ORAS UU My First RMT

Hey guys thunderflight here and this is my first RMT i have used this team lots before and have won all but 1 battle out of about 15. tell me what you like and what you dont like about this team below. thank you everyone.

Absol-Mega @ Absolite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Superpower

Absol-Mega is a big threat in this tier has magic bounce to counter mons like sableye and shuckle that rely on status moves. it is fast with a high attack stat. knock off will remove the item to make the pokemon less of a threat sucker punch for priority in case your opponent sets up or is naturally fast (such as mega beedrill, mega sceptile and alakazam which all outspeed absol and can ohko it) pursuit traps ghosts and psychic pokemon to kill them on the switch. superpower can hit dark types for super-effective damage to provide good coverage for it.

Heliolisk @ Choice Specs
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hyper Voice
- Grass Knot

Heliolisk is also a strong pokemon in the uu tier. Absol-mega can struggle with suicune one of the best pokemon in the uu tier because of its calm mind rest talk scald moveset. Heliolisk can switch into this without risk of dying and can get a free thuinderbolt or a volt switch off and can grass knot any ground types that can come in predicting the electric move. it is a stallbreaker and also has very high speed and special attack.

Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor
- U-turn
- Fire Blast

Hydreigon was previously an Azelf but this team really struggled with houndoom(mega) and hydreigon resisted both of its stab and with scarf could easily kill it with draco meteor. with its access to u-turn it provides a volt-turn core with heliolisk and can deal out massive damage with its high base special attack. it provides me with a ground immunity which is quite important since i havent got much for ground. dark pulse and fire blast provide good coverage throughout the tier.

Nidoqueen @ Black Sludge
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Sludge Wave

Nidoqueen is an important pokemon for me since it provides me a good fighting resistance it can set up hazards with toxic spikes and stealth rock. it can also hit pretty hard with sludge wave and earth power. it is weak to psychic but i can control psychic types pretty well with Absol-Mega and Hydreigon. this is also a counter to florges as it can take any hit extyremely well and cant be poisoned if it decides to carry toxic.

Arcanine @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Morning Sun
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed

Arcanine is also a key member of my team, it has great special bulk with intimidate. this makes it so it can take attacks from either defence stat. with will-o-wisp and access to healing aswell it can be switched in easily. it is a great pivot as it gets an attack drop every time and can heal when it gets to low. it also has access to priority with a still respectable attack stat and can flare blitz when it has a decent amount of hp after healing and the opponent is weakened by will-o-wisp.

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Aqua Jet

Finally i decided to go with Feraligatr which definitely works well with Arcanine and Hydreigon since the intimidate from Arcanine can make it so Feraligatr can take the attacks better and set up with dragon dance and can sweep the opponent. Hydreigon can switch into any move super-effective to Feraligatr. Feraligatr has sheer force which boosts the power of waterfall and ice punch so they deal extra damage and it means that it doesnt have to take life orb damage. it can destroy weakened teams if it sets up at the right moment. aqua jet provides me with a good priority attack in case the opponent is running choice scarf or naturally outspeeds me after a dragon dance.

Hmmm Wow, that's a pretty solid offensive build you have there. I agree that Feraligatr works pretty well with the Hydreigon and Arcanine. If I had one thing to say that would give you problems, it would be LO Shaymin with Dazzling Gleam over Air Slash. Your team doesn't really show any real problems though. Setting up hazards with the Queen doesn't seem too hard either. There are some types of teams that will give you a headache if you lose a certain mon on your side. Like if Heliolisk goes and there's a rain dance Mega-Pert, you could be in a slight jam depending on what's left. M-Absol may have magic bounce, but you're not going to use it as a prime method for hazard control, seeing as M-Absol is frail. So Spike Stacking teams can prove to be annoying for you, but there's nothing that I can honestly say should be replaced. If anything, the M-Absol could be exchanged for another mon, but the way you're using it is unique and honestly effective. I personally don't see multiple choice users as wrong, but I do think that you could use a LO Shaymin yourself over a Heliolisk if you wanted to have an effective wallbreaker that can also deal with Suicune. It may have base 109 speed, but it isn't going to take more than one hit. Honestly, you're team is incredibly sound. I am not one of the forum leaders or anything, but I do think that any suggestion I give would be to trade the Specs Heliolisk because Shaymin can provide a ground resist where heliolisk doesn't. You can also use healing wish on shaymin if you felt that it would be beneficial, which it very well could for either Gatr or Arcanine. Shaymin's primary coverage moves are Earth Power and Dazzling Gleam, which can help you dish out some big damage against fighting, dragon, fire, and steel types. CB Entei is really hard for anything on your team to switch into apart from Arcanine, who seriously hates taking a Stone Edge on prediction. You have plenty of checks, but nothing that I would consider a super-solid counter. I don't have a suggestion for this unless you were to replace Queen; however, Queen plays a major role for your team through her STAB coverage and ability to spike stack on her own. The only thing would be to change Gatr for Crocune (the CM+RestTalk set). But that leaves a lot to be desired from that position on your team. Honestly, there isn't a lot you have to worry about as far as the actual team goes. But I do think that Shaymin can replace Heliolisk solidly and save you the trouble of having to predict with a 2nd choice set while at the same time providing a way to absorb status, bring back a member, and really take off huge chunks from the opposing team. It's actually difficult to bring a shaymin down thanks to its natural bulk. I think it would suit your team better than Heliolisk. Otherwise, you have an amazing Offensive Team. Let me know if my suggestion was of any use to you or if you want to discuss more analysis or whatever. Best of luck to you mate.
