Hey everybody, this is my first RMT and i could use a little help with my team
THE TEAM

Alakazam @ Light Clay
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Timid
252 HP / 216 Spe / 40 SpD
~Reflect
~Light Screen
~Encore
~Thunder Wave

Usually Alakazam gets both screen up before he dies. I'm using Encore to make something like Infernape repeat Fake out or Stealth rock so that they have to switch. I don't really use Thunder Wave but I don't know what else to use. I'm thinking of switching it out with a Bronzong, cause then i can have stealth rock up too.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Naughty
232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Spe
~Dragon Dance
~Outrage
~Earthquake
~Fire Blast

Standard DDmence. This is my early-mid game sweeper and usually gets one or two DDs now that dual screen are up. Not much to say.

Gengar.gif

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Modest
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
~Shadow Ball
~Focus Blast
~Destiny Bond
~Hidden Power Ice

Gengar is my revenge killer and have served me well lately, taking out almost anything it outspeeds (except scizor and other with priority moves) and those it can't OHKO, it take down with Destiny Bond.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
~Swords Dance
~Bullet Punch
~Superpower
~U-Turn

I'm using Scizor as late game sweeper with the ever popular BP set. I really like him with his great defenses and good resistances. He can come in on almost anything. I'm using Leftovers for better durability.

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
Nature: Timid
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
~Thunderbolt
~Hidden Power Grass
~Shadow Ball
~Charge Beam

I love Jolteon. With a single Charge Beam it is stronger than with choice specs. I come in on gyarados, skarmory etc. and use charge beam. it doesn't matter if they switch cause i'll have a +1 SpA anyway (well most of the time). Hidden Power Grass to get rid of Swampert, Donphan and Hippowdon. Thunderbolt for STAB and Shadowball for coverage.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant
252 HP / 244 Atk / 12 Def
~Meteor Mash
~Earthquake
~Explosion
~Bullet Punch

Metagross is my hard hitter and comes in mid game. Can hit really hard on anything that doesn't resist it and can leave a big gap in the opponents team.

My biggest Problem is that i don't have Stealth rock and then the opponent can freely switch out as much as they like. I hate that.
What do you think?

Yuo have a massive scarf-tran weakness. None of your pokemons can switch in on a fire move. Salamence, your only fire resist, is always 2hko'ed with stealth rock on the field. Your only hope is to revenge kill it with gengar relying on a 70% accurate move or on DB (which means that you'll lose two pokemon at least to heatran).
To solve this problem I suggest you to use:

Vaporeon
nature: bold
trait: water absorb
EV: 188 hp 252 def 68 satk
- surf
- wish
- protect
- Hp electric\ice beam

I use hp electric to counter gyarados more effectively, but you can switch to ice beam if you prefer. I would replace metagross, it seems too similar to scizor.

About the lead: Stealth rock is a must for every team, even the most offensive like yours. I'm using a sassy bronzong with heatproof and it's doing its job. This is the set:

EV: 252 hp 80 atk 176 sp. def
- stealth rock
- gyro ball
- earthquake
- hypnosis\explosion

Heatproof helps with the heatran\ape lead and people always assume that you have levitate, so they rarely earthquake you.

Hope this helped.

Thanks I didn't see that, I think i'll use either Vaporeon or Swampert since it can set up stealth rock.
