- Ice Spinner
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

A very similar Pokemon to my iron treads however it often is used to out speed Koraidon. It has similar uses to Koraidon but with different typings. My swords dance is a move that could either be very useless or very bad. It has been traded out for haze to get rid of some setup mons but they both help out every once in a while. One main trick that I often tell people using the Mon is to not be afraid of sucker punch not one shoting. It can do a lot of damage and if it doesn't get 100% it can still be a very good chip move. It is the only priority move at the current moment but that might change soon. It also serves as a counter to Flutter Mane.

Bowling ball (Iron Treads) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Spinner
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Iron Head

It is very important in my deck and brings it all together. Not only is it a ground type for Moraidon against Alomomola but it also counters Maushold. While Maushold isn't very popular in high latter if you are currently in low ladder you will see this mon a lot. Simply by switching in and letting rocky helmet do its thing you could also use knock off for the tera type into ghost. For sweeper teams it can get rid of sticky web Spidops or toxic debris Glimmora. Unfortunately if you die your entire team can go down spiriling. With Iron Moth Fiery Dance or sunny day Charizard your day can get really bad without a ground type or rapid spin to help you.

DoritoJollyRancher (Flutter Mane) @ Leftovers
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Calm Mind

It can't be used it too many scenarios it is only really used for killing koraidon and it being a ghost type to protect for chien-pao and others. It doesn't have many ups and substitute and calm mind are really useless with my team. The only other main up is dealing with ghost types and dragons after my iron bundle dies. Dealing with Pokemon that counter physical moves. It is not the best but still has some ups. I wouldn't mind switching it out but I would probably need another special attack mon. Also don't mind the nickname it is just because of a joke.

Robo Santa (Iron Bundle) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Freeze-Dry
- Hydro Pump
- Tera Blast
- Air Cutter

My final Pokemon that I often start with. It is very versatile just like Koraidon and helps out a lot in my team. It's main uses are dealing with dragons, water types, poison, ground, and more. It's fairy tera blast can come in handy but it can sometimes mess up Koraidon. People often don't remember Freeze-Dry's ability to be super effective against water and can be used for Quaquaval for one example. The only main problem is it's low defense so it is hard to get a clean switch into it. It is very good how it is and would be pretty difficult to switch out and freeze-dry is the only ice type move that I need for this Pokemon. While a lot of people might say that I have a lot of ice moves I don't think that it is that big of a deal because it also counters water and there is a lot of dragon type Pokemon in this generation.
