My first serious UU team

I am quite new to the team building environment, so I thought I would try it out. Please rate this team as I hope this will become a very good team with excellent synergy.

The team:

Pokemon 1: The scout:
Crobat@Choice band (Jolly nature)
Evs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 hp
Ability: Inner focus
Moves: Cross Poison, Pursuit, U-turn, Brave bird

I have this guy in the lead spot mainly for scouting, but he can hit pretty hard with the choice band, and he can scout very well because of his high speed and dent things quite hard.

Pokemon 2: The def wall:
Ferroseed@Eviolite (Impish nature)
Evs: 104def, 252 hp, 152 sp. def
Ability: Iron barbs
Moves: Leech seed, Thunder wave, Protect, Spikes

This guy is mostly for sponging hits from physical attackers. He may not be as good as his evo ferrothorn, but he can still set up entry hazards in the form of spikes, and he can also leech seed for recovery for the team. Protect is there if I need extra recovery and T-wave for crippling fast hard hitters.

Pokemon 3: The sp. def wall:
Empoleon@leftovers (Calm nature)
Evs: 252 hp, 152 def, 104 sp def
Ability: Torrent
Moves: Roar, Stealth rock, Scald, Grass knot

The main pokemon that can take Special hits. He can also set up entry hazards as well in the form of rocks. He can also phaze things out with roar, and cripple physical attackers with the burn for scald. Grass knot is there to handle Milotic and the such.

494.gif

Pokemon 4: The life orb sweeper:
Victini@Life orb (Hasty nature)
Evs: 252 speed, 126 sp. atk, 126 atk
Ability: Victory Star
Moves: V-create, Grass Knot, U-turn, Psychic
I've grown to like victini a lot since V-create. He is a very hard hitting pokemon with that move. He is my main life orb pokemon, and he hits hard with V-create, scouts with U-turn, and extra coverage with Fusion bolt and Zen headbutt.

237.gif

Pokemon 5: The backup defense:
Hitmontop@Leftovers (Impish nature)
Evs: 252 def, 252 hp, 4 atk
Ability: Intitimidate
Moves: Mach punch, Sucker punch, Rapid spin, Toxic

I was in need for a spinner and priorty for this team, and hitmontop was first in mind since he can do both. I can spin away hazards as well as revenge kill things with mach/sucker punch. I can also toxic annoying walls I can't get rid of.

330.gif

Pokemon 6: The scarfer:
Flygon@Choice scarf (Adamant nature)
Evs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 hp
Moves: Fire punch, Earthquake, Outrage, U-turn
Ability: Levitate

Really just the scouter, I can also revenge kill things that are pretty fast, and Flygon was always a good scarfer.

Please, please rate my team, I'd really like edits to make this team very solid. :D

Hi this is a good UU team. I think you'll want Ferroseed to take a more specially defensive approach. It generally sets up on bulky waters such as Milotic, and other Empoleon where the extra special defense is a lot more important. Even with all that physical defense it can't take the stronger physical attacks that well (brave bird). With that said I always think it's beneficial to run some defense on Empoleon to make the most of its steel typing which is great for tanking the Brave Birds and Outrages. 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SDef Calm avoids a 2HKO from choice band Staraptor's brave bird and maintains nice special bulk as well. Spinning is huge for teams such as this that U-turn around a lot and as such I think you'd want to run foresight on Hitmontop to ensure that stealth rock gets spun. Victini wants grass knot over fusion bolt to beat Rhyperior who is extremely common and also walls your Crobat. I think a mixed set would probably be better when running life orb anyway. V-create, grass knot, psychic, u-turn would probably work well so definitely give that a try. This was a mostly nitpicky rate, but the team's quite solid so there isn't much to say. gl.

I would tend to veer away from ferroseed. While it has decent bulk with an eviolite, he is still terribly slow and weak. extreme setup bait. You are going to want something that can pull off a psuedo-haze for this team. Isn't vaporeon UU nowadays?

For some reason, I don't like your crobat moveset, crobat fails to "put a dent" in things, even with brave bird and choice band. This set works as a good stallbreaker, which is crobats's main selling point.

Crobat@Leftovers 232 HP 56 DEF 76 SPD 144 SPE Jolly
-Taunt
-Roost
-Super Fang
-U-Turn (If you want to lead with it) or brave bird.

7/10

Hitmontop tends to lure in a ghost type that will often times make you lose... depending on her moveset. If Mismagius is behind a sub your Hitmontop can't do anything. Mismagius will get a Nasty Plot up and can sweep a majority of your team. I reccommend changing Hitmontop to Donphan. The nice thing about donphan is you can have a stealth rocker and a rapid spinner in the same moveset. And snce you searched for a rapid spinner with priority Donphan has ice shard as well.

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs:252 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 4 Spe
Nature: Adamant

-Rapid spin
-Assurance
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock/Ice Shard
Donphan hits like a truck with EQ which has quite a bit more attack power than Hitmontop.

Overall pretty good team. O i have a question about those animated sprites... How do you do that?
