Roles For Each Poke:
Rachi: Sp Wall/Hazards
Gengar: Stall
Gliscor: Physical wall/Physical attacker
Infernape: Banded Attacker
Dragonite: Sweeper
Rotom: Scout/Lead

Threats:
Rachi: Any Physical fire attacker such as infernape can take down jirachi but, glyscor can easily counter it.
Gengar: Blissey
Infernape: Rotom

You should elaborate on your team descriptions. Explain what role each pokemon has very specifically, what pokemon it helps against, and what you don't like about it.

Overall a very balanced team. But sadly without a threat list and other descriptions, such as the goal of the team, it is harder to make suggestions.

Multiscale dragonite should have a more indirect set, with 3 attacks and the other being something like roost or dragon dance. If you are going all-out attack, use haxorus.

Okay I do get what your saying with dragonite and il change out thunderpunch for DD And i haven't ran into many big threats so i wouldn't know where to start.

Your team needs more descriptions for an accurate rate, but the team synergy seems good enough to justify a rate.

Gliscor should run Taunt over Protect. I don't know who on Earth ever uses Protect outside of the Subtect staller anymore. Taunt is just so much better. It allows you to break stall, beat Conkeldurr, and prevent phazing among other things.

Your team gets mauled by opposing Rotom-W. I suggest running a Latias over Dragonite. Latias also does a better job at checking rain and sun teams than your current Dragonite set anyways. It also means you wont have to resort to Jirachi for beating Reuniclus.

Latias @ Leftovers
Levitate
Timid
252 SpA/ 252 Spe/ 4 Hp
Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse
Recover
Roar

Im changing my gliscor to taunt thanks for that, also could you help me go in depth im not sure what to say and im considering the latias

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
