My First RMT - Dragon+Magnezone+Walls

Hello everyone, this is my first RMT ever. This here is a mixed offensive/defence team with Gliscor and Blissey as the defensive cores, and Kyurem-B as the MVP. Magnezone is here to take care of Forretress, Ferrothorn, and Scizor, who would otherwise capitalize on Kyurem-B's outrage. Heatran is mainly there as a filler, but I want to take him out for something else. I don't know yet, though.

PS: I don't know how to add images at all, and the help threads haven't been helping me very much. Anyway, enjoy!

Big Blue (Kyurem-Black) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Teravolt
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naughty Nature
- Outrage
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Claw

I had a lot of thought about what dragon type I should have, but after getting some of my other teams mauled by the sheer power of this legendary Pokémon, I knew who I wanted to be the MVP of this team. This thing hits like a truck, OHKOing many Pokémon with it's 120 BP Outrage coming off of a 170 Attack stat. With a choice scarf attached, it reaches a lot of speed. Sadly, Scarf Terrakion and Scizor can wall it, though the latter can be dealt with by my Magnezone coming in on the banded bullet punch.

Mr. Grey (Magnezone) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 36 HP / 252 SAtk / 220 Spd
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon

There is a very specific reason I have this beast on my team. Magnezone is one of the best trappers in the OU metagame, as he is capable of single-handedly dismantling annoying steel types, leaving Kyurem-B open to a late game sweep. He has lots of special attack, and can usually get another attack off on the incoming Pokémon after their Ferrothorn, Forretress, Scizor, or (to a lesser extent) Jirachi. This thing way, way outclasses the terrible Gothitelle, who has really bad stats everywhere.

Chomp Trap (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Substitute
- Toxic

After looking at my main two Pokémon, Kyurem-B and Magnezone, I decided I wanted a Pokémon that could take close combats, earthquakes and many more physical hits while laying entry hazards. I know you're all thinking 'Hey, Skarmory is perfect for this role!' Gliscor has a lot of advantages. Firstly, Gliscor has STAB earthquake, passive recovery in poison heal, which heals more than leftovers, is faster than Skarmory, and, to top it all off, Gliscor looks way cooler. The only thing Skarmory has over it is whirlwind.

Fatty (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave

Blissey is my second part of my GlisBliss combination. In team preview, the opponent has a hard time guessing which one i'm going to lead with, since they both have access to stealth rock. Futhermore, this set is my personal standard Blissey set since I first started using the thing, and I have got to say, it works like a charm. Aromatherapy heals my entire team of annoying status, which, while it may remove the poisoned effect off Gliscor, really helps when I have a paralysed Kyurem-B, or burned Scizor, or something. Seismic Toss hurts substitute spammers, who think they can just set it up on Blissey. Softboiled is a must, obviously, regaining a lot of the pink ball's health. Finally, thunder wave cripples Pokémon that rely on their speed, such as Electrode.

Goldie (Scizor) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- U-turn
- Superpower

Almost all my teams have a Scizor, and this one's no exception. Scizor is a great check to Terrakion, as well as psychics without HP Fire, especially Choice Specs Latios after a draco meteor or two. Bullet Punch and Pursuit work amazingly together, allowing it to easily take down Gengar, Starmie and Alakazam. U-Turn protects me from Magnezone switch-ins, while superpower destroys steel types.

Angrypants (Heatran) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Toxic

Heatran is mainly a filler to my team, as I just felt like trying him out, but he does a DARN good job at impressing me. This thing's an absolute monster: It can force an absolute ton of switches, allowing it to then use an appropriate move. It has just the right amount of speed, allowing it to outspeed whoever it feels like, except for Ninjask, and some other fast Pokémon, like the common Terrakion, who checks it. Substitute is the 'crux' of this set, allowing a protective barrier for the Fiery Titan. Fire Blast and Earth Power work amazingly together, and surprisingly there are not many Pokémon that resist fire and ground in OU, except for the pseudo-common Dragonite. Don't worry, toxic is here to save the day! Toxic hurts non-Lum berry DDnites, and fire + toxic have amazing synergy together. Trying out Heatran was one of the best moments of my life.

However, He is probably the Pokémon I would change the most, since I need more fighting resists, or a better offensive Pokémon.

So that's my team! Thanks for reading, and be sure to like me on Facebook, follow me on Twitter, and Subscribe to me on Youtube!

Nah, just kidding :D

Hello there! Lovely team. For a different offensive Pokemon, specifically, one that would check Fighting Types, I would suggest Alakazam. Standard Smogon Moveset and spread. He makes an excellent revenge killer, and is great with a Focus Sash. With Psyshock, he always takes down non sashed Terrakions and Keldeos. And he's just powerful and fast in general, even without a Scarf.

OK thanks, I think I will try Alakazam as this team has had quite some trouble with Terrakion and Keldeo! I've tried both of them in the past, and Alakazam has impressed me more than Latias.
