XY OU My First OU Team

So, this was my very first OU team I had ever made. I made it around a half a year ago and it did very well for me. But since then I have taken a break from competitive battling and I am just getting back into it. I am just wondering this team is still usable.

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 HP
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Brick Break

I usually lead of with my Mega Tyranitar to set up stealth rocks and also scare out any pokemon that aren't going to set up hazards. Sometimes if I outspeed i will just try to kill the opponents lead. Tyranitar also has a very good defense stat so it can take hits as well as deal them.

Darmanitan @ Choice Band
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake
- Superpower
- U-Turn

I love using this pokemon. It can revenge kill a whole lot of other pokemon. It is an amazing wall breaker and nothing can switch in to a STAB Flare Blitz. I also sometimes run him with an adament nature instead of jolly.

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Bug Buzz
- Volt Switch
- Sticky Web

Whenever I feel Tyranitar can't lead, I use Galvantula instead. Focus Sash makes sure I can get a Sticky Web up and most of the time get of some damage as well. I have swept with Galvantula many times.

Excadrill @ Air Baloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
- Rapid Spin

Excadrill pretty much wraps up the sweepers for this team. Excadrill is a very good Rapin Spinner I feel.
Earthquake murders any sweepers and breaks walls as well. I also like using jolly every once in a while with this set.

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 SpD / 4 SpA / 252 HP
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Shadow Ball
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp

Jellicent is the special wall of this team. It's been moved down to RU since I last used this team. All I remember about Jellicent is that it was never killed very easily. With Water Absorb and Water/Ghost typing, it covers pretty much my whole team.

Ferrothorn @ Choice Band
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Def
Brave Nature
- Power Whip
- Bulldoze
- Gyro Ball
- Knock Off

I don't know why I ran such an offensive Ferrothorn, but I did and it seemed to always work. I am now thinking that maybe I should possibly replace Knock Off with something like Spikes. I remember when i played with this team, Ferrothorn would not die.

Thanks to everyone that spent their time rating my team.

It can still work, but hopefully you know that Jellicent has fallen tiers because Knock Off's buff means Conkeldurr's standard set gives people these moves to worry about at all times:
Drain Punch / Mach Punch / Knock Off / Ice Punch / Stone Edge (this last one is less common in my experience)

So among these five are moves that are super-effective to all of your Pokemon. Even if the Conkeldurr lacks Stone Edge, it can Mach Punch Darmanitan (which seems like your best way to strike Guts AV Conkeldurr), so Darmanitan will either cripple itself after attacking or KO itself, and that's only when Darmanitan is revenge killing.
I know how much power comes with a Darmanitan, but I'd think about putting Talonflame in its place to resist Fighting moves and hit Conkeldurr. It could also Taunt or Will-O-Wisp the walls that Darmanitan would otherwise deal with.

The Defense EVs on Ferrothorn are not increasing your overall durability. The standard sets for CB Ferro that exist use Max HP, but since you obviously want a Defensive bias I can suggest this spread as it increases durability throughout the spectrum. I really think this gives you the best Physical Defense when Stealth Rock is on your side. And when it's not, with all due respect it still outperforms your spread.

Ferrothorn @ Choice Band
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Def
