So I have just started battling competitively, and i wanted to jump right in to OU. After tons of research and testing, I came up with this:
mamoswine.jpg

MamoPWN@Life Orb
Ability:Thick Fat
EV:252atk 252spd 4HP
Jolly nature (+Spe -SpA)
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Shard
-Icicle Crash
-Earthquake

This is usually my lead. sets up rocks and has great coverage and priority in ice shard. Great for taking out ttar leads. Also revenge kills dragons well. Its pretty bulky and can live a few hits pretty well, so this makes it good at setting up rocks. The EV spread let's me hit hard and fast so I can maximize damage. Thick Fat pretty muh removes a fire weakness, so I can beat out genesect and other fire attack users.

200px-251Celebi.png

Navi@Leftovers
Ability:Natural Cure
EV:252Def 252HP 4SpDef
Bold Nature (+def -atk)
-Thunder Wave
-Heal Bell
-Giga Drain
-Recover

With this setup, Celebi makes up the base of my defence. It is very physically bulky, and can take alot. Recover is a great recovery move. Heal bell is always a good move to have, and Giga Drain is so that it is not taunt bait and adds extra recovery. Thunder wave is to spread extra status and cripple many offensive threats.

250px-593Jellicent-Pink.png

U Jelly???@Leftovers
Ability:Cursed Body
EV:248 HP 216 Def 44 Spe
Calm Nature (+SpDef -Atk)
-Taunt
-Scald
-Recover
-Will-O-Wisp

Jellicent is a great pokemon and a great compliment to celebi. it covers every weakness except dark and ghost. It can spread burn status, which is great to cripple thigs it woutang usually win against. It can tank most hits and heal itself up. It forms the second part of my defence.

porygon2.jpg

DigiDuck@Eviolite
Abilty:Trace
EV: 252HP 252Def 4SpDef
Calm Nature (+SpDef -Atk)
-Recover
-Charge Beam
-Ice Beam
-Magic Coat

Classic amazing porygon2. Walls the heck out of everything. boltbeam for coverage, magic coat to troll breloom and other status inducers. Cant go wrong here. Have noticed that this tends to have no purpose other than checking offensive threats and spamming magic coat. thinking of replacing with the below heatran to still wall dragons but have an offensive purpose.

LIFE'SGOOD@Choice Scarf
Ability:Levitate
EV:252 SpAtk 252 Spe 4 HP
Modest nature (+SpA -Atk)
-Trick
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump

Rotom Wash form got really good this gen. Trick and scarf are great for taking out things that wall it and crippling them, volt switch for a quick getaway, and tbolt and hpump for attack/STAB. Takes out several main treats that other team members cant. This might be replaced with he calm mind Latias at the bottom of this post

190px-448Lucario.png

Jackal@Life Orb
Ability:Justified
EV: 252 Atk 252 Spe 4 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk -SpAtk)
-Swords Dance
-Crunch/ (should I swap for Ice Punch?)
-Close Combat
-ExtremeSpeed/Bullet Punch

My main sweeper. I picked justified because of my team's dark weakness. this thing can wreak unprepared teams. After a SD it is hard to stop. ExtremeSpeed and CC are main attacking moves here and Crunch is for coverage. Picks off those pesky ghost types that threaten me.

Please tell me what you think and give me suggestions/ideas on what to change. Thanks in advance! :)

Possible Changes:

Instead of Rotom-W:
Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover
- Calm Mind

Instead of Celebi:
Ferrothorn@Leftovers
Ability:Iron Barbs
EVs:252HP/48Def/208SpDef
Relaxed Nature
-Spikes
-Gyro Ball
-Power Whip
-Thunder Wave

Instead of Porygon2:
Heatran@Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
Timid Nature (+Spe -Atk)
EVs:4HP/252SpAtk/252Spe
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power [ICE]
-Roar

I've tested this Latias on PO and so far it hasn't been going well. Hard without Rotom-W's offensive capabilities. It just doesn't seem to fill the gap.

I could see a Terrakion being a huge treat to this team. Choice Scarf Terrakion outspeeds and 2HKOs every Pokemon on your team. Choice Band Terrakion outspeeds everything but Rotom on your team and OHKOs everything on your team besides Jellicent.

