Skarmory (M) @ Shed Shell
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP/64 Atk/176 Def/16 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind

Enters: Skarmory is my lead so it's in first, but I switch it back in on stuff like Grass attacks aimed at Suicune9especially Grass Knot) and sometimes Dragon attacks.

Moves: Stealth Rock's what I mainly need out of Skarmory.

Brave Bird is good on lead Ninjask and if I switch it in on Breloom.

Roost I've used mainly if I get into a prolonged battle with a lead Hippowdon.

Whirlwind's used to try and force the opponent to switch out the Pokemon I switch in so I can freely switch out Skarmory.

Problems: I don't get a lot of use out of most of the moves besides Stealth Rock so I think I might need to change them or change to a different lead.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- U-turn
- Pursuit

Enters: Scizor can be switched in on a lot of Pokemon, I commonly switch it in on dragons. But with Bullet Punch it's really best to switch in after one of my Pokemon faints for a revenge kill.

Moves: Bullet Punch is as I said excellent for revenge killing. It also takes out just about anything that's weak to it(notably Tyranitar) and usually does a good job of killing Salamence after Stealth Rock damage.

Superpower is used for Blissey and is generally a very powerful attack. It could also be used if I predicted a Heatran switch in but that hasn't happened.

U-Turn is used mainly in cases of a double KO when I don't know what the opponent will send out.

Pursuit is used mainly if I'm expecting Psychic or Ghost type to switch out.

Problems: Not much. Scizor has been very useful and it's my favorite Pokemon so it'll definitely remain on my team. I do feel like I'm not sure of the best situations to use U-turn and Pursuit in though.

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/52 Atk/28 Spd/176 SAtk
Quiet nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Focus Punch

The Tyraniboah moveset. I'm using this partly because I have a shiny quiet Larvitar I plan on using in my in-game competitive team eventually.

Enters: Tyranitar is an obvious choice to switch in on Psychic Pokemon and works as a switch in on Ghosts too. I also sometimes switch I usually switch him in immediately if the opponent's using a lead Azelf because those often have Taunt and outspeed Skarmory.

Moves: Dark Pulse with STAB is quite useful for killing Azelf and Rotom.

Ice Beam is a good surprise move and gives Tyranitar a chance against Salamence. With it and Dark Pulse my Tyranitar can take out Celebi. I've also taken out Gligar with it when it switched in.

Substitute is used to set up Focus Punch.

Focus Punch is powerful on anything and it's another move I can kill Blissey with.

Problems: I often have a hard time setting up Substitutes and the Substitute is always broken on the first attack.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Surf
- Sleep Talk

Enters: Suicune gets switched in on Water and Fire type attacks, useful considering Skarmory, Scizor, and Tyranitar are all weak to one of the two types. I tend to switch it in on Vaporeon to try and bore the opponent into switching out as well.

Moves: Calm Mind - Makes Surf more powerful and raises Suicune's special defense, enabling it to take Grass and Electric attacks and wall more effectively. If I'm able to use it enough times, I'm often able to sweep with Surf.

Rest - Used to recover HP and heal from status problems as part of the wall strategy.

Surf- Suicune's offensive move. After Calm Mind enough times it's usually devastating even to Pokemon that resist it. Normally it kills off stuff like Hippowdon and Infernape.

Sleep Talk - Makes Suicune not useless during Rest.

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 232 Atk/252 Spd/24 SAtk
Naughty nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Outrage

Enters: With Salamence's lacking defenses and it taking 25% damage from Stealth Rock, I prefer not to switch it in on attacks, though it resists water pretty well.

Dragon Dance - Boosts Salamence's attack and speed and makes a sweep possible.

Earthquake - Can hit fire types if Suicune is weakened or fainted, also works well on steel types that get switched in.

Fire Blast: Pretty important, helps to kill Bronzong, Scizor, Metagross, and Jirachi,

Outrage: Occasionally hits other dragons though Salamence is usually outsped, is a powerful attack even on things that don't resist it.

Problems: With its low defense and high damage taken from Stealth Rock it often doesn't last long.

Electivire (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 36 Atk/220 Spd/252 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Cross Chop

Enters: With Motor Drive it pairs well with Suicune. Starmie and Zapdos have proven particularily good to switch in on. Can be switched in on regular water types.

Moves: Hidden Power Ice: Hits Zapdos and Latias pretty hard. I use it over HP Grass since Suicune, Skarmory, and Salamence can all switch in on Ground-types.

Thunderbolt: Hits the usual suspects(Water, Flying) for super effective STAB damage.

Flamethrower: Good move that opponents don't usually predict. Pretty sure it OHKOs Scizor.

Cross Chop: Damages Tyranitar and Blissey to some extent.

Problems: Not running HP Grass does force me to switch out and lose my speed bonus. If I switch it in on Vaporeon I get KOed by 2 Surfs after Stealth Rock damage before I can do anything.

Overall: Most of my team seem to work well together, but I have been susceptible to being sweeped in the past. I remember especially being crushed by a Swampert that had been Baton Passed some bonuses.

Try lead Gliscor in place of Skarmory. It has pretty high defense as well, and uses STAB Earthquake, and stands a better chance when up again Hippowdon and can be used as a stallbreaker later on. Here's a good set to use:

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Sand Veil
Jolly
252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
~Taunt
~Stealth Rock
~Roost / Toxic
~Earthquake / U-Turn

Tweak the EVs if you want to outspeed other Gliscors or other base 95 leads, in which case just add on speed, as 216 is the absolute minimum with lead Gliscor. Does the same job as Skarmory except phazing, but that's not too big of a deal. If you're big on phazing, you could try a Lead Swampert or Hippowdon.

Hello

Although the teams looks solid, I notice a little weakness to both Lucario and Gyarados. This could be helped by leading with Gliscor as Crosshair-a already suggested. Sand Veil works perfectly in combination with Tyranitar. Preferably use Earthquake on him as he will be used as you Lucario counter.

Next I would like to suggest Jirachi over your Electivire. You can go with the Expert Belt version here although that is not suggested as a +1 Gyarados can do a whole lot of damage with Earthquake. Instead I suggest using a Scarf version.

Jirachi @ choice scarf/ jolly/ serene grace
6 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe

- Thunderpunch
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
- U-turn/ Trick/ Ice Punch

--> As I said before Thunderpunch can help you against Gyarados and is a OHKO if you didn't take the Intimidate. You outspeed a + 1 Gyarados so there isn't really much he can do back. Iron Head is for STAB and with a Choice Scarf it can really take advantage of Jirachi's ability (Serence Grace) so your opponent only has a 40% chance do do something back to you. Fire Punch can helps you against steel types who are resisted against Iron Head. Most noteable is probably SD Scizor or SD Luke. The last slot is up to you, if you want Jirachi to act as your scout you can put U-turn on him. If you have the feeling that Jirachi is getting walled alot by the likes of Skarmory you can put Trick on him to screw these walls over. Ice Punch is mainly there for Dragons (Salamence, Flygon and to a lesser extent Dragonite).

This can also help against DD tar who can also pose a potential threat if it is using Babiri Berry. Gliscor also makes a great DD tar counter but he has to watch out for the rare Aqua Tail.

Hope this helped!
