My First OU RMT

Well, i have been playing pokemon for about a year (used to think it was gay, but then i realised this is just so great) and i have finally decided to make my OU team. I have been experimenting singles and doubles, and after a lot of building, i have come into this (This is mostly for Nintendo WFC Wi-fi). I know it has some serious flaws, so that is why im here asking for help. Also i would like to point out that it is for BW only, not for BW2

I will accept any suggestions you can make :)

The Team (Double Battles)

Porygon-Z
Modest
Adaptability-Normal Gem
Ivs= HP-31,Atk-8,Def 31,Spa-31 Spe-28, Spd-29
Evs= 252 HP, 252 Spa, 4 Def

Tri Attack
Ice Beam
Psyshock
Protect

This is one of my leads, the other being virizion. The idea is to KO or seriously dmg a poke that can prove a danger to my team in the long run (like weather starters, a setup swepper or a support poke). Tri attack is my main STAB move, which can cripple a lot of opponents, and if it fails, i still got a chance to inflict status, hopefully a burn so they can faint at the end of the turn after sandstorm dmg. Ice beam is for any Dragon/Flying poke, like Salamence and Dragonite, while also damaging grass types.
Psyshock is for countering any fighting type that is slower than me, as to discourage their use.
And finally there is protect for scouting, racking sandstorm dmg and to avoid earthquake dmg from Garchomp.

Virizion
Timid
Justified (problem is that it is of no use, since im using a special variant)
Occa Berry
Ivs= 31 HP, 13 Atk, 31 Spa, 31 Spd, 31 Spe
Evs= 252 Spe, 252 Spd, 4 Spa

Safeguard
Giga Drain
Focus Blast
Helping Hand

This is my support poke, which i send paired with Porygon-Z. Safeguard is my first turn move, to avoid status on my team (i have seen so many leads with status moves, so that is why i choose this). Giga Drain is to provide Virizion with some staying power, while patching a weakness to water, as to protect Tyranitar from politoed and such, and also killing Gastrodon, as i find him annoying as ****.
Focus Blast is my main STAB move, covering steel walls like Ferrothorn, other Rock types that may benefit from sandstorm and ice types
Helping hand is for assuring a KO from Porygon-Z, Garchomp and Raikou, especially those Ice and Flying types, and to wear down things like Cresselia with a boosted STAB Crunch from Tyranitar.

Tyranitar
Adamant
Sand Stream-Chople Berry
Ivs= 31 HP, 31 Atk, 0 Spa, 31 Def, 31 Spd, 30 Spd
Evs= 252 Atk, 252 Def, 4 Spd

Crunch
Protect
Stone Edge
Brick Break

Tyranitar is my weather inducer and also one of my main atackers. Since it comes with a nasty weakness to Fighting attacks, i pair him with Latias or Garchomp to counter this.
Crunch is one of my main STAB moves, and it is here to counter Psychic types and Ghost types, and taking advantage of the Defense drop i use it to try to shut down some pokes that get some defense boost
Protect is to use a Garchomp quake while also avoiding dmg from Fighting attacks, while my team deals with them
Stone Edge is for countering Flying types and for heavy dmg dealing in general
Brick Break is for countering other tyranitars and rock types, and also for breaking dual screens

Also i like to mention that tyranitar is somewhat like my "bulky tank", so i can take a turn with water types without caring too much about, thanks to the special defense boost i recieve (not counting Rotom -W or a Politoed switch)

Garchomp
Jolly
Rough Skin-Yache Berry
Ivs= 31 HP, 31 Atk, 31 Def, 16 Spa, 29 Spd, 31 Spe
Evs= 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Def

Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Fire Fang
Rock Slide

Garchomp is my dedicated physical attacker. While not being a truck like Tyranitar, Garchomp makes up for speed. I basically use it as a fast physical attacker, and i pair it with either Tyranitar or Raikou, and as both of them know Protect, i can safely use Earthquake when necessary

Eartquake is useful for countering Steel types that can kill tyranitar in a weather war, or to shut down things like Magnezone with relative ease, providing they dont posses an air balloon or a magnet rise inmunity

Dragon Claw is for dragons and things that resist all my other moves. I find it great when dealing with Hydreigon and Kingdra when my sandstorm fails.

Fire Fang is just a moveslot filler, as i couldn't find anything more useful besides Fire Blast, but since my Garchomp is Jolly, i cant use it for full effect.
Basically just to mess with Scizor and some Grass types

Rock Slide is for Flying and Ice types and to (hopefully) provide a flinch giving me another chance to finish them off

Latias
Bold
Levitate-Haban Berry
Ivs= 31Hp, 31Def, 17Atk, 28 Spd, 31 Spa, 30Spd
Evs= 252 Def, 252HP, 4 Spd

Dragon Pulse
Psychic
Recover
Roar

Latias is my defensive pokemon, thanks to her natural Special Defense and the investment in Defense and HP she can take hits while recovering dmg
Dragon Pulse is the main STAB move, dealing consistent dmg to almost everything barring Steel types. Also useful for dealing with Latios and other specially oriented dragons, something that can KO Garchomp.
Psychic is for covering Fighting types, and paired with Tyranitar i find that it is a good combination, with Tyranitar taking care of dark types. (But they both get crippled by a bug type, like scizor)
Recover is for allowing Latias to stay in the game for much longer so i can afford her tanking hits
Roar is for phazing things like Shell Smash Gorebyss and Dragon Dance Haxorus

Raikou
Timid
Pressure-Shuca Berry
Ivs= 31Hp, 0 Atk, 27 Def, 25 Spd, 31 Spa, 31 Spe
Evs= 252 Spa, 252 Spe, 4 Spd

Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Ice
Extrasensory
Protect

And finally i got Raikou, who is my special attacker in case Porygon-Z fails. I invested in speed to allow me to outspeed things like Tornadus while still providing good dmg.

Thunderbolt is for rain teams alongside virizion, and can give me an edge in that department (and Tyranitar to cut out their special attack boost)

Hidden Power Ice for dealing with Ground Types, so i can withstand a hit thanks to a Shuca Berry and then dealing major dmg to them
Extrasensory is pretty much another movepool filler, but i find it useful for dealing with things that resist my other moves. Also i like to get a lucky flinch
And Protect is for scouting and to allow Garchomp launch an earthquake.

So that is team, and i hope to recieve some opinions on what to change (I dont mind if i have to make another team really, so feel free to criticize my team as much as you want)

well, this was tested on Showdown, so the IVs are weird. I actually got this team on the DS with different Ivs because it is imposible to obtain 31 ivs in every aspect. I try to have the maximum ivs in the desired stats, but now i have to get the legendaries with those ivs

Ok, first, don't rely on damage-halving berries. Somewhere in here you should have a choice-scarf user. I would recommend Porygon-Z, due to the nature of it. I would also run leftovers on Latias or Virizion, due to their more support-based nature. Both these items are relatively simple to find in-game as well, if that's your thing. However, if you are just using this for wifi battles with friends, I would recommend that you replicate your pokemon with the program PokeGen, then download them to your game with PokeCheck.

Thanks!
I was also considering using a choice scarf with Porygon, but i doubted it would work because im somewhat bad predicting (the best prediction i had was when i killed a gastrodon with Grass Knot even when he had a chandelure out, with a starmie lol). Also i like the leftovers idea on virizion

Im planning to go competitive, but first i need a proper (and fully legal) team
