My First RU Team

This is my current RU team, and it works really well, but I wanted other peoples opinion about the good and bad things about it. If anyone could tell me possible threats to this team that would be great, because so far I haven't seen anyone counter it well.

First off is the anti-lead.
Rhydon @Eviolite
252 HP 252 SpDef
Careful Nature (+SpDef-SpAtk)
-Block
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
This set is pretty simple, but very effective. You lead off with this guy and as the opponent sets up SR you trap him in with Block, then you can set up a SD and KO the lead and maybe something else. The only thing you have to look out for is Gligar, who can wall this even after a SD. He can also be used to take Thunder Wave later in the match.

Next is a teammate for Rhydon
Lapras @Leftovers
Water Absorb 252 HP 100 SpDef 152 Atk
Careful Nature
-Confuse Ray
-Body Slam
-Waterfall
-Ice Shard
This set is Parfusion Flinching... with a side of priority. Ice Shard can 3HKO Impish Gligar. He switches in on a water attack and gets recovery from SR damage.

Another teammate for Rhydon
Bouffalant @Leftovers
Sap Sipper 252 HP 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
-Head Charge
-Payback
-Earthquake
-Megahorn
Switch into a grass attack and get +1 Atk, then smack whatever comes in hard or use Megahorn on the grass Poke who may have hit you with a grass attack.

Kind of a weird set but it works
Gardevior @ Leftovers
Synchronize 252 HP 252 SpDef
Modest Nature
-Wish
-Protect
-Calm Mind
-Future Sight
Future Sight got a boost this gen, so now it has 100 BP and Accuracy. There's a cool effect it has that I can't really explain but you can check it here: http://www.smogon.com/dp/moves/future_sight Wish support is a must have for this team and the phychic typing helps to resist fighting. I also use Gardevior as sleep fodder so I can put my opponent to sleep. I also do this with burn.

Next we got a revenge killer
Absol @Choice Scarf
Super Luck 252 Atk 252 Speed
Jolly Nature
-Pursuit
-Psycho Cut
-X-scissor
-Stone Edge
This Pokes main purpose is to get rid of Fighting, Ghost, and Phychic types. Nuff said

This one may be the most important
Golbat @Eviolite
252 HP 252 Speed
Jolly Nature
-Super Fang
-Roost
-Taunt
-Aerial Ace/Brave Bird
Golbat needs to take almost ALL of the fighting attacks aimed at my team. Taunt is to keep others from setting up, Super Fang is to deal with bulkier Pokes, Roost is to heal up, and the last is to finish off Super Fang-weakened foes. I run Aerial Ace so I dont have recoil damage like Brave Bird does. Golbat also grants an immunity to toxic.
