My First RMT (But not first team)

I wanted to do a nice intro, but this is the second time I'm posting, because apparently I logged out in the middle of this.
Changes are in RED.

They all support each other, blah-blah-blah. Here's a closer look:

Lead
swampert.png

MegaMUDKIP
Nature: Relaxed Item: Leftovers Ability: Torrent
Moveset: -Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Surf
-Avalanche
EV Spread: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp Def

Your typical LeadPert with Ice Beam changed to Avalanche for more power and abuse of the Speed drop from Relaxed. He counter Salamence and Dragonite (Most of the team does.), taking their physical attacks easily.

Physical Tank/ Sweeper

Iron Giant
Nature: Relaxed Item: Leftovers Ability: Clear Body
Moveset: -Bullet Punch
-Zen Headbutt
-Meteor Mash
-Explosion
EV Spread: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Def
I'd like to say this was the best pokemon I ever bred... I'd like to, but I actually CAUGHT this one. With near perfect IV's, it's Def reaches 393 and attack 369, and once he's out, he tends to stay out. Meteor Mash or Zen Headbutt is almost always a near KO with SR damage, with Bullet Punch finishing. After his longevity has run out, he just explodes, taking down the opponents counter. Usually can take out 2-3 Poke's if well played.

Speed Spinner
starmie.png

STARMIE
Nature: Timid Item: Expert Belt Ability: Illuminate :(
Moveset: -Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
EV Spread: 252 Speed

Let me explain the EV's... this is from my SS adventure, but with a near perfect Speed IV, the perfect nature and the TM's I've used, I'm stuck with Starmie with unknown EV's outside of speed. There is an investment in Sp. Atk. I used to have Thunderbotl over Rapid Spin, but with Honchkrow and Typhlosion, I now need to remove hazards. Ice Beam Psychic and Surf fend off most attacker, since it's Speed reaches 359, Psychic allow me to KO Timid Gengar (Unless scarfed.)

Revenge Killer
filefb675ac061a74fcba386298c572df6e5.png
( I am working on a ScarfTran.)
Burner
Nature: Rash Item: Choice Scarf Ability: Blaze
Moveset: -Eruption
-Blast Burn
-Solarbeam
-Focus Blast
EV Spread: 252 Sp. Atk/ 252 Speed

This is another Adventure-Mon, but he fared much better. He basically come in for the revenge kill with Eruption and just keeps Erupting until dead, unless Erupting is pointless, which I switch out of. He might be able to come back later and Blast Burn w/ Blaze activated.

Special Sweeper
02_Lucario_1191617994.jpg

LUCARIO
Nature: Mild Item: Choice Specs Ability: Inner Focus
Moveset: -Aura Sphere
-Flash Cannon
-Dark Pulse
-Dragon Pulse
EV Spread: 252 Sp. Atk

Last Adventure-Mon, with notable investment in Speed. He still doesn't outspeed unscarfed Typhlosion, but is way stronger. With Specs his Sp. Atk is 540, ripping through anything that doesnt resist or is Special Wall or Bulky. Even those are 2-3HKO's (But I switch to get better move choice.)

Physical Sweeper
honchkrow.png

Pimp Daddy
Nature: Adamant Item: Life Ord Ability: Insomnia
Moveset: -Sucker Punch
-Night Slash
-Brave Bird
-Superpower
EV Spread: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Speed

Not much to say here. Her massive Attack allows her to demolish whatever she gets switched into. Through Insomnia, she can switch in Gengar, Breloom and Roserade. I'm thinking Pursuit could do better than Night Slash, just to KO fleeing enemies.

So that's my team, what do you guys think?

Heatran is probably a better revenge killer than typhlosion, bearing in mind that if starmie doesn't get the chance to rapid spid, eruption's power would already be hindered. Plus, heatran is more powerful and has better resistances. Solarbeam is useless without sunny day support anyways. Here:

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Naive

~Fire Blast
~Earth Power
~Explosion
~Dragon Pulse

This gives you a powerful revenge killer who's still fast, packs a bunch of resistances and can blow up on special walls.

As for starmie, you could use EV reducing berries, but I'd strongly recommend you try for natural cure. A great ability which stops things like thunder wave from rendering it useless. Also, try using thunderbolt over psychic, better coverage against waters (especially gyara).

Um, you've got quite the ground weakness (even without heatran, 3 pokes weak and only honchkrow to resist). You may want to look into that. Still, not a bad team with a few adjustments. Good luck with it. =)

I know, the team has issue. I've considered ScarfTran to replace, but mine is actually MODEST. So, I could run that. Typhlosion is pretty unreliable, so I REALLY would like to replace it.

Also, I just did some battles, and every single one had a bulky Gyara. And without Roar on Swamper, I can't take it down (I won through bluffs though)

Flash Cannon on Lucario seems to be wasting a moveslot imo, what does it hit that the others moves don't? Your team can handle Gliscor pretty well with Starmie and Pert from what I can tell, but the lack of Natural Cure for Star leaves it weak to Toxic. HP Rock should help lure Gyara, though you'll probably have to RNG abuse for it. Vacuum Wave is an alternative for revenge killing and CC can 2HKO Calm Bliss (Bold is 2HKOed by Aura Sphere with SR up), doesn't help with Gyara still.

Also, you can beat bulky Gyara by weakening it some when it switches-in (~17% damage), then try to predict a DD (or revenge kill, but that allows Gyara to heal with Leftovers) while you switch to Honch to Sucker Punch (needs SR set-up). Not a reliable way though, but Modest ScarfTran can still outrun +1 bulky Gyara and explode (can't outspeed standard or Jolly variants however).

A combination of Jolteon(assuming it has hp grass) and Flygon pretty much destroys your team, minus Honchkrow(not sure if sucker punch kills jolteon). You have 3 ground weaknesses, which is the most common attacking type and only one resist.

On metagross I would take away explosion because it's your physical tank and you want to keep it alive for most of the match. Replace Explosion with eq because eq is more helpful in lots of situations. Zen Headbutt could also be replaced because offers no coverage but is optional.

Replacing your specs Lucario with Specs Shaymin would actually help(Seed Flare)! Also Shaymin resists electric and ground which your team has problems with.

Explosion is there for ridding myself of everything I cannot counter. Zen Headbutt I've been thinking of replacing with EQ, the problem is I'm out of the TM's, but my friend is giving me some.

Lastly, I don't have a Modest Shaymin. There is only one trade thread that has been un-hospitable to me, and I'm too new to use it. But you are right, I need EQ support for my nex Heatran and Lucario (It's usually a 3HKO on Metagross, not worried there).
