My first sandstorm team

T-Tar should never DD on the first turn, as if a counter comes out, you'll be forced to switch, wasting a turn. Plus it's very rare for a Dragon Dancer to sweep a healthy team.

Garchomp should have a better item than Focus Sash. If you're really worried about Ice, Yache Berry could work. Otherwise, use Life Orb, to get as much damage out as possible.

Lucario looks fine. So does Skarmory.

With Milo, it is kind of redundant having two pokemon with sleeper moves, and you say it stops common weaknesses to rock, ground, and steel types? Not really. Milotic is weak to grass, and neutral to Fighting and ground. You might want to replace it, as it doesn't seem it'll give much support. Besides, most teams don't pay much attention to typing, more to stats and what they can counter, along with supportive teamwork. Plus Milotic can't stop bulky waters which might be a problem for your team.

Gengar I guess would be useful to clean up near the end, but you already have T-tar, Lucario, and Garchomp to do that.

You really don't have a reliable Sp. Wall. For a sandstorm team, you're a little too offensively oriented. You should use the sandstorm to stall and weaken the other side, so it would be good to replace a sweeper with a wall or something. A rapid spin blocker is needed if you want Spikes to last. You'll also have a bit of trouble with mixed Infernape. Something like Cresselia could help. Gyarados won't be much of a problem if you handle it right. You're team is just too...standardish. Not as in, full of OU pokemon, but it's following the format: 2 physical sweepers, 2 special sweeper, 2 tanks. I'm not saying that's bad, but it may get bland.

Good luck with the team building.
