Hi guys, this is my first RMT. I really think this team could be better so any suggestions/tips/hints are greatly appreciated.

Metagross@Occa Berry
Adamant (+Atk -SpA)
252 HP/236 Atk/12 Def/8 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Bullet Punch
-Explosion
Metagross is an excellent reason for a couple of reasons. Metagross can ALWAYS get SR up, and it has sturdiness along with a monstrous attack stat, Meta usually ends up taking one or two pokes down with him. Metagross with Occa can take a fire move. Earthquake is to hit Heatrans, Rachis, other Metagross leads as well. Bullet Punch is to pick off weak opponents as well as being a final effort. Explosion is also a final effort and it devestates opponents with such a high Attack stat.
Suicune@Leftovers
Bold (+Def -Atk)
252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
-Calm Mind
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Surf
Basically Crocune, I really love this thing because after a few Calm Minds it can wreck havoc on unprepared teams. It's HP sits at 404 and defense at 361, these two stats coupled together means it can take quite a few hits and set up some CMs and then rest up. Sleep Talk turns the game into a guess, either CMing or using surf to deal massive damage. Suicune is also considered a "6-0" machine.
Magnezone@Leftovers
Naive (+Spe -SpD)
40 Atk/252 SpA/216 Spe
-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power [Fire]
-Explosion
Good ol' Magnezone. With CB Scizors so common these days I couldn't resist but making a Magnezone. Magnezone traps Scizor,Forry,Skarm,Rachi, etc. (If no shedshell). 40 atk evs to give explosion a bit more power. Salamence is the main sweeper of this team and Magnezone takes care of steels that resist Outrage. I am debating whether to change HP fire to HP grass or HP ice because I always find myself stumbling upon Mences,Flygons, and Swamperts when I still have a sub up.
Latias@Choice Scarf
Timid (+Spe -Atk)
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Trick
Scarf Latias is AMAZING. It counters the ever so popular DD Mence and DD Gyra very nicely with T-bolt and draco meteor. Latias also serves as a revenge killer. Trick is to cripple setter-uppers. Providing a brief explanation as you all have probably heard this...
Scizor@Choice Band
Adamant (+Atk -SpA)
248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spe
-Bullet Punch
-U-Turn
-Superpower
-Pursuit
Yet again the #1 OU, Scizor, makes it to another RMT. This is because it fits into any team so well. Scizor also serves as my check for Latias and Salamence if Latias is gone. In the beginning of the game use U-Turn to scout out the opponent's team. Superpower is for Blissey and is used as Scizor's strongest attack. Pursuit punishes Choiced Gengar and Latias and pokemon that switch. Bullet Punch is in the late game.
Salamence@Life Orb
Naive (+Spe -SpD)
232 Atk/24 SpA/252 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
Now the star of this RMT, DD Mence. Common as it is this thing works magic after one dragon dance. Naive nature is for picking up on Modest choice scarf Gengar and Latias. Outrage is deadly with base 120 power and STAB. Earthquake is for those steels that resist (if Magnezone hasn't taken them down). Fire blast is mostly for Forrys and Skarms that try to wall me.
CONCLUSION:
So guys, there's my team. Tell me what you think.
