My first RMT: My OU/UU Semi-Competitive Team

So I'm building this team in hopes of defeating a couple of friends that also battle semi-competitively. I usually see common LeadApes, RestTalk Milotic, SporePunch Breloom, NastyPlot Porygon-Z's and TechPunch Scizors. Any comments/concerns would be appreciated.

Lead:

Empoleon - Modest @Focus Sash
156 HP/252 Sp. Atk/100 Spd
Surf
Aqua Jet
Stealth Rock
Ice Beam

The idea here is basically to SR the first chance I get, then either Surf if I'm not KO'ed or Aqua Jet for some sort of damage to the opposing lead.

Tank+WishSupport

Vaporeon - Bold @Leftovers
188 HP/252 Sp. Atk/68 Spd
Wish
Hidden Power (Grass)
Surf
Ice Beam

Hidden Power Grass over HP Electric, because I'll have other ways of dealing with Gyarados, and Swampert/Quagsire could annoy me.

Physical Sweeper

Machamp - Adamant @Leftovers
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd
DynamicPunch
Stone Edge
Rest
Sleep-Talk

My current SporePunch Breloom counter, and overall physical tank. The standard bulky Machamp set.

Rapid-Spinner + Surprise Sweeper

Starmie - Timid @Leftovers
136 HP / 156 Sp. Atk / 216 Spd
Rapid Spin
Thunderbolt
Psychic
Hidden Power (Fire)

HP Fire might surprise some people, but it's a nice Scizor/Gyarados counter, as well as hitting Gengar rather hard.

The Star of the Show

Flygon - Naive @Choice Band/Scarf (suggestions?)
4 HP/194 Atk/58 Sp. Atk/252 Spd
Outrage
Earthquake
U-Turn
Flamethrower

My prized surprise. None of my peer battlers would expect a sweeping Flygon, so I'm hoping for the element of surprise here, more than anything else.

The Lethal Weapon

Lucario - Naive @ Choice Specs/Scarf (again, suggestions?)
82 Atk/192 Sp. Atk/252 Spd
Aura Sphere
Shadow Ball
Extremespeed
Crunch

This is my revenge killer. The standard Sphere/Ball covers all types and isn't resisted my anything (to my knowledge) and Lucario can always come in on a Flygon U-turn and slaughter anything that'd give Flygon trouble.

Well, that's that! Any suggestions?

Please expand your descriptions as they're definitely not up to rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.

Also, I'm not sure that you actually tested this team.