If you want to keep your same team members I suggest finding a spot for Bullet Punch on Lucario. Personally, I would replace ExtremeSpeed for it.

I could also see Scarf Genesect being a problem for your team as it can 4 of your Pokemon super effectively.

to handel the a8ove threats. replace cele8ii with jirachi.
Jirachi @ leftovers
252 hp. 200 def. 56 spdef
wish
8ody slam
iron head
fire punch

hope that helps
ps: make your descriptions longer or the thread will get locked

ok so, i see some wrong things here. First of all, Thick fat is a way better ability for Mamoswine, since it can tank even a fire blast from Heatran and it can completely stop the Boltbeam coverage. For the item, you can try Life orbso you can do more damage with ice shard even to Dragons not x4 weak to ice (Haxorus, Latios for example)
I dont see the point of your celebi, you are not that weak to status, so Heal bell is useless here. Energy ball also is completely outclassed by Giga Drain, and leech seed is not necessary since you can already heal you with recover and Giga drain. I think that a set with Hidden power fire and thunder wave here is a way better, Thunder wave can stop some dangerous sweeper and can catch Genesect and tornadus-t in predict, while Hp fire can ko something like Scizor, Forretress, and Genesect . Anyway, it seems like you will have a lot of problem switching in on the omnipresent Specs/orb Latios since it can do a lot of damage to any of your member. For this reason i think that a Specially defensive Jirachi instead of porygon would be great. Now, i dont think that toxic is better than will o wisp on jellicent, will-o-wisp can cripple a lot of physical attacker like Scizor, Tyranitar, Terrakion, Lucario, and so on, without it you will lose against all this threat. At this point i would suggest you to use Bullet punch instead of crunch on lucario, the main reason is that it helps a lot revenge killing Terrakion, that can be a problem because it can also stop your main sweeper. At this point you seem to be a lot weak to sunny teams, mainly Venusaur, i know that you have 2 priority but you dont have safe switch ins anyway, also you have to sacrifice a pokemon to revenge kill it, since Ice shard cant ko it and extremespeed is even weaker. For this reason i think that a Calm mind Latias instead of Rotom-w here is necessary. Latias can still helps you against rain team while giving you a nice recovery move, a way to beat Terrakion and keldeo easily with Psyshock and a better switch-in to fire attacks and clorophyll users. Now looking at you team you seem to be weak to genesect, i cant fix this problem without putting Double Dance Terrakion instead of Lucario, but i see that it would change your team too much.

Tl;dr
Orb Mamoswine
Thick fat>oblivious
Bullet punch> Crunch
Will-o-wisp>Toxic

thanks for all the ideas. No idea why I didn't have thick fat there, that was dumb of me. This is for wifi battles not simulator do it will be difficult to get these things. Pokesav doesn't like me very much and I lost my ar cable to get long codes and the website I was using for gts transfer is down. so I might have to re breed some things which will take a long time. I do have an ut Latias with timid nature in a box so I will be training that. I will put it up here as soon as I am done. Giga drain on celebi is a good idea, I'll just have to get blk/white 2 this weekend. I was goin to anyway. I also have a jirachi so I will get on that as well. As for hp fire and t wave celebi, unfortunately I can't get hp fire, but t wave is a go. Bullet punch is probably good over extremespeed. I'll change that.

I actually was thinking about a double dance terrakion while making this team so I will get on that as well.

Thanks for everything and I'll get back when I'm finished with those

Try Pokegen? And why dont you play PO or Showdown? On them you can just select what kind of team you need including IV's and it takes much less time.

I play po. My friends don't, so to compete with them I make teams in game. Pokegen I have also tried and the ar codes just crash my game. If anyone could help me figure out what I did wrong it would be nice

Okay, I've tried the latias set. It adds too much to my already bad dark weakness and the hole in coverage left by losing rotom-w wasn't worth it.

Hi there AJ.

