infernape.png

Infernape (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 64 Atk/192 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Close Combat
- Fake Out
- Stealth Rock

Basic Infernape lead, can disable focus sash with Fake Out and set up stealth rocks of its own. After that this can take out most common leads and hopefully activate Blaze for Fireblast using FS. Not many things like a stabbed Fire Blast or Close Combat and few resist both. I usually can take out the lead and hurt the next 'mon with this beast.

blissey.png

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Atk/80 SAtk/126 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Ice Beam

Simple standard WishBliss, Ice Beam for Salamence when he tries to DD on Blissy. Toxic lets it destroy most other walls while Wish-Protect is great for stalling. EV's allow for maximum defenses and 80 in SpA is sufficient to OHKO most dragons with stealth rock.

regirock.png

Regirock @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Curse
- Stone Edge
- Sleep Talk

Although not generally found in OU, Regirock is one of the best physical walls in the game, outclassing even skarmory with its 80/200/100 stats (Skarmory has 65/140/70). Also has excellent sweeping potential with +6 Atk and Def easily atainable with the resttalk combo. In tandem with Blissey I can effectivly wall most any sweeper with a bit of prediction.

lucario.png

Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Extremespeed
- Close Combat
- Crunch

A typical SD set for Luke that lets him take a switch in on a resisted attack, SD on the switch and sweep away the opposistion. Spiritomb is one of the few OU's I can't get a supper-effective hit on with this but then again, what can?

jirachi.png

Jirachi @ Life Orb
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Thunderbolt
- Water Pulse

A bulky special sweeper that takes advantage of the potential Parafusion delivered by Water Pulse and Thunderbolt. Water pulse deals with fire types, namely heatran, while T-bolt allows for more coverage and paralysis.

flygon.png

Flygon (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 80 HP/252 Atk/176 Spd
Naughty nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- U-turn

The ultimate revenge killer in the modern metagame, Flygon when scarfed sports a 420 Spe and a 328 Atk. It can hit anything for full damage and hit most poke's for super-effective.

Inadequate descriptions aside, this team needs a few changes to be truly effective. The first being Blissey. Ice Beam is typically a poor move for Blissey, since all of its switch-ins can pretty much tank Ice Beam. Being Pursuited by Scizor and being set-up on by SubCM Jirachi, Swords Dance Lucario and even Agiligross is pretty terrible. Flamethrower can hit all of these and make them regret switching-in. It works best with Toxic as well, better than Ice Beam at least.

Regirock is also pretty ineffective without Sandstorm support, as it can still be hit hard enough by the likes of Latias, Starmie, and Celebi that it can't set-up. Even Heatran wear it down and come out on top. Pretty terrible if you ask me, since Regirock in Sandstorm is one of the best answers to Heatran in the game. Instead of Regirock, you might want to try out Swampert, as it helps with this team's dangerous weakness to Agiligross (no, Flygon does not OHKO with Earthquake, I've tried and failed). Swampert also handles Heatran, Tyranitar, and even Scizor much more efficiently, can set-up rocks and will be able to utilize Roar to stop set-ups and spread residual damage. Use Swampert in the lead position and remove Lead Ape.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Spe
~EQ
~Stealth Rock
~Ice Beam
~Roar

That Jirachi set you are running seems to be a poor version of the Calm Mind sweeper, however, since this team has no Fighting resist, I would change it to a Latias with a similar spread. Latias can check Infernape, one of the biggest threats to this team (nothing can reliaby take hits from it besides Swampert, who dies to Grass Knot). An offensive Life Orb Latias would suffice:

Latias @ Life Orb
Timid
6 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~Draco Meteor
~Surf
~Tbolt / Dragon Pulse
~Recover

Sweeps much more effectively than your Jirachi, and can also use Recover rather than relying on Wish and having to remove a potential slot for Protect. Other than that, Latias fits well on this team hitting most things for high damage, as well as luring in Blissey letting you go to Flygon on a predicted Thunder Wave.

Lucario wants Adamant with Crunch and Jolly with Ice Punch. I still stand by Adamant, since it can make the difference with Extremespeed (like against Flygon, Latias, etc...), plus most Mence, Gliscor, and Zapdos are going to run + Speed natures and outspeed you anyway, so no point in wasting power. Also give Flygon maximum Speed to tie with opposing Naive DD Mence, so you can have the chance to win the Speed tie and KO it with either Stone Edge or Outrage.

Swampert / Blissey / Lucario / Latias / Flygon / ?? is the current lineup. Since Lead Ape is gone, you can change Lead Ape to either a typical Mixed Infernape or Mixed Salamence. They both have their advantages, the former checking Scizor easier, and the latter checking Lucario easier. For this team, I would play around with both to let you feel which would give you the best result. Of course, there is always the option of running a Dragon Dance Gyarados and getting an acceptable check to both of these threats (minus Stone Edge Lucario). If you run Gyarados, please consider changing Blissey to something that can lure and kill Water-types, such as a Substitute Toxic Heatran. A Bulky Gyarados that can still sweep would look like:

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant
156 HP / 108 Atk / 100 Def / 144 Spe
~DD
~Waterfall
~Stone Edge
~Taunt

If you're willing to replace Blissey, you could go about changing it to something that can lure and cripple bulky Waters, such as a luring Heatran. Though if you want a more effective Lucario check, you can try out Mixed Jirachi, who outruns Lucario and smacks it with Fire Punch. It's up to you, but Blissey doesn't seem to be doing much now.

Regirock serves quite poorly as a physical wall in my opinion, it has too many weaknesses. I suggest a Skarmory, which gives you an effective Skarm-Bliss combo.

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Impish Nature
252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 16 Spe
~ Brave Bird
~ Roost
~ Spikes / Stealth Rock
~ Whirlwind

This set also gives you spikes support and works as a great hazer. Maximum HP is needed to allow it better walling capabilities against both special and physical attacks. 64 Attack EVs allow Skarmory to 2HKO offensive Gyarados if it has taken Stealth Rock damage and will also OHKO Infernape switch-ins. The given Attack EVs also allow Skarmory to KO most Lucario after a Defense drop from Close Combat and one Life Orb recoil. 16 Speed EVs outrun max speed Rhyperior, allowing it to Roost stall its Stone Edge. The remaining EVs are delegated to Defense.

good luck with the team.

Machamp runs through this team as does any fighting pokemon

Did you know you had no fighting or water resist resist? D:

As far as regirock is concerned Tyranitar outclasses it try this

Tyranitar @ leftovers
Nature: Careful
Ability: Sand stream
Evs: 252 Hp / 40 Atk / 216 SpD
-Curse
-Payback / Crunch
-Rest
-Sleeptalk

Standard here just start cursing up and whatch nothing but the strongest SE moves hurt you.

I agree that latias should be use over jirachi it gives you a fighting and water resist and it's ability to be pursuited can give lucario free SD set up

As a matter of fact, this gives another Fighting/Water resist o.o
You should also think about adding a bulky water like Vaporeon/Swampert in there, it would help a lot

Hello and welcome to Smogon. Your descriptions are not up to the standards required in this forum. Please read the rules and take particular note of rule 3. If you need examples of how descriptions are supposed to be, then take a look at our RMT archive at the top of the page. Locking this under rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
