My First OU Team, so please be gentle:)

Here's my new team that's for standard play and yes this is my first team for this tier:

Azelf@Focus Sash

Naive

EVs: 252 Spd./252 Sp. Atk./4 Atk.

-Explosion
-Psychic
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt

This is the standard lead Azelf and has so far gotten me some KO's just with Stealth Rock set up.

Electivire@Life Orb

Adamant

EVs:252 Atk./252 Spd./6 HP

-Thunderpunch
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop
-EQ

This is the physical life orb sweeping Electivire set from the analysis and has only netted me one KO so far, Tyranitar.

Gliscor@Leftovers

Impish/Sand Veil

EVs: 252 HP/252 Def./4 Atk.

-Knock Off
-EQ
-Ice Fang
-Roost

This Gliscor is the defensive wall from the analysis and so far has been useless on my team.

Gyarados@Leftovers

Adamant

EVs: 216 HP/16 Atk./176 Def./100 Spd.

-Dragon Dance
-Taunt
-Stone Edge
-Waterfall

Standard BulkyGyarados and I think it has done its' job well as it has won me some of the battles I've had so far using this team.

Togekiss@Choice Specs

Modest/Serene Grace

EVs:64 HP/192 Spd./252 Sp. Atk.

-Tri Attack
-Flamethrower
-Aura Sphere
-Air Slash

Standard Choice Specs Togekiss and Tri Attack has helped me many times by paralyzing a Salamence thus allowing me to KO and so on, pretty good pokemon on my team, imo.

Tyranitar@Leftovers

Quiet

EVs:252 HP/60 Atk./28 Spd./168 Sp. Atk.

-Dark Pulse
-Focus Punch
-Substitute
-Ice Beam

This is the Tyraniboah set and so far hasn't gotten me any KOs yet, but needs further testing as to how useful it is on my current team.

So that's my team so feel free to rate it the best you can.

Gliscor walls almost every single physical sweeper, so BulkyDos isn't really needed. I would suggest you change BulkyDos into LODos for more sweeping potential as well. It also seems this team revolves around slow offense, and not enough momentary offense. Because of this, I suggest you change Togekiss into ScarfTran, which will easily add more offense, and if you want even more speed change the nature to Hasty on it.

Electivire is basically all hype in this metagame, and can only get a few kills. I think a priority attacker is also in order so you have even more blazing speed, and maintain offense. I suggest you change Electivire for Lucario, with husk's set of Adamant, 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 6 HP, with Bullet Punch, Close Combat, ExtremeSpeed, and Swords Dance. Lucario will also have way more chances to switch in thanks to it's many resistances.

If you keep Electrivire, switch to Expert Belt as he can super-effective hit many things and LO wears him out (he is usually bulky enough to survive a hit)

Tyranitar doesn't help your team at all, go with a special wall here, or Infernape as a wall-breaker

Meh I say keep the BulkyDos. Not only does it give you a back up counter for Hera and Luke but it also counter Mamoswine and Weavile.