It seems like Kyurem-B can really do a lot of damage to this team; Outrage 2HKOs every member except P2, but it still does 47.33% - 55.61% to your build, which is a 2HKO like 50% of the time, and 100% with a layer of rocks up. Kyurem can also outspeed everything bar Rotom-W [who can do nothing to it except Trick] and none of the Pokemon your team can score an OHKO on it; Lucario's +0 Bullet Punch is doing around a meager 50%~; Mamoswine's EQ is probably doing the most, but it still falls short of OHKO range, even after a hit of SR damage [does 60%-70% to Kyurem. I'm going to suggest replacing Celebi on your team with Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn is really awesome in this meta since it can take on Kyurem B with ease and take a lot of the hits Scarfchomp wants to dish out, and has the physical/special bulk to take a lot of other hits that the rest of the team may want to take, like a U-Turn from a Genesect. In addition to this, Ferrothorn can provide amazing team support with Spikes that make Lucario's sweep easier; letting it get that extra damage to take out something like Hippowdon or Tangrowth once it has set up. Ferrothorn can also Thunder Wave just like Celebi, and can also use Leech Seed to wear down stuff, if you go that road.

Another thing I noticed is that you're sort of weak to sun teams; Rotom-W is weakened by the sun and outsped by chlorophyll abusers, while Jellicent and Rotom-W the only Pokemon apt to take any fire attacks, although they're still pretty hard for both to take and many sun attackers also carry Solarbeam. Venusaur in particular looks really hard to deal with, as it can set up on choice locked Rotom-W and Jellicent, and threaten the entire team with either a strong grass attack or sun boosted hp fire on the switch, as well as potentially pull off a sweep with Growth when Mamoswine is out of the way. Additionally, you have no way of changing the weather to something of your desire, so it's an even bigger problem. Genesect is another big problem for this team, especially non-scarfed versions since they outspeed everything bar Rotom-W and can hit the entire team [except P2, and Rotom, though U-Turn does quite a bit, especially after a Download atk boost] for supereffective coverage. I think you could try a Heatran over Porygon2 since it really doesn't seem like Porygon is doing much other than checking threats, and I think you can handle all the threats it takes on with the combo of Mamoswine, Ferrothorn and Jellicent. Heatran really helps vs your problems of sun and Genesect and can really make use of Ferrothorn's Spikes by using Roar and forcing switches, as well as forming a fantastic fwg core for taking on the metagame, in general.

Finally you might want to put Water Absorb on Jellicent so it can't be burned by Scald and can get HP back from water attacks, Toxic might be worth trying over Will O Wisp so that you can take on CM Keldeo better, and finally, a Jolly nature on Mamoswine is preferred since it can outspeed stuff like Dragonite, Heatran, Lucario, etc; it still maintains quite a bit of power.

Thanks for the input. According to Smogon, Kyurem-B is banned, so I don;t understand how it is being used. I was thinking about a ferrothorn instead of Celebi anyway, so I will test that out and see how well that does.

I also noticed a sun team weakness, but never quite figured out what to do about it. Heatran seems to be the perfect counter here, thanks for the idea. Porygon2 really wasn't doing alot but switching in to take hits for me and take out dragons pretty much. Mamo handles dragons anyway so I will change that as soon as I can.

I couldn't decide on water absorb vs cursed body but I would like a water immunity so I will test that as well. I originally had Toxic on Jellicent, but a poster above somewhere said to change it to Will-O-Wisp. I see a valid argument for using both.

I will change Mamo to Jolly right away.

Aaaaahhh sorry about that, I was playing nothing but the suspect ladder where KyuremB is allowed, so I wasn't thinking when I made that rate. Ferrothorn is still a pretty good choice though, and it does the job that you're trying to make Celebi do, a lot better and also has nice synergy with Jellicent and Heatran.

Ive done some testing, and I've made some observations:
1: Ferrothorn provided very good support against strong attackers, much better than Celebi. The issue here is the lack of significant recovery. My team also missed having heal bell support. I could no longer stay in on treats that I knew would status me, because I had to constantly worry about my attackers being statused.
2: Heatran works extremely well on this team. Great fire immunity, everything about it worked. Great synergy with my team. I will probably be usin it from now on.
