In Depth:

Swampert @Leftovers
Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Impish
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Waterfall/Ice Punch/Ice Beam
-Protect
My lead that sets up rocks and can scout for choice sets and Explosions. I chose Swampert because I could use another Physical attacker on the team, and I could also use SR. My team is also Mixape weak, and if they don't carry Grass Knot, this can counter it. Waterfall for STAB, Ice Punch for coverage, or Ice Beam for Salamence (intimidate)?

Starmie @Leftovers
Natural Cure
EVs: 136 HP/156 Def/218 Spd
Timid
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
-Recover
My Spinner that can switch into entry hazards and absorb them, thanks to Recover, Lefties, and Natural Cure. EVed to make it bulky, but still fast and able to hit decently hard.

Metagross @Choice Band
Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/238 Atk/12 Def/8 Spd
Adamant
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Bullet Punch
-Explosion
Physical sweeper with a choice band. Meteor Mash for STAB, EQ for coverage, and Bullet Punch for a priority move. Explosion when running low on health or when I need to take out a pesky pokemon and the loss (of Metagross) won't hurt me much.

Porygon-Z @Life Orb/Choice Scarf
Adaptability/Download
EVs: 4 Def/252 SpAtk/252 Spd
Timid
-Tri-Attack
-Dark Pulse
-Hidden Power [Fighting]
-Nasty Plot/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Psychic/Hyper Beam
Nasty plot special sweeper. I'm iffy about this one. I like the idea of having power to absolutely destroy stuff, but he's slow for a sweeper without a scarf. Life Orb is very helpful to me as I do not predict very well, and I can switch moves as they switch in thinking I have a choice item. Normal, Dark, and Fighting provide perfect coverage, and Pory is very frail, so I was thinking of dropping Nasty Plot altogether, and using TBolt, Ice Beam, Psychic, or even using Hyper Beam as a make-shift Explosion, (due to the re-charge turn) and with Adaptability it will hurt a lot on anything.

Skarmory @Leftovers
Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP/64 Atk/178 Def/16 Spd
Impish
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
Physical wall that sets up entry hazards. EVed so it can hurt stuff with Brave Bird, and it can roost off the recoil damage since it won't be doing too much damage. Spikes are very helpful if I can get 3 layers down. Whirlwind to pHaze, or escape a Magnezone trying to set up (otherwise I would be dead by the time Skarm could use it).

Blissey @Leftovers
Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def/40 SpAtk/218 SpDef
Bold/Calm
-Aromatherapy/Heal Bell
-Ice Beam
-Softboiled
-Thunder Wave
Special wall that is EVed to be able to take a physical hit or two. Aromatherapy or Heal Bell (it doesn't matter which) heals the team's status ailments. Softboiled to stay alive and TWave to cripple sweepers. Which nature do you suggest I use? More Def or SpDef?

Again, I am open to any suggestions.

Changes in Bold.

That Gengar is never going to work as a lead. Here is how it matches up:

Azelf - It can set up SR or OHKO with psychic. It survives due to Focus sash.
Aerodactyl - Sets up SR then hits you for 60-70% with rock slide
Metagross - Can OHKO with meteor mash or 2HKO with bullet punch, factoring in LO recoil.
Swampert - sets up SR. You hit it for about 50%
Jirachi - It 2HKOes with Iron head, usually outrunning with Scarf and flinching you.
Heatran - first good matchup!
Roserade - puts you to sleep surviving with sash
Machamp - OHKOes with Payback.

At the very least you should be considering a focus sash of your own. I would suggest, however, its replacement by a more standard lead, such as Swampert, who can provide SR for the team.

I changed my lead, but I still need help on a few things:

Swampert's moveset
Porygon-Z (in general)
Blissey's nature
Any other comments

Thank you!

Swampert wants a relaxed nature and ice beam, for Dragons primarily. However, I think that a gliscor might be a good idea (contrary to what I said previously) to help protect your team against Lucario.

Porygon-Z looks quite out of place in what is rather a stallish team. I would suggest replacing it with a defensive Rotom-H, so that you can keep your entry hazards when facing rapid spinners.

Blissey should use a bold nature and 252hp 252def, though you may want to keep some special attack. The strong special attackers that forced spdef investment are now practically non-existant, and Blissey will as such benefit more from increased physical bulk. You should also consider the use of wish Blissey, since this will help restore the health of your team members without recovery. I would suggest Flamethrower/Thunderwave to make sure that you can at least cripple pretty much anything that might set up on you.

Skarmory should use a spdef spread. This will let Skarm set up on weak special attackers like Vaporeon, and help to take Draco Meteors from powerful wallbreakers like Specs Latias and Mixed Salamence. Its physical defense will still be good. You may also want to consider taunt and/or toxic to help wear down opponents, particularly other stall teams. Brave Bird can be ditched along with the attack Evs.

Starmie want Thunderderbolt over Ice beam to help check Gyarados.

Good luck
