My first RMT that is OU. (Peaked #Close to 1)

Hello persons, this is my third RMT on this site. This time, instead of focusing on using UU pokemans in an OU environment, I'll be trying out OU pokemans in an OU environment. A thing that I always have in my teams is type synergy, I hate having two pokemon of the same type on my team. I know it sounds unreasonable, but goshdarnit, I just don't like it. Unfortunately, I'm much too lazy to get into a whole "Team Building Process" thing, so I'm just gonna start with my lead. Here it is...

Femitress (Forretress) (F) @ Red Card Trait: Sturdy

My epic lead. This guy never fails to be awesome. Stealth rock is first, unless I get taunted, and in that case, I rapidly spam rapid spin until it's gone, just for lolz. Usually that doesn't happen though. So I usually just use stealth rock, and then lay spikes while my opponent usually sets up unknowingly, and then attacks me. Because of sturdy, I don't usually die, and Red Card most likely switched the opponent out for massive lols. Anyways, enough about Awesometress, onto my next pokemans...

Doryuuzas beware. This guy is just freaking awesome. It's defense is great, so I can switch into threats like Dory and just set up a swords dance or two while recovering damage with toxic orb, and then retaliate with whatever move I need. This guy is on just about every team, so this is self explanatory.

Whoa! Not Crocune? Yeah. Not Crocune. Crocune sucks. I thought I might replace this a while ago, but it's just too damn bulky, so I decided to keep it. Calm mind, surf, ice beam, hp electric, it's all self explanatory. So next...

Trait: Shadow Tag
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

I feel so bad about using this. Anyway, typical Shadow Tag Choice Scarf Shandera, no explanation needed. Next.

Terakion, my pretty much number one weather counter. This is pretty much here t outrun just about everything with rock polish. Still....I'm thinking about replacing this. I mean, it's strong, it's fast, but it just isn't strong enough. Maybe I should replace Earthquake with Swords Dance? I dunno. Next.

Thumbs up for Calm Mind Suicune! (I have one too.) I recommend changing it to offensive because defensive Suicune isn't as useful as it is in a stall team. Everything else is good.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

Please expand your descriptions, especially those of Chandelure and Shaymin. PM once you're done and I'll unlock your thread.
