~My first post: OU Team~

After known the ban of Garchomp in OU I have changed my team.
Please, comment and recommend.

Gliscor (lead ?)
M1: Taunt
M2: Stealth Rock
M3: Roost
M4: Earthquake/Knock Off (?)
Item: Rock Helmet/Leftovers
(?)
Nature: Impish
Ability:Sand Veil
Evs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe

Gliscor a high-speed wall, taunt for Spikes/Steath-Rock Users, Bulk Up Conkeldurr, Blissey, Chansey,Cursers, etc. Stealth Rock the entry hazard move, any type stealth rock would damage it. Roost main recovery move. My problem was the last move, I think Knock Off because Eviolite Users are weakened, so Gliscor has no potentialy to kill nothing, and Earq as the STAB move to hit Excadrill, Metragross and other steel pokemons.
I think in Rock Helmet because Gliscor is Physical wall, do damage with no attacks.

Latios (special Sweeper) (?)
M1: Draco Meteor
M2: HP Fire
M3: Thunderbolt
M4: Surf
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash (?)
Ability: Levitate
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe

The Main Special Offensive, Draco Meteor to KO many pokemon. HP Fire to hit hard pokemons that resist Draco Meteors as Scizor, Ferrothorn, Bronzong. Thunderbolt to hit superefective to bulky Waters and Surf to complete coverage and Superefective Heatran.. As I use Latios sometimes as Lead its the reason of Focus Sash.
______________________________________________________________

Salamance (Mixed)
(?)
M1: Draco Meteor
M2: Outrage
M3: Earthquake
M4: Flamethrower
Item: Choice Scarf/Life Orb (?)
Ability: Intimidate
nature: Naive
evs: 200 Atk / 56 SpA / 252 Spe

WallBreaker, Revenge Killer and anti-Scarfers. As Garchomp was banned in OU, i choose Salamance as Mixed Scarfter, can kill Physics or Specials Bulkys, can kill easy Scarf Haxorus/Hydreigon, naive to outspeed those. Can kill bulky Steels with Flamethrower and Earthquake to coverage.
The other option is as Sweeper with Life Orb.... please comment and recomend.
One problem was Stealth Rock damage.

Scizor (Choice Bander)
M1: U-Turn
M2: Bullet Punch
M3: Superpower
M4: Pursuit
Item: Choice Band
nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
evs: 252 Atk / 244 HP / 12 Spe

The nasty scout, only have 1 weakness, reach at ~590 Atk. U-turn main STAB move as scout, Pullet Punch as High base power priority move, Superpower for coverage, can 1HKO Tyranitar, Blissey. Pursuit to Reuniclus, Gengar, etc.
Can Switch-in Ghost, Grass, Dragon Ice attacks. Resist Salamance and Latios are weakness (less Rock). And Porygon2 can wall Fire sweepes as Arcanine, Chandelure or Heatran thanks to Trace.

______________________________________________________________

Porygon2 (Special Wall)
M1: Ice Beam
M2: Discharge
M3: Toxic
M4: Recover
Item: Eviolite
nature: Calm
Ability:Trace
evs: 200 HP / 56 Def / 252 SpDef

My Special wall, to resist ice-beams, Draco Meteors, Surfs, Hydropumps the attacks that can KO other teammates, only 1 weaknees that are covered by 4 pokemon.
Main reason as teammate is that porygon2 can counter and wall many pokemons thanks to Trace ability: Gyarados and other bulky waters, Jolteon's ice HP, Starmie's BoltBeam, Porygon2 himself, Electivire's ice punch, and Porygon2 himself.
____________________________________________________________

Gengar (Dis-Sub)

M1: Shadow Ball
M2: Focus Blast
M3: Disable
M4: Substitute
Item: Black Sludge
nature: Timid
Ability:Levitate
evs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe

With Disable can counter "one attack pokemon sets" as Crocune, Bulk Up Conkeldurr/Scrafry/Sub-Breloom and give a free Sub turn.
Shadow as main STAB move that hit hard (~358SpA) to anything that dont resist it. Focus Blast to hit superefective many things that resist Shadow ball as Dark, Normal and Steel pokemons
Good synergy with Porygon2 and Scizor that resist Gengar Weakness and can counter or wall many things that Gengar cant as Tyranitar, Weavile, Starmie, Jolteon, etc.
______________________________________________________________

I see the Ice weakness type attacks, but rarely see with STAB so Porygon2 and Scizor can Switch-in with no problems (i think), the only problems are Mamoswine , maybe change Salamance or Latios be an option, recommend please.

I was thinking in change Porygon2 bothers with a bulky water (Vaporeon, Tentacruel, Empoleon or Milotic, maybe Jellicent) to cover ice-water attack.

So, the pokemons that i see maybe change are among Gliscor, Latios or Salamance, but please recommend and comment please :)

(?): Mark to possible changes xD.
Tnks for read and srry for my bad english

Gliscor's ability should be Poison Heal and its item should be Toxic Orb. It'll work like Leftovers and prevent him from getting another status. Also give him EQ.

I recommend Toxic over HP Fire because Salamence and Latios already have Fire moves. And speaking of those two, Life Orb on Latios and Choice Scarf on Mence.

Edited with Habilities
;D

Thanks with Porygon2, Toxic its better.
So... i think Poison Heal Gliscor its better than use Roost, but it cant have Stealth Rock (4th gen move only), i think at least i need 1 residual damage support.

Your descriptions for Latios, Gengar, Scizor, and Porygon2 are quite lacking. Please expand them a tad more, otherwise I'll have to lock this under RMT rule #3.
